That error is the reason the jacket was not on the receipt. Instead of correcting the situation, the store refunded only the pants, kept both items, and sent me out with nothing. At no point was I given a clear option before the transaction was processed. I spoke with the store manager, Alexandra, who repeated policy but did not take ownership of the fact that this situation was caused by a cashier error. I am not asking for anything free. I am expecting a reasonable resolution when a store makes a mistake. Leaving with no merchandise and no solution is not acceptable.

At the end she threw the bag at my face and i said thank you and she completely ignored me. Never in my years that I have lived here have I seen someone act so rude. Walking around the store is a little reminiscent of Hollister & Abercrombie because of a faint scent from one of their perfumes spritz around. My husband got me one of their beautiful ESV 2 column cloth-bound journaling Bible and few little decor pieces from them. I'd never seen anything like it. Prices are a little on the pricey side (e.g. dresses are averaging over $100). Service is fantastic--attentive and friendly. While browsing around, a lady approached me (with a floral crown) and asked if I needed any assistance. And my husband was able to get 15% off the retail value of the Bible he got me because there were a few minor imperfections, like a frayed corner. Worth checking out!

There is an escalator and an elveator available to make it is accessible to all. The parking is wherever you can find it but you can get a free hour at the Harris teeter parking lot or free on the street after 6 pm, otherwise, you have to pay. Decent selection of shoes but this is a smaller store, size-wise, and that also means that they have no bathroom, should you need one. Kinda no bueno in my book, because you never know, and there were customers inquiring for one. The staff was friendly and they only had one cashier working but it was not busy on a chilly, fall, Saturday afternoon, so it was no big deal.
