    Amazing service - the team made sure to explain things to me, give me options and take the time to go through all the services I needed. The waiting area has a great set up of popcorn, coffee, tv, desk area & a kids room with dvds and toys - perfect if you need to wait. They also offer shuttle service - a nice option if you need to get someplace else. Definitely appreciated their quick service & would highly recommend!

    I had THE BEST experience with Casey's Automotive today! My VW Eos was throwing me ECP & Check Engine lights and it was hesitating if I tried to go faster than 20mph. (And, yes, I realize in most of NoVa rush hour, it's tough to pass that anyway...). I've typically gone to Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles for work, but they couldn't get me in until Jan 15th. So I posted in a local FB group to get thoughts on a shop that is closer cuz I didn't want to have to deal with towing or playing the rental car game. The owner (Bryan Jewett) messaged me via FB and offered to help. Not only did they give me a free loaner car, their shuttle driver (wish I could tag Brian Ahakuelo - super nice guy!) brought the loaner to me and picked up my car at my house! Within a very short period of time, I had a text from them with a link to all of the diagnostic info from my car, including photos they took. Brendan Hagen (service manager) called me, walked me through everything, gave me costs based on different options to let me pick and choose what to do. He was super nice, took his time, and didn't rush me through anything. The estimate was more than fair. He told me the car would be finished by the afternoon, and if I couldn't make it by 6pm, they had a variety of options (lock boxes for keys, letting me keep the loaner for another day if I wanted, etc) so there was no pressure to switch my day around to get there. When I showed up, Eric Sauer (service advisor) was at the desk, greeted me in a super friendly way, and jumped to get Brendan. They showed me around their office, I got to pet the sweetest rescue dog who was there for the day, and they just made me feel incredibly welcome like I was their #1 priority. They have a comfy office that is clean with a separate quiet workspace with wifi, and a kid area with toys and video games. (Oh and a nice clean bathroom - that's always a tell-tale sign at a business!! ) Definitely thinking about the customer! Honestly, this was probably one of the most positive experiences I've ever had with a car repair shop. 2 thumbs up - I highly recommend them!

    $20 to change a small brake light bulb? No thanks, sir. I can do it myself.

I returned my car to them and they recharged my battery, but did not check their installation of the door switch or advise me to bring the car back in to check the fuse box. subsequently, I took my vehicle to the dealer and they were able to perform the drain test and install a new door window switch. The window switch purchased at Driven Autorepair was under warranty and the manager wouldn't give me a refund on the defective part. I was the part could only replaced. Advising potential customers of their policy and you have no choice other than to use their services when a part is under warranty. The manager would not take fiscal responsibility for the potential faulty part they purchased and/or the potential faulty installation they provided on my car. I lost over $800 dollars trusting the integrity of the services provided by this company. Buyer Beware!

    Laughably incompetent. They messed up the alignment worse than it was originally. Steering wheel…read morewas crooked, measurements were in the red on their own sheet. Mistakes happen, so I came back and asked to redo the alignment, showed them their own sheet and said the wheel was crooked after the alignment. They said (1) they don't do rear alignments on Toyotas (???), (2) the car has unspecified issues that don't allow it to be aligned, (3) they would need additional payment to do the steering wheel correction. When I pressed them on what the issues were, they refused to commit to anything. Nothing was written down. Truly baffling that these people are running a real shop. I asked to talk to the alignment tech and they said he can't speak English. So how can he understand anything? Is he just guessing? I'm willing to bet they don't have anyone trained and that they're just winging it on each alignment. I talked to Rose and Arbor (blond ponytail man). They kept pushing for more money, and they said I already got an alignment so I shouldn't be greedy. Very rude while I spoke very politely. I went to Midas down the street and they fixed it. No issues with the car were identified, perfect alignment, 45 minutes. The before measurements (after Firestone's alignment) were way off. Extremely unprofessional. Go here if you want your car to go 4 different directions while driving straight!

    Avoid this place at all costs. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. One of those places that would deserve…read morezero stars. AAA towed me here after my car broke down. I needed it repaired quickly and it took over a week, which I can forgive, but what I cannot get past is that they did not do the repairs they charged me for. They claimed they replaced several items including heating hoses and the thermostat housing, but not long after I started having problems with the system again. I was able to take it to my longtime mechanic for that (out of state, otherwise I would have gone there in the first place), and they found the components had not been replaced at all. Nearly $1000 worth of "repairs," and largely wasted. (Not to mention the additional several thousands' worth they tried to upsell me on, but luckily I wasn't that stupid.) Awful business. I'd sue if only I'd been a bit better about record-keeping. Whatever you do, do not make the same mistake i did - take your car anywhere else rather than dealing with these crooks.
