So I'm always skeptical of mechanics and auto repair shops , but they won me over. Stayed on the quoted price, no bait and switch to get me in the shop. I contacted around 12 shops through yelp and they had the best quote and wrote back on a timely matter. My car was still drivable to ONE location before needing a tow truck so it was very important to choose the right place. I dropped off in the morning and had my car ready in the evening ,as promised. Gave me a 90 day guarantee on their work and it's been a month and everything is running great. I did my homework on part cost and brands and they came closest to actual costs on parts and labor. If you need any repairs done on your vehicle, I highly recommend these guys. I had an issue with my A/C as well as my Compressor. It's started with my hyundai when the turbo went out. Before coming to Bros Auto Performance & Repair shop I found a great and cheap mechanic ( so I thought) on craigslist, I was charged 175.00 to replace my turbo which cost me 500.00 used, the moment I drive out of his drive way my turbo goes out. I was shock and all the mechanic told me was " I replaced it like you asked me too". Today, I had the best experience here! Yesterday, I sent a message to get a quote because my AC stopped cooling, within 30 minutes I got a response. Daniel replied and said I could take my car and he would do the inspection to check the next day. So, today I took my car and as soon as I got there, Ben and Daniel helped me. They are the sweetest and most helpful. As soon as I got there, I told them that I had been the one who sent the message through yelp and they knew exactly what I was talking about. Ben escorted me to the office and started to ask me questions regarding my car while Daniel was outside inspecting it. While I was waiting I asked a lot of questions regarding AC repairs and options. Ben was straight forward and explained well enough so I can understand. They were both very friendly and I can say that they have great customer service. It took Daniel less than an hour to inspect and service my car. He definitely took care of my car and provided this great service. I would definitely go again and I do recommend this shop. Excellent service, Great people! I live in city of orange. I came to them based on the reviews on here. Its hard to find a auto repair shop you can trust, especially when you're a girl. I came there for an inspection on my car. I told them what concerned me the most and they looked right into it. There was no major work that needed to be repair just brakes and wheel barring. Oh also change my back tires and of course wheel alignment. Normal stuff... I honestly thought there was going to be more. By the end of the inspection, i thought i had to pay for the inspection fees. But he told me he's just gonna waive it no charge! Wahoo! He was sooo kind and generous! All those guys in there was so honest and nice. He told me my car was all good. Engine was still good just needed some things I mentioned that needed to replace. I'm so relieved! Sometime other auto repair shop see me as a girl and they try to make me fix unnecessary things on the car. If you want to find a honest auto repair shop come to Bros! They're the one! Bros Auto recently repaired my PT Cruiser. I had a fan assembly die on me, which caused my engine to overheat and the head gasket to crack. Bros took care of my car expertly, and when an addition part was needed in the process, they didn't even charge me extra labor to install it.
