Wow. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Harry is maybe the nicest person...ever. They fix all of our family's cars and are honest, decent and always remember us. Here is just one example: my car's engine seized up and died one day (ughh) and we took it to Brother's. They tried to bring it back to life but to no avail. We told them to do whatever with the car at that point because it was of no use to us. Next time we came Harry refused to take payment for his efforts to resuscitate the car and then insisted on shoving $300 cash that he can for the scrap metal into my hands even though I tried to refuse. "For your new car" he said. Side note: he also inspected a used car I was thinking of buying and then changed the oil for me, all while refusing payment. They just don't make 'em like this anymore. I've been driving for over fifty years and recently had my first accident. It was a small accident damaging my door and fender. The "at fault" person had Progressive insurance and Progressive recommended using Brother's among other repair shops. I checked the reviews for all of the suggested shops and selected Brother's. I left the car while I was away on a trip and picked it up when I returned. The paperwork process was minimal. The work was perfect - you can't see there was ever any damage. Brother's even cleaned the interior and washed the car. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. read more

These guys were the worst. I was recommended to use this place for an Oxygen Sensor replacement as a buddy has known these guys for a very long time. First of all they took almost 45 days to get my car back to me. on an Oxygen Sensor replacement. I would call and stop by for updates regularly and they would just tell me "it's not ready", or "the electrical guy is coming to look at it tomorrow," or some other load of crap that would be repeated the next time I showed up or called. I called them at least 15 times and stopped by another 5 and was either told that Harry (the main guy who everyone seems to like) was not there, or that he was too busy to take my call. one time I showed up I literally saw him recognize me and jump in a car to leave the premises so that he wouldn't have to talk to me. So I would leave a message and get assurance that he would call me back. This never happened. I never received a call. I also told him to not do any work on my car without my approval because it is not worth much. When I finally got him on the phone, and he was done with the repair, Harry told me he had put over $400 worth of parts in my car, without any approval from me. When I came to pick it up I called ahead to make sure he was there and get the total cost, the coward wouldn't take my call. He left me on the receiver (talking in the background) for 15 minutes until I hung up. When I arrived for pickup he wouldn't come out to collect payment, speak with me, or explain anything. He had his gas station attendant speak with me and would not speak to me. Hiding in the back of the shop pretending to work on a tire. I spent more than 15 minutes telling him I would not pay because I never approved the replacement parts and the guy finally said that they would not charge for labor but would need to have me pay for the parts. I looked up the cost of the parts and they were 1/4 the price that they quoted me. All in all this place totally ripped me off and took a month and a half to do it. Don't let them do it to you. Avoid this shady place at all costs. read more

I love full-service gasoline stations. It's nice to roll down the window, have your gas take filled, hand over your card, sign the receipt, and drive off. Especially in the NE winter. This place is conveniently located on my way to work near my home so when Husby forgets to fill the tank, I'm not in trouble. The prices are pretty comparable to self-service. I'll continue to sit pretty in my car here! read more

Call them Mean and Rude Brothers - they act like women are idiots - I went for a fuse and bulb, key was locked in car,- when I used their phone to call tow truck to dealership , was yelled at while on phone. My phone and purse was locked in car. Stood outside in the cold 34 degree weather for an hour while dogs were locked in car- the owners are the brothers - they are mean and rude I would not trust them to fix anything on my car, they make all their money pumping gas and laugh about it - do not let them near your car!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

I think I've been going to this place since it began and have full confidence in the honesty, reliability and ability of all concerned to fix anything not exclusive to a car's dealership. The brothers here have always gone out of their way to help me in any way they can and I've been more than satisfied with all the service I've received.
