It was dense, rich, and satisfying, not your typical light, airy Kaiser roll. It reminded me more of a Jamaican hard dough bread in texture and weight, which I personally loved. 2 stars because my children said the bagels were delicious. My husband went in to grab some breakfast for the kids. He ordered and waited and waited ... he waited 15 minutes and nothing. 9 people came in after him, got their food and left. After 20 minutes he asked where his order of 2 bagels were. The person snapped and said there was 3 ticketed ahead of him. What?? He told them how long he was there and then they made them.. tickets were out of order. Won't go back...food is good but takes away from that when the service is so bad. read more

Great bagels. Can't go wrong with the egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted poppy bagel. Sometimes parking can be a squeeze but since they keep customers moving somewhat efficiently, it's usually not a problem. I do have to say though, the place gets super crowded and can feel cramped since it's small inside. I always get my orders to-go. read more

This place was packed, I recommend calling ahead, the customer area is tiny and does move somewhat quick depending on the orders, grilled items take a while as they have a small grill apparently (overheard to a guest waiting). Our stuff was cold so we got in/out quickly! Chicken salad was good, I added some hot sauce and gave it a kick on an onion bagel!!
