The consistency and texture of the steak had changed and felt more like frozen pre-sliced beef compared to the fresher, more consistent steak from our first visit. Even comparing the photos side-by-side, the difference is pretty noticeable. It was a bit of a letdown after such a strong first impression, but hopefully the restaurant can find a happy medium if they decide to bring this special back again.

The menu said it was available at 4 pm. It was also a waste of $10 in gas. The ad they posted had no time the specials started. This restaurant needs to do a better marketing job and better prep work. Might explain why the whole parking lot was empty at 5 pm.
