Now, we lived in NY for a few years, and we visit family at least twice a year, and these are nothing like NY bagels. Bagels are a little dry for my taste, but the breakfast sandwich was good. 3 out of 5. The bagel dog was not good. It was burnt and not edible. 0.5 out of 5. We liked the coffee and iced coffee options, but we won't be coming back for bagels.

At some point things got even more confused in the back. He jumped in and got things straight, very smoothly. Like someone who is listening to a song on his head and is just dancing to it. He then personally found each of the customers and apologized for the wait. I was impressed with the customer service. Guy dressed in black. I appreciate you. Thanks to you I was not late to work.

Then they expect a tip, which I gave not because the deserve it but because I'm generous. Like I said this place suck I spent $45 buying nothing, a baguette, some olives, some caponata and the egg sandwich. This is my first and my last I ever go there! UPDATES: Just had some of the Caponata I bought from them and had a painful stomachache and went to the bathroom at list 5-6 times .. still going...
