Simply delicious! The crust is thin, the cheese perfectly melted with just the right amount of sauce that is neither too sweet or "tin can" tasting. I have dined in and ordered out and every time it's ready in the time allotted. If you like NY style pizza that is fresh and hot regardless if your order by the slice or a whole pie you will not be disappointed! There are not many restaurants I can still say I'm going back to after ten years (besides generic fast food), but this is just flat-out great pizza. It is greasy, cheesy, delicious NY style pizza that you have to fold to eat. I have visited New York on several occasions and tried to find a pizza I liked as much as this one, with no success. Even if you are a hardcore NY pizza person and would refuse to admit that, at the very least this is the best pizza in Texas! Coming from Calif we couldn't find a pizza place that tasted like our favorite pizza joint. Low and behold I found this little gem!! Nice thin crust, grease falling off, can you say, DELICIOUS. Love their salads as well. They make their own italian dressing so be sure to try that. Sometimes we call for pick up and they have a large for $11 on special. Even better!! I found this pizza place one day when I was walking on the woodland trails. The lunch special is killer! 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $7! The slices are huge and the drink is unlimited refills! The pizza is New York style and simple pepperoni is my favorite. I never call ahead either because the service is so quick. Even during prime lunch time (noonish) I'm usually in and out in about 10 minutes when I walk in and order to go. The atmosphere is clean and there is a huge tv to watch while eating. read more

Stop in at lunch and get a slice or two. Everyone says it's the best NYC style in Texas. But in my opinion it's better! While crust is indeed thin and has that aged, fermented flavor (NOT sour dough but real old world taste) when you get it by the slice it's crispy. The first time my company ordered from them for a party of 65, they were 1 1/2 hours late and the pizza was cold. It was to be delivered during lunch time and no one got to eat lunch until 2:00pm. The second time my company ordered from them for a party of 45, I called to confirm my order the day of delivery and was told I never placed the order, they didn't have the order, and the longer I continued to talk to them, the longer it would take them to get my pizzas to me (This was Daniel-Alec took my original order). They took my credit card payment over the phone when I originally called them and then called me back twice saying I never paid them. I also asked to have my order and receipt emailed to me on the original call and they refused, saying it wasn't their policy. THANK GOD I decided to call the day of my delivery to confirm or I would have 45 people without lunch AGAIN. Being new to the community and seeing prior reviews, we thought we would give it a try. Both the veggie lover and the meat lover medium sized pizzas were in our opinion, "just OK". There was very little tomato sauce on both ( my best guess is 2-4 tablespoons spread out over the crust) , the amount of cheese was less than we like, and the veggie lover was, with the large quantity of veggies, overcooked, with the water from the veggies coming out and leaving a wet" soggy" taste and texture to the crust. We now hear talking to neighbors that each of the 3 Brothers pizza expresses are run by different family members and that we need to go to the location at Sterling Ridge (and run by Mom) for a better pizza and what sounds like one to our liking!! I don't often leave reviews for places that I haven't visited more than once to be sure of consistency. However I will never order from here again. The level of terrible customer service I received here was a little ridiculous. Normally I don't complain when things go wrong, and have a lot of patience for those working in customer service as an individual who used to work several years in that field. Unfortunately I had allowed myself to have high hopes for this place due to the promising reviews, and sincere hope to find a genuinely good pizza place after recently moving to Texas. Being from the Great Lakes area, pizza is an entirely different encounter in comparison to what I've experienced in this area so far. Last week provided an excuse to try out the Veggie Pizza from this establishment, as I aimed for something easy (and extra cheesy) on a school night for the kids. Not only did this pizza not have extra cheese, as clearly advertised on the menu, their actual store prices are not the same as anything listed online. I would have had no qualms paying for extra cheese, as that was the request for our family dinner, however I picked this item specifically due to this already being a topping for the speciality pizza. The cheese was incredibly sparse and some parts of the pizza had no cheese at all!! Usually I wouldn't bother to call and bring this to the establishment's attention but I was homesick and really looking forward to a cheesy pizza. Upon calling Brothers Pizza Express and confirming the toppings that are supposed to be on this pizza in comparison to what we received, was met with general indifference. They explained that all they could do was for us to bring the pizza back and they would make another. As soon as the original pizza had gotten home, the kids were ravenous and it was 7:40 pm on a school night and to wait another 40 minutes for a pizza and the drive home would have been too much. Otherwise I would have had no issue with this solution. Regretfully this was just not feasible for our household that night. After explaining this to the manager, and making it clear that I truly was not trying to be difficult or get a free pizza, he continued to insist they could have the pizza ready when we brought it back. I tried again to explain how this interrupted how little time left we had on a school night. He eventually offered to remove $3 from my order to make up the difference for extra cheese. I agreed, but this has yet to reflect on the purchase statement almost a week later. Overall this experience was so incredibly disappointing, exhausting and unnecessary for the stress of trying to feed a family. To be honest the quality of the pizza wasn't much different from a HEB pizza and the bread sticks are essentially Texas Toast bread from the freezer aisle. You would be better off not wasting your time here. read more
