We had the best time! Walking into this restaurant you can tell it has the ambiance where you can sit and talk for hours and it feels so welcoming. We had some things come up where we missed our reservation and the hostess was so accommodating that we just knew the rest of the night would be great! The flavors of all the dishes just hit the spot. As a vegetarian, having option on the menu that are still flavorful is really important. The chef was able to make a new sauce for the ravioli and it was probably one of of the best ravioli's we have had in a while. We even ended up sneaking in another order of the ravioli right before the kitchen closed! The Chitarra was good but wished there was more sauce and richer flavor. It was hard to appreciate against the ravioli. The chocolate mouse was so decadent and it was the perfect amount to share with a part of 3 or even 4. I also ended up having the seaonal lavender chamomile tea with dessert and it was the perfect way to end the night. I am so excited to come back and try more of the small plates and sides (and hoping to see if any new vegetarian dishes make it to the menu)!

Brodeto is one of those restaurants where the experience starts before the food even hits the table. The space is absolutely beautiful.. especially the bar area, which has a sleek and sophisticated feel. The menu is inspired with Italian and Croatian flavors and it comes through beautifully in the food. My personal favorites are the Linguine al Nero and the focaccia bread paired with the whipped ricotta! I've also tried a few of the cocktails, and while they haven't all been my personal favorites, that wouldn't stop me from coming back or recommending Brodeto. Overall, Brodeto is a beautiful addition to Raleigh's dining scene and definitely a place worth experiencing!

This is a long over due review to Brodeto. (Pictures are from Oct/Nov 2025) Date night? Celebrating? Looking for a place in town? This is the spot. We've been here a total of 3-4 times as of 6/25/26. This last time we had the Amberjack, gnocchi, little gem hearts, and peka, side of focaccia and 2 different bottles of wine. Everything this place has to office is other worldly truly. If you're not picking up the bowl of peka to drink the stew you're not doing it right. Everything about the dishes to the staff is perfect. The teamwork and the perfection that goes into these dishes is astonishing. I recommend doing a bunch of small plates to get a taste of everything. Something to definitely get is their grilled ribeye. 1000% worth it. We had Truman as our server she's was lovely, knowledgeable on proper wine service; she took great care of my husband and I. We are grateful for the food and service we received. Thank you Brodeto team, love you guys!

Objectively probably a 4.5/5 but need to round down since they aren't a 5. Incredible service. Beautiful restaurant. Focused menu. Definitely get the crispy potatoes as a side. Family style entrees and starters. Definitely a worth checking out

Wow! This is one of the most memorable meals I have had within NC in a long time. Several people had recommended Brodeto and we knew this was a style of food we would really enjoy. They have a great selection of fresh fish crudo and a whole Bronzino entree. We received incredible service and every dish was times perfectly. Brodeto is located in the Iron Works plaza and is a great to walk around for shopping!

My husband and I went for an anniversary dinner and the experience was truly divine. Such unique flavors and dishes. We will absolutely be back. Our waitress was phenomenal. My favorite were the red prawns in tomato essence- I have never had anything like that before. Everything was so fresh. The interior was gorgeous. Clean. Calming.

Our city doesn't have many choices when it comes to Italian food, nor do we have Michelin recognized restaurants, so my husband and I were excited to visit Brodeto. We made a reservation the week before our visit, but even then, we had to reserve bar seats because this is such a hot spot. Spoiler- it was worth it. I had a specialty cocktail that the bartender made for me. I love telling bartenders what ingredients I like and just letting their imaginations go wild. My husband had a whiskey sour which he said was delicious. Both of us stuck with only one drink, but the drinks are delicious and strong, so we only needed one. The limoncello spritz was the most popular drink we saw that night, but we didn't try it. I also appreciated that they have several spirit-free options. For food, we tried a little bit of everything. Both of the crudos we tried (salmon and tuna) were delicious, although the portions were small. The Little Gem Salad is Caesar and surprised us. My husband and I ordered it just to give our bodies a vegetable at dinner, but it was delicious with just the right amount of dressing and crunch. The whipped feta was rich and I loved the figs on top. Our pasta dishes, the Sopresine and Linguine al Nero, were wonderful. The linguine was my favorite of the two. I highly suggest ordered multiple pasta dishes and sharing them so you can try several- on that particular night, the menu had seven pastas. For dessert, my favorite was the vanilla gelato. You should definitely save room for it. I'm still thinking of the gelato and wish they sold pints! Both of us agreed Brodeto was one of the best meals we've had in the US. Even at the bar, service was excellent, and it was fun talking to the bartenders. We would certainly return when in Raleigh, and the menu changes seasonally, so it's a great place for return visits.

My son and I visited this restaurant on his birthday as part of his birthday celebration. My son had been there previously and wanted to go back for his birthday because he enjoyed it that much, so he made reservations for us to go. Upon arrival, we were escorted to our seat. We had a wonderful server, Felicity. She took great care of us and answered all of our questions. We ordered several things on the menu. Everything ordered was flavorful, had great texture, and was displayed well on the plate. The moistness and tenderness of each dish were definitely highlights. I wasn't sure about the snapper crudo but decided to try it anyway. It was scrumptious! The Wood Roasted Oysters were good, and the Bordeto seafood meal was awesome; however, I felt it could've been a larger portion for that price. Our gelato desserts were very tasty and refreshing. My son loved the uniqueness of the Vanilla Bean Gelato with olive oil and sea salt. I thoroughly enjoyed my Strawberry Sorbetto. I can see why this restaurant received Michelin acknowledgment in 2025. Between the food, service, and ambience, it was an absolutely fabulous experience. Needless to say, my son enjoyed his birthday celebration.

I was so excited to go to Brodeto. I had been hearing such good things so we went as a belated birthday dinner with my family. Four of us, three women and one man. The space is absolutely gorgeous, like wow. It is located in Ironworks so parking can be a little iffy so keep that in mind when you come. We were there on a Sunday evening at 6pm and it was busy, so I would recommend a reservation. We started off with drinks. I got their rose spritz, which they said was newer to the menu. It was both gorgeous and delicious. The idea of this place is tapas/small plates. I knew that going in. So we ordered a few small plates to enjoy: whipped ricotta, beef carpaccio, and little gem hearts. Our food came out pretty quickly but I will admit I was pretty underwhelmed by the portions. Each small plate is $22, which I am fine with paying when there is actually enough food. The bread that came with the whipped ricotta was delicious, that was probably my favorite. But there wasn't a lot of bread. And each new order of bread was $5. We had two order two more small rolls to be able to use up all of the whipped ricotta. For our entrees (again shared) we had the half roasted chicken, ravioli, and a side of potatoes. Again, I was underwhelmed by the portion of the ravioli. It was like 5 pieces of ravioli. Personal preference also, I just do not like when pasta is cooked al dente. The chicken was a large portion and was pretty decent. The crispy potato side was good. Then for dessert we had the olive oil cake, which was very good. But again, small in portion size compared to the quality and cost. I will admit, I was just overall pretty underwhelmed. The food was fine but between the portions and the cost, it missed the mark for me.

Brodeto has been on my radar for quite awhile based off the reviews and the ambiance. I finally went this past weekend and my friend and I are still raving about the food! Every. Single. Thing. we ordered was delicious and we ordered alot as a table. Overall the service was great as our waiter and the other servers were all very pleasant and patient when we had questions. I didn't get a picture of everything we ate but some of what we ordered: Sardine toast, Little gem hearts, Black Cod Ražnjići, Fregula, Linguine Al Nero, Ledene Kocke (delicious chocolate cake!), Hazelnut Gelato and the Strawberry/olive oil cake for my friends birthday.

This restaurant received a lot of hype and I was not as in awe as I anticipated. It was a lovely dining experience with a beautiful ambiance, knowledgeable and attentive server, and unique menu but for the price, I was not obsessed with the food. The branzino was delicious, the whipped ricotta was mid, and the ricotta's texture was a little chunky/ hard. We went with four couples and it was about $200-375 per couple - which was a little steep for an averagely good dinner!

Incredible food. The place gets filled in the evening esp on weekends so make your res early. Seriously, every item we ordered was spectacular is the perfect portion sizes. I love the way the decorated in here. Its earthy with perfect lighting. It feels airy! The linguine al nero is SO delicious. Highly recommend. I cant wait to go back

I have been to Brodeto twice now and both the times the food has been phenomenal. This time we got the following: Char Crudo - This was my first time trying char and I really liked it. The crudo was flavorful Croatian Pogača, fresh herbs, wood grilled - I was not a big fan of this bread. It was grilled a bit too much that it got tough and tasted charred. Scallops - I loved the presentation of this dish. The scallops were cooked tender and had a lot of flavor. Linguine al Nero - This was hands down my favorite dish. The pasta is cooked in a sea urchin butter and it gives it such a rich flavor. I would definitely go back and order this again. It was so good. Ribeye: The steak came perfectly grilled to a medium rare precut on a bed of porcini and grilled mushrooms. I'm not a big mushroom fan but they actually complimented the steak. Overall Brodeto is a hit and I'd go back again. P.S: Just like other Crawford restaurants they also charge you a 3% credit card transaction fees.

Their roast beef panini is on par with Portillo's a long standing Chicago beef restaurant (IYKYK). I've NEVER had a beef sandwich that was better than Portillo's but Postino you managed to take a hometown classic and elevate it to a point beyond my expectations - if you get this sandwich I recommend getting it on the ciabatta bread versus focaccia. Let's not overlook the tomato soup - it's so rich and flavorful. For a lighter lunch my go to is the tuna panini with broccoli salad. They are known for their boards, I've not had the bruschetta yet but it looks delicious. My favorite board is the hummus. One thing I hate is when a restaurant gives you a big bowl of hummus and not enough pita. That is not the case here, you'll get pita, toasted bread, and a variety of vegetables to scoop up the velvety humus covered in cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta. For date night enjoy a Violet Femme a gin cocktail that tastes as lovely as it looks. The service here is top notch! Everyone is fantastic. I'll have to come back to this review to note the serves names we've had because they have all been exceptional. Now let's talk about the vibe! Postino's nailed the indoor/outdoor feel. Plenty of windows that are open on nice days, plants galore and the decor gives you a cool like rockstar but classy feel. 5 stars doesn't feel like enough.

The space is cozy, not too big, and lovely. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly & attentive. We even got to meet the Chef and let him know how amazing his curated and creative dishes were! We sat at the bar and were able to be seated right away. We each opted for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon (or two). On to the food! The menu is extensive but not overwhelming. Plenty of delicious and appealing options of small plates to share, but also a few larger ones. We started with the Goat Cheese Stuffed Piquillo Peppers & Truffled Deviled Eggs. Both of these were amazing. The Peppers melt in your mouth and had so much flavor. The Deviled Eggs had the perfect amount of truffle flavor and were perfectly cooked. Next we opted for the Baguette of the day - this one was served with Salami, Burrata, and Arugula. The bread was perfectly crispy and all of the toppings fresh and delicious; this was a perfect combination! Lastly, it was between the Lamb Sliders Trio and the Paella! I really wanted to try the Paella, but my sister and I decided that we would try something a bit lighter and the Sliders looked so elevated, unique, and delicious. They sure did deliver! Served with fresh Goat Cheese, Guacamole, Fresh Jalapeño, Caramelized Onions, and Sriracha, which we got on the side. This dish was absolutely amazing! So different. You wouldn't think to put those flavors together, but it was so great and we would hands-down get it again! All of the food at Vinos Finos was delicious, fun, and fresh. I think the restaurant may have a bit of an identity crisis (and there's nothing wrong with this imo) as the menu is a mix of different cuisines, almost leaning on the edge of Italian food/new American (i.e. ravioli, chicken, etc.). For drinks, I ordered the Lynnwood Brewing's Hop On Top Pale Ale and my partner ordered the Lynnwood Brewing's Ballard Kolsch. Both beers were excellent and it was a great start to the meal. For food, we both ordered the smoked chicken quarter (Smoked chicken quarter, fried polenta cake, roasted vegetable medley, and adobo beer barbecue sauce) which was excellent and the sauce could literally go on any dish as it had the perfect blend of flavor/spice. For dessert we ordered the Basque Cheesecake (Basque Style "Burnt" Cheescake with Fresh Berries, and Whipped Cream). The menu on the Stellar website mentions a different garnish (topped with rose and berry jam, smoked salt and olive oil) which sounds much better as I felt like the cheesecake was missing something. Overall, the food quality and service was good, but not sure if I would return.
