Great ambiance and staff!! Try the Dole Whip! For a tropical island vibe have them add coconut rum! Yum!! Fun place! Leo and Lisa are phenomenal! Captain Dan and 1st Mate Andrew on the Florida Tiki tour are phenomenal and knowledgeable and fun too!!

Big fan of this place -- it's a little off the beaten path at John's Pass, but worth the trip! It's a little divey and right by the water, a perfect spot for folks visiting the area. They have really good A/C units too, so it doesn't get too hot. The daiquiris are outstanding, I'd highly recommend the Miami Vice! They're always friendly here too, and they do awesome tiki boat tours as well. Check it out!

Lisa's service was so welcoming and kind. Such a fun bartender with such a fun ambiance. We all added dollar bills to the ceiling - so fun! Definitely recommend stopping through here!

Wow. I expected more from a place rated 4 stars. To be…read morespecific we went to the beach bar because the restaurant wasn't open yet. The very first issue was parking. Parking is minimum $50 a day + fees. A cocktail? For an hour? Haha no. I'm being mildly disingenuous. The bar staff (and likely restaurant staff) will give you a QR code to validate all $58 of your parking. But it made me acutely miss a time when you could just park and patronize an establishment. Just don't forget to validate your parking, cuz they sure didn't ask preemptively. They were celebrating a 3-day grand reopening when we went on Saturday. There was *one* artisan in their market space. The music was pumping loud enough to not be able to converse. Although it drew a crowd of younger folks, there was not much to behold from the "grand" reopening. Not even s cost of paint. The beach bar may not have been part of the sprucing up idk, I didn't see anything worth celebrating. I meant to look at the size of the cocktail cup that we got (small), but $13-14 for a cocktail is highway robbery for the end result. And $18 for 6 wings ($3 a wing) was a little disappointing. I expected better of a Hilton adjoined restaurant. No one part was terrible. It was just the way they matched up - loud, expensive, small portions. If you're loud maybe you're cheap and tasty. If you're expensive, maybe you're fast and delicious. This was all the worst parts of a bar that doesn't care about its patrons' economics. A bar that wants to serve tourists with mediocrity and move on to the next crop of people who will never be there again. If you're a tourist it'll probably be fine, if overpriced. If you're a local, don't bother. To be fair, we should ask if there was anything good. hm ... no. We won't be returning. 3 stars is probably generous.

Considering there is high traffic or tourists we understood and went in to put our names on the wait list. When my group of four woman(one Latina, one black woman and two white woman), we were told it would be about 25 minutes and were added to the list. We walked through the restaurant towards the beach noticing there were many empty tables. We figured a shift change but out curiosity as the time went on I asked one of the servers if there was a reason for the slow seating. She began to tell us that the kitchen was extremely backed up and they just caught up and it shouldn't be long. After more than 30 minutes went by I asked the woman at the hostess stand named Jean for an update on time and she said we were next and we would receive a text. As we continued to wait for our seating we were getting closer to an hour and noticed groups of white mena and women being sat ahead of us. More tables became available but for some reason ours was not ready yet, per Jean. When we spoke to Jean about our concern, I told her I believed were being racially profiled and oppose to apologizing, lack of explanation or reassurance she said it was not ready and that she couldn't believe we went there and raised her voice about table not being ready. In 2026 no group of individuals should feel dismissed or given different treatment due to their race. As entrepreneurs we were disappointed and disgusted that the management has clearly allowed this for years, as Jean has been there for 30 years and has multiple complaints when I also brought this up to the Bilmar staff. I would strongly encourage the management team to go back and reevaluate their team and move forward with hiring some new and firing the old. Every guest deserves to have equal treatment and respect . Clearly inclusivity and equality is not being prioritized. We must do better.

A typical setup with thatched roof bar, lots of tikis and overall fun atmosphere. We were able to pick from their standard menu as well as their brunch menu, and we picked from the latter. We ordered drinks: a captain and diet for hubby, and a quarantini for me which was light and tasty. We shared an appetizer sized ahi tuna, perfectly prepared and served with seaweed salad. Delicious! Our entree was a tasty crab cake served on a pretzel bun and served with tater tots ( our choice), and according to Tom " it was the bomb", as the "combined taste was so good". Our server was just okay; not overly friendly and a bit annoyed when I asked if they served mojitos ( evidently not, had I looked at the menu...) Prices were a bit lower than I'd expect near the beach in St. Pete.

They were really busy with 2 bartenders on Saturday night. They were average on getting drinks out. On a good note they had great live rock music!! Falcon Band rocks!!

Survived the shark-infested bowl, lived to tell the tale…read more Walked into Tiki Docks expecting a casual dockside meal. Walked out questioning every life choice that didn't lead me here sooner. First, the Blue Hawaii. The menu literally says "discover what lurks inside this shark infested bowl" -- reader, I discovered it. It lurks. It lurks HARD. $29 for a triple-size cocktail you could legally register as a swimming pool? Reasonably priced. I'd pay that just for the cherries on top, which were arranged with the dignity of a Vegas headliner. The frozen cocktails in general are a steal. Pina Colada at $11, Lava Flow at $11, Hawaiian Mai Tai at $10 with a *dark rum floater* like it's just casually showing up to the party uninvited. I had a Cou-Cou Cooler and now I understand why it's called that. I am, in fact, cou-cou. Ordered the Florida Pork Nachos because I am a patriot. The mojo pulled pork, jalapeño queso, pineapple pico -- at one point I made eye contact with the flamingo on the menu and I swear he nodded at me like, "yeah, brother. yeah." Also got the Tiki Bleu Burger. Bleu cheese crumbles AND bleu cheese mayo. They're not playing. This burger has a position on bleu cheese and I respect that. My friend got the Warm New England Lobster Roll. She has not spoken to me since because she's still emotionally processing it. $33.99 well spent. Saved room for the Banana Butter Cake like the menu BEGGED me to, and I'm glad I listened because it has the audacity to be that good. Only complaint: the Yuca Fries upgrade is $1.99 and I feel like that should be illegal. Just charge me $5. Stop being so reasonable. 10/10. The flamingo knows what he's doing.

Somewhat crowded, as it was a beautiful evening ( 7:30-7:45) on a Saturday, although there were several tables available -- and I am assuming that's why service was slow. Our server was nice, but we rarely saw her....and had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes each time: had to wait once seated, for her to take our order, and she came by well after our food was done...then had to wait 10-15 minutes for our check. We only had one drink and 2 apps and was there for just about 90 minutes. So much for a quick bite. We will most likely not come during peak hours. The good: Got to catch a great sunset and have a tasty and healthy dinner ( ahi and pineapple chicken quesadilla )...the accompanying salsa for the latter was good and we wanted more than the tiny cup it came in, but since no one came to check on us, the taste of the quesadilla decreased.
