You've regained me as a customer and I will definitely spread your business word of mouth to my friends and family. 2/14/17 Original Review: Avoid ordering flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day to your girlfriend's/boyfriend's office. Unless, you don't mind them arriving at the end of the business day. I've ordered flowers from this establishment many times before and I've had zero issues since it was not a special occasion. I don't mind when a dozen roses, without an occasion, arrive anytime for their $80 price. But, when an establishment raises their prices to $150 for Valentine's Day, I expected somewhat of a coordinated delivery process and customer service. Now my girlfriend will receive her flowers as she's walking out of the door and not have the joy of staring at her beautiful roses all day at work. It took three follow up phone calls to get something to be done (10:30am, 1pm, and 2pm). My first call, at 10:30am, I was told they were waiting for the deliver vehicles to return and my order would go out. My second call, I was told, the flowers were out for delivery and they were going to contact the delivery man to check status and I would receive a returned phone call (no returned call). My third call, I was told, they would look into it and I would receive a call back (I actually did receive a call back). The call was returned at 2:30, I was told they would send my flowers out right now for delivery. I was a bit shocked since I was told various things and now I was told the flowers were not even out for delivery. I expressed my concern since my girlfriend is out of the office at 3:00 p.m. and they told me "Sorry, there is no guarantee on Valentine's Day on delivery time and there's nothing I can do." That's when I decided I would leave a review on their lack of customer service. I completely understand there is no guaranteed delivery time on Valentine's Day. I don't understand being lied to on two separate phone calls and the last phone call getting a surprise answer of, "We will send someone to deliver them right now." I ordered flowers for my mother in LA and the owner at that store was able to accommodate my early phone call request (8a.m.) to deliver the flowers before 11a.m. due to her working an early shift this morning. The owner at the LA location went as far as text messaging me a picture with my mother holding up the roses I sent her. She said I was very sweet for sending my mother flowers on Valentine' Day. The roses there also didn't have the price spike that this establishment had and I was very very pleased with their customer service. I understand how busy it must be on Valentine's Day. There's no need to lie to your customer and tell them the flowers are out for delivery when in fact they are not. I called several times because I was contemplating asking my girlfriend to wait at work until she received her flowers. One star on Valentine's Day for customer service and 5 stars on any other day. Very disappointed because my girlfriend really loves your arrangements. But, I might have to look elsewhere to spend $150 on Valentine's Day next year.
