I took the engine in to get inspected and rebuilt. They called me back a week later saying it was good and ready to pick up. Charged me $1,100.00. Installed the engine and found 1 rear freeze plug leaking coolant and right side rear head also leaking coolant through head bolts. Took off the engine to take back to them for repair on June 8th to explain the issue and I was being dismissed by their rep. Poor customer service, reluctant to assist me on repairing the leak even though they guarantee one year of warranty. They indicated I was at fault and did not understand because I was not a mechanic. They finally took the engine back in for repair after being completely disrespectful and rude. After couple hours, I was told the engine was repaired and ready for pick up. I installed the engine and ran it for 10-15mins and the engine started leaking coolant once again. When I called to complain, they told me to run the truck like that, that the issue will fix itself. I have 3 children that will be in this vehicle on a daily basis and for them to instruct me to drive the vehicle with a leak? What are they thinking? I took off the engine for the 3rd time, open the engine and found out that they only hone the cylinders nothing else. No machinening was done to the block or head, no new piston and the head still had the old head gasket print on them. They did not even magnaflux engine to inspect for cracks. This is unacceptable, dangerous, and unethical for them to claim that a repair was complete and ready for use. How many other customers are they committing fraudulent claims of repairs to? read more

These guys are the biggest crooks you will ever come across. They charged me $3600 for an engine rebuild. They reused a bunch of gaskets to save money. They destroyed the electrical system In my car by pinching wires and plugging harnesses in the wrong places that allowed the wires to be cut and ruined. I had to get a new computer, have the ENTIRE electrical system gone thru and repaired and also had to pay for the whole top half of the Motor to be taken apart to put new gaskets in there. Tino you have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and plenty of heart ache. You will most definitely be hearing from my lawyer very soon. You are so dishonest and a general scum bag. Dishonest, inept service- to sump it all up. First of all, I took my 60's Mustang in to see if the engine needed rebuilding. The main mechanic took a quick look and immediately knew the engine needed to be rebuilt, which I pretty much knew. He told me there would be no charge, since it literally took him less than five minutes to confirm my fears. However, the greedy owner, Tino, immediately showed up and said it would be twenty dollars. The greedy need to scrape for all they can. The place had been recommended by a friend, who is a friend no more, so I decided to have the engine rebuilt by them anyway. I foolishly disregarded my gut instincts. They took weeks to rebuild the engine, and just a few weeks after getting the car back, I had to bring the it back, as they had installed a part that did not belong with a Mustang engine. The mechanic had forced the part in place during the rebuild, and lo and behold, it did not hold up. Tino did not apologize and charged me full price for the part. The car had stalled on me in the middle of an intersection, but Tino was out for money. Good luck to you if you decide to go with these guys. Everyone has a right to their own choices and consequences. read more

We had some work done on our truck that we thought was not even doable! They were honest, friendly, and conveniently worked with our schedule. Very disappointed at the customer service here . Took back a cylinder head for the 3rd time Wich had a complete valve job done to it. The reason why I took it back to them was cuz after performing a leak down test on the motor , the exhaust valves began hissing out the compressed air that was delivered to it's cylinder. Once that grumpy old man a Tino knew it was a warranty item , his whole deminer changed . Very Rude person talks down to you in a yelling type of way . He is the type of person that doesn't want to realize they made a mistake . This guy doesn't deserve to even feed the inmates at the county jail . He tries to make you feel stupid as a customer . He try to feed me his BS when I told him I personally checked the valves for leaks with compressed air at home and I noticed the valve seats were leaking . Thehe work they performed was lousy and incorrect .You want to know what he told me " Valves are suppose to leak a little " ..... Lmfao who in the fck told you this I said . And he replied " 30 years experience is how I know . What a freekin moron . And for him to tell me there's nothing wrong with their machine work . He said " tell the mechanic to look for the problem elsewhere because there's nothing wrong with our work . I personally would not I repeat would not recommend this place even if it was the only machine shop for hours and hours away . Good job Tino you nailed it . May be you should focus on retiring cuz with that attitude I don't even think Trump will house you . I hope this information will help others out . Stay away from this so called machine shop . Took a Honda f20c engine to get rebuilt and it took about two months to get the engine back. The first startup was done with professional help and the engine had piston slap. I took it back with the car on a trailer for the shop to hear the engine. The employee told me it could be the aftermarket radiator hose I had installed. (radiator hose?) Well customer service was crap. Fast forward 20,000 miracle miles later and I have to do another rebuilt again. They are clearly not a professional shop. read more

I had rotors turned, $10 each , no problem. I needed some bushings installed on upper and lower control arms, i removed them from the truck. I was buying the part and having them press on the new part on. I called and talked to Tino, he gave me what i thought was a fair price over the phone. I took my parts down to his shop and he saids i thought this control arm only had one bushing, its going to be a little bit more. If you know anything about cars you know the control arm has to points of contact to the vehicle frame... whatever ok. I added the lower ball joints, but just the part ,i stalled those. He comes up with the price $427 and i leave a two hundred dollar deposit. I come back and pick up the parts and now my total is $494.00 i disputed the price and he said he never quoted me the 427, not happy at all. I know everyone has to make a living but repeat happy customers are better for your business in the long run. The $67 that i felt i was overcharged is nothing compared to my business in the future. I can find another machine shop. If you go here get your quotes in writing. read more
