Arrived at the drive-thru, and was greeted by a friendly person that quickly took our paperwork and told me that it would only be 10-15 minutes (30-45 minutes less than the timeframe offered by the two large chain pharmacies that I had also called). I asked her if I needed to pull around to wait and she said that I could stay there if I preferred, and we agreed that I'd stay there until another customer arrived or my order was ready. We were just about finished, but I still had to fill out a new customer form- she handed it to me as another customer arrived. I pulled around to the front of the building, with the form. I completed it within a minute or two, and she and the pharmacist came out to my vehicle a minute or so later. He reviewed the medication directions with me, advised that we make sure we take the medication with food, and relayed personal experiences with the antibiotic. Really neat to have a pharmacist be so genuine and relatable! From the phone call to the curbside delivery....it was fantastic.

I had no engagement with staff while in the store so can't comment on that bit. I took a Waymo so can't comment on parking either but I was a little confused at first by the different set up here. They have 2 stories! So if you're looking for something and don't see it on the first floor, head up the stairs and it'll probably be there. They do have an elevator, as well, if needed. By the registers, they have 3 Self Checkouts for easy self-serve shopping. One staff was monitoring the operations but it was a seamless experience for me. You just gotta keep in mind you are downtown so you may encounter unhomed people and all that comes with that.
