Good for on the go breakfast or brunch or even a quick bite. Despite being really close to times square the prices are really good and food is quickly made and served. Very friendly servers. Menu has good options. Go there every time am in the area and i dont want to get ripped by over-priced food places.

I really thought, reading the reviews here, that the Yelp reviews here were some negative Nellies. But, the Yelpers are right - this place serves intensely boring food. The Breakfast Burrito I had was fine. I liked the potatoes in it. There was no seasoning on the eggs, and the cheese was that kind of sad, maybe not cheese cheez? No flavor. Upside: My friend loved his pastrami. They grilled the meat then put it in his sandwich. So maybe that's the thing to come here for. Downside: My other friend was deeply disappointed with her chicken salad wrap. "Basically no chicken." The photo here is how she left it, and that's after basically everyone at the table tried it and verified, mostly mayo.

Easy to sit and eat NO REFILLS ON ICED COFFEE...but free refills on reg coffee (does ice cost that much??) - SMH Foods average and just OKAY

We stayed at the Travel Inn hotel next door and this place was great! Convenient, with excellent coffee and great breakfast service. We were greeted right away, order taken immediately and food came out quick. Nothing special or fancy but good breakfast reasonably priced. This is perfect for hotel guests or anyone in the area. There a police station across the street and noticed some of them grabbing bfast to go - always a good sign as THEY know the local options best. Cute bfast spot that's open 6-3 seven days a week.

This my go to restaurant when you're having a girl chat and not looking for something fancy but good service, the servers been here for over 10 years they are great in remembering faces and quick with their service. Very alert and on point. This place has been use plenty of time to film movies and series like CSI. They have some seats reserve for their hotel guest but they don't hesitate in accommodation if they see they are busy. Love them for a quick and reliable breakfast. Will def recomendable.

Broadway Deli & Bagels sit on 42nd Street between 10th and 11th Avenues, and acts as the in house café for the hotel above it. It is clean, with large windows onto 42nd Street, where Falun Gong happened to be holding a march to the China Consulate down the street with a thousand or so people helping to make traffic in that area an even bigger nightmare than it usually is. We stopped in for a late breakfast after dropping off a visa application for entry into the PRC. Service was friendly and prompt, and sitting by the window gave us a front row seat to the bands and dancers and folks in ethnic dress passing by. A few of them had already dropped off the march and were in the deli for rest and sustenance. Seemed like nice people. The French Toast I ordered was average, and the bacon was adequate. Coffee was hot and strong, but no one came by for a refill. Prices were reasonable at $8, given we were in Manhattan, and the menu said breakfast cost an extra buck after 11:00 am. Fair enough. No need to run back to Broadway Deli, but it is convenient if already in the neighborhood.

I ordered two scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns extra crispy, and sausage with toast. Everything was good, above average. $12 for everything plus coffee. 4/5 stars because I was satisfied with my meal, but it wasn't anything special. A very stereotypical New York deli.

Visitiing NYC from Virginia -This was my second time here and it was so hot inside this morning we had to leave before our order could be taken. It's super convenient to nearby hotels, and the previous time I ate here for breakfast (March 2015 I think) the food was good, no frills, not trendy, and I was looking forward to eating a pretty basic breakfast here again. You have to be able to make your guests comfortable, it was cooler outdoors during a heatwave. We may give it another try next time.

Don't judge a book by its cover! My friend and I found this place about a year ago when we went to IMATS and had to get it again while we were in NYC this weekend. The place looks like a typical deli and is a little outdated. We got there around 10:30am and they were pretty busy. There was an open table available so we didn't have to wait. The food is so good especially for the price. I ordered French Toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. My friend got the Greek omelette. Both were excellent, fresh and made correctly as we both had specific requests. I also had a cup of coffee and they refilled it without me having to ask. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick, delicious breakfast at a great price!

I ordered the Kale Chicken Caesar Salad, which comes with grilled chicken, kale, Caesar dressing, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a huge piece of buttered bread. I also added grilled steak cooked medium because apparently one protein wasn't enough for me. Both the chicken and steak were flavorful, and the steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it. The salad was filling enough to feel like an actual meal rather than just something light. I also ordered the Strawberry Margarita, which was only $10 thanks to their all day, everyday margarita special. And listen, they are NOT playing with that margarita. It was strong but still tasted really good, which is exactly the balance I want from a cocktail. I ate alone and really liked the seating setup. I had a cute little booth that felt perfect for a solo diner, but it would work just as well for two people. The restaurant also has plenty of seating for larger groups, so it seems like an easy choice whether you're eating alone or coming with friends or family. The servers were attentive to me and assisted me quickly. They also checked in on me multiple times. The interior was another highlight. There's a beautiful wall covered with different pieces of artwork that adds a lot of character to the restaurant and makes the space feel much more visually interesting than your typical diner. Overall, this was a great quick meal while I was out running errands. Good food, a surprisingly strong $10 margarita, and a comfortable atmosphere for dining solo. I'd definitely stop in again when I'm in the area.

I'm so glad Broad Nosh Bagels & Deli popped up in my search, as it was exactly what I was looking to enjoy. A couple of us trekked the few blocks to find the storefront. Inside it was PACKED, and several groups and lines snaked around the dividers. But the line moved quickly between customers picking up to-go meals and placing orders at the counters. The display cases are beautiful and feature so many different kinds of cream cheese. (Who knew you could make a whole vat of Biscoff?) They also had many types of smoked fish and toppings for customers filing through. Once you order food, you take your ticket to the register where you can add any drinks. This also went fairly quickly. Food and drink order numbers were called out and checked with the receipts, although they called out a set of orders for several minutes and no one came to pick them up. There are a few tables there, but since customers wait to grab drinks and food near the front, the couple tables at the front were basically for crowd control. I definitely wouldn't try to eat there unless I happened to be going at a quieter time. I got the bagel with smoked salmon, and it was exactly what I had been craving. Their bagels are a quarter pound each, so you might even get two meals out of it if you have a fridge for storage. But even as good as the bagel was, the hot chai latte with oat milk was the star for me. It was so incredibly layered for flavor and fragrant, just lightly sweet. I would go out of my way on a trip to NYC just to get one of these for breakfast! We all really enjoyed our food, and I will definitely return.

Date of visit: April 14, 2026…read more Our friend wanted to go to a real New York deli during her first trip to the city and this is the one in the vicinity of Times Square and our evening show that was the highest rated according to my fellow Yelpers, but I am not quite sure why based on our experience. Things did start out great, with Boudjema being very friendly and helpful as we placed our order. And once we got seated, we were able to fully appreciate the vibe, both in the primarily 70s playlist, but also the mirror and brass touches across the restaurant. Food-wise, however, there were some definite opportunities. My Roasted Turkey sandwich did come on quite possibly the best rye bread I have ever had, warm and flavorful. But while the gravy was also good, the turkey was cold. This odd temperature mismatch made it hard to appreciate the generous portion of meat on the sandwich. We also ordered some tater tots and those were quite good. While it definitely could have been worse--and I've had worse in New York City--this also could have been so much better.
