Brooks towing is one of the best tow companies out there. I have used just about everyone out there to tow car's we build and their service is a joke. don is a great guy who knows a lot about towing he has towed over 100 cars for us for classic cars, hot rods, lowered cars on air ride. I would not trust any one else to do the job. Here are a few of the cars he has towed for us to other shops to have interior, dyno tuning and more. read more

Had my car towed and it came back with my wheels looking like this. The company claimed no responsibility for this. Over $2000 damage and they take no responsibility. read more

if you need a tow, call don! called about 10 other towing companies, they either didn't answer the phone or quoted me ~$230 to tow my car 0.7 miles. don charged me almost $100 less than other companies quoted. very friendly dude, honest and quick! i've had him tow my car twice now, hopefully won't need to again but if i do i know who i'm calling! read more

You would expect towing to ALWAYS suck - but I actually had a pretty relaxing time with Brooks!! They were friendly and careful, and the service was a lot more affordable than I expected. I needed my car (that was out of use) dragged to a new house across town, so was seeing it as a hassle - but was really relieved that I ended up with Brooks! read more

We tried to call several different towing companies and then we tried Brooks Don Brooks answer the call came and picked us up from the side of the expressway and deliver the car to the house at a reasonable price fast service quality equipment price was the price he quoted me over the phone will definitely use Brooks towing for all of our towing needs! read more

Don picked my husband up this week when his vehicle died in the middle of 224. He gave him time of arrival and somehow made it 15 minutes earlier. Very refreshing and unexpected as he was sitting idle on the side of the highway. Don was very friendly and professional and even had Clorox wipes and an extremely clean truck. Would definitely use him again and refer him to friends and family! read more

Had a bad experience with a driver in a brander tow truck driving very aggressively, cutting other drivers off abruptly and running red lights on the freeway on ramp in the Johnson Creek area. I called to complain but was dismissed with no apparent consideration. read more

Had to tow my stolen Camry (thieves changed ignition) to a repair shop on the New Year's holiday. Brooks answered the phone immediately, and arranged to pick up the car from the parking lot where it was found. [Another tow guy I called said "Brooks is a good guy, he'll take care of you."] Brooks brought a flatbed, but decided it wouldn't be best for the circumstances and went back to retrieve his traditional tow truck. Very transparent regarding timing and what he was doing, fun to deal with, excellent communication, made a lousy situation much nicer. Didn't charge me a dime, just took my insurance information. Happy to give him a $20 cash tip, he truly earned it. read more

My old car broke down on the freeway and the owner showed up within 15 minutes, with a nice rig and took the car to the local Acura dealer only two miles away. It worked out perfectly and he took the time to do the job right. . read more

Brooks towing really came to my rescue today. I got into an accident recently and have been dealing with so much. Dawn is the guy I worked with and he was fantastic. After a variety of phone calls and frustrating haggling with other tow companies Dawn was a breath of fresh air. I hope I won't need a tow anytime soon but if I do. Brooks towing is the first company I will call. read more

Today I needed to get my truck in to Portland for repair but it would not start. A friend recommended Brooks Towing. When I called I spoke with Don. He was very nice and pleasant with me and gave me a time that he would arrive. He was on time and very professional. I drive a very large truck which he accommodated with no problem. He got me to my appointment on time with out any issues. I would recommended Don to anyone. read more

Brooks Towing is outstanding. Our car broke down outside the grocery store. Called Don and he came out right away. He was friendly, considerate, gentle with our car, and fairly priced. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing an emergency tow, I highly recommend him. read more

Had at tow my BMW 335i today. Tow truck driver was very courteous. He went way out of his way to be gentle and baby my car. He was prompt, and quickly had my car moved to the repair garage. I highly recommend this company, and will absolutely be using them the next time I need a tow. read more

I was walking down 82nd Avenue in SE Portland and had to jump back from being hit by this guys tow truck as I crossed an intersection. I called to complain and spoke to the driver himself who said he didn't even see me! Very scary. His insincere-pissed off apology makes me even more angry. read more

If I could give Brooks less than I star, we would --- This man owns just one flat bed truck and it is his own company so there is no one HIGHER to complain too, so grateful to YELP to give us this platform to warn others about him. This guy has rage and anger problems and should we watched out for; we would never, ever hire him again. read more

I agree with the other customer. If I could give then zero stars I would. I had a loaner car break down on 205 in 90 degree weather with two small kids. I told him I needed car seats and he assured me at they would fit. She. He finally arrived he wanted me to have the kids sit with out their car seats. When I told him that wasn't an option he became pissed and made me feel like an idiot for wanting to keep my kids safe. I arranged for someone to meet me a pick up my kids so he could do the tow but he got annoyed and just gave me a card and told me to call him back whenI was actually ready leaving me and my kids on the side of the highway. Real nice. He is a total jerk. read more
