I found this place on Groupon last minute. I received the 60 minute massage that was broken down into 3 components feet, body and face. Very weird combo but totally worth it. It's a really cute spot visibly noticeable from the street and there is metered parking on both corners. 1 hour parking only $1.50 an hour. I believe the G train was right there too but don't quote me on it. Anyway it's a very very clean spot, relaxing earthy decor and it smells pretty inside. Kevin was my therapist I highly highly recommend booking him. It was the best massage I've ever had in my life and trust me I've had ALOT of massages in my life at least 75-80. I will most certainly come back. Another thing I appreciated is the fact that they didn't hound you for a tip. Of course I'm going to leave a tip but a lot of spas specially Asian run spas find themselves asking you for a tip damn there while your getting dressed. The four stars are for the massage, price, and atmosphere. I took one star away for the host/cashier. This was my first time visiting Brooklyn Net Wellness using a groupon. Before my visit I called ahead for an appointment and asked to extend it an extra half hour. The person on the phone mentioned I would need to pay an extra 32 dollars, which I agreed too. When I arrived the front desk girl Jolee mentioned that the extension was an extra 32 dollars again, which I agreed too. The atmosphere of the spa was great calm and quiet. My massage therapist was amazing, sweet and kind and really took her time making me feel happy and relaxed. That relaxation was ruined by Jolee at the front desk for her poor customer service and rudeness. Upon wanting to pay I hand my card and it is mentioned that if I pay with card it's an extra tax. I said oh I wish I would of know that I would of taken out more cash before I came. She said that she told me and got a bit short and how I must pay the tax. I asked where the nearest atm was so I can get more cash. As I went to walk outside she said to me you must leave something. You cant just walk out and get cash without leaving something. I feel like I was being treated like a criminal at this point. Basically, I was forced to pay the tax or leave something I own of value. Now here is the thing it was never about not paying the tax. From the beginning Jolee was rude and short. I expressed to her that I enjoyed my massage and I had no problem paying the tax. What I wanted from her was an apology for the lack of communication and rudeness. I just wanted acknowledgment. I came to Brooklyn Net Wellness for a 45 minute full body massage that I wish never ended to be honest, haha. I don't know what my massage therapists name was, and I should have asked because she basically had hands of an angel (thank you so much!). I didn't even have to tell her what or where my problem spots were. She easily identified and focused on all the knots in my lower back, shoulders, and neck that contribute to my migraines. This place is brand new and clean. I got a 90-min deep tissue massage from Steven and it was amazing. I've gotten a ton of massages in NYC and in Asia - all deep tissue for my muscle tension, and Steven is legit good at his job. You can usually tell right away if they know what they're doing or simply just using brunt force. Steven knows muscles and tension points. I asked him to go hard and he did - somewhat painful but it's necessary to get the knots and tension out. Of course, you can always ask for a more gentle massage but just know that he's capable of deep tissue. It's a Chinese place so the prices are extremely reasonable. Great experience. I've been twice and I have finally met a masseuse that knows what a deep tissue massage is. I have come to this establishment with back problems that I've been dealing with for a long time and they actually know how to address those problems and make me feel better. I wanted to really like this place because it's actually cute! I saw on yelp that they had an AD for a 1 hr foot massage for $35. Once I went to pay, the man who I assume to be the owner said it's $38 for an hour and wouldn't take my word for it so I showed him the page. He kept telling me that it's $38 even after I showed him and also kept saying it's for the Bergen street location (which I didn't know even existed). There was no date/location restrictions on the AD. It was only a matter of $3 but it is the principal of arguing with a customer. Then he added on $5.00 for tax after agreeing to charge $35. Please don't post Ads if you cant honor them. After I left the place, the owner changed it to now to say $38. read more

The place is super clean, with soothing background music, which is unlike what I had experienced in my previous visits to no-frill massage place. Lily was wonderful at working my back and legs, and she was accommodating to my requests. After an hour, I left the place feeling like a piece of goo - a happy, content goo.
