I honestly didn't know what to expect from this little hole in the wall shop, but these guys make a great pie, I have no complaints. I ordered a create your own pizza...Extra pepperoni and jalapenos, (hey we live in Texas damnit!, where we put jalapenos on everything!, haha!!) What I like the most has to be the crust, it was perfect and didn't stiffen up after you reheated it. It was pillowy soft and it can be folded like how I like to eat a pizza slice, it held up. First time trying Brother's Pizza . I was excited being that it was Pie Day 3.14 But they didn't have any specials for it like most pizza places . The pizza arrived on time but it wasn't done all the way in the middle so we had to put it into a toaster oven. All the toppings were correct.. the pizza was decent and The jalapeño poppers were good. The cannoli Was the best part of the meal. Not sure if I will try this place out again or not . If so I'll prob order pasta next time to see how that is . Update: Tried this place for a second time . We went ahead and got pizza again . This time it was fully cooked so that was better. We made our own custom pizza. I also ordered cheese sticks which were delicious , Tiramisu & a sprite . Unfortunately the Tiramisu was not with the order when it was delivered so I checked the order again and it was not part of the order which was weird. I never knew this place was where it is. I attend church up the street and Brothers Pizza is just tucked into an old shopping center. So glad a friend of mine introduced me to it. Family owned and operated. Its nice and clean inside with a TV and large soda/drink station. We ordered a white pizza half with pepperoni and other half with chicken and spinach. so yummy! This does seem like a hangout for teens after school.....which I didn't feel too comfortable about. Ordered GrubHub from here. Left a note on the GrubHub order to my cell before delivery, no call from driver. Ordered the meatball sub and a pepperoni jalepeno pizza. Everything looked amazing. This pizza looks like it is straight from Instagram, same for the sub. First bite of the pizza and I realize that looks are deceiving. All of the toppings and the sauce are fantastic. You can tell that they source good ingredients and that they are serious about their pizza. However, the crust has a metal doughy taste to it. After the first bite I thought, surely I must've gotten a burned slice, but the bottom of the slice is a golden yellow with no indication of being overcooked or having raw dough residue on the bottom. The metal/iron/burnt taste of the dough took the flavor out from what looked like one of the most beautiful slices of pizza I've ever seen. The meatball sub looks beautiful, golden brown bread, cheese on top, a good color for the sauce. 10/10 for presentation yet again. But we run into the issue of looks being deceiving again. The meatballs are overly watery, the sauce is watery and acidic, and the bread is just generic bread. After eating this, it feels like someone just said, "hey, I know the ingredients for the sub, meatballs, sauce, bread, cheese!" found aesthetically pleasing ingredients and never tasted the sandwich. Also really disappointing compared to how it looks. The food may be different in restaurant and the delivery may have affected the taste of the food. Brother's Pizza is typically my go-to place for some quick Italian food. Especially since it's almost always available on Door Dash (don't judge me). Their lasagna is a bit salty since it doesn't seem like they put marinara sauce in between layers, but it still hits the spot when you're hungry & too lazy to drive. Their pizza is on the thin side (which I like). Although their "sausage" reminds me of Totino's sausage pizza, I still would rather eat Brother's than frozen pizza so... here I am. What you do need to get us their cheese bread and their garlic bread. I'm a carbivore (not a typo, you read it right). And I loooove their cheese bread! It's SO good! Which is why I kept this review at 3 stars rather than 2. My friend and I came here for lunch today for the first time, I learned about this new pizza place from my neighbors actually and they were saying that they serve the best pizzas in the area. We ordered 12 inch half Hawaiian & half chicken Alfredo *drooling* the customer service was on point- the owner and other employees are very nice and attentive. The restaurant is cute, clean and relaxing- good place to have a peaceful lunch or dinner. The pizza was ready in 10-15 minutes from the time we placed the order. I just dig right in when it got to our table, the chicken Alfredo had so much flavor!! It was like eating the pasta but on a pizza ( better than the actual pasta) They made the Alfredo sauce right in the kitchen too! The Hawaiian was good as well, it had pineapple and Canadian bacon on it (YUMMM) but nothing can beat chicken Alfredo!! Also, the crust is different- not your typical pizza crust. Worst service my mother and I have ever received. Ordered from this place for the first time through the Slice app. Got the Meat Lover's Pizza and 8-piece chicken wings. Couple minutes later, I get a call from one of the workers who gave me an attitude because I "didn't pick up the first time he called." Told me he had to cancel my order because they did not have wings available at the time, and proceeded to hang up on me. Did not even ask me if I still wanted the pizza I ordered or if I wanted something else in place of the wings. I then placed another order for just the pizza and put it under my mother's name since she would be the one picking it up. She arrives at the place and upon telling them she was there for a pick-up order, they give her the dumbest look ever and tell her there is not any order under her name. I saw this place open up a few weeks ago while coming home from work and decided to give a try for dinner. We only ordered a 16" Pepperoni but we we were impressed by the taste, quality and seeing patrons enjoying the food when I came in was something that lacks in other establishments.
