a plate of pasta and a slice of bread
    Sylvia S.

They reopened again (about 6 months ago) under new management. I ordered online and got the pasta trio (lasagna, chicken parmigiana, fettuccini Alfredo). Also supposed to come with bread and side salad. I picked up my order and the lasagna and salad were missing (now that I think about it they didn't ask me what kind of dressing I wanted). I called the restaurant and the young woman who answered the phone said the cook said it's in there and sorry the salad was missing. They told me I could bring back but I'm at work now so I told her never mind and I hang up and check again and I find the lasagna and it's so small like 1 inch by like 2 inches. I didn't even notice it until I moved my chicken parm around. Disappointed since it's my first time ordering under new management but I'll probably give them another shot b/c my entree was pretty good.

Omg!!!!! This place is to DIE for!!! I am giving them 4 stars for the long wait. However, the food was absolutely delicious. I went on a lunch break and had to rush. It's not close to the city but definitely a place I'd come back to for lunch again when I'm back on assignment for work. I got a to go order a second day while I was out there. Got the spaghetti and meatballs. Not as good as my first dish. The salad I adored! Carbs, carbs, carbs.... the ROLLS! Spank your mama!!! Oooooooohhhhhh weeeeee these rolls were something to call your friends about. Geeeezz. Give me Rolls!!!! I got the penne with meat sauce! It was so good. I am still dreaming about the dish I had. I love this place.!. Went with co workers for lunch. They have great lunch specials. Pizza lunch special is enough for two. Just be weary of the long wait if they have a full house. They are yummy so yes, there are people in this establishment waiting to eat. Be patient or take it to go!

Stopped in for a bite before heading over to the Verizon for a show. The restaurant is maybe a 10 minute drive away from Verizon. I was greeted promptly and told to sit wherever I liked. Upon asking about drink specials, I learned it is a BYOB restaurant. While I perused the menu, the waitress brought over some bread rolls - hot and soft - delish. Menus, olive oil etc. are on the table. I did ask for some balsamic to dip my bread in. There are several pizza and pasta options available. I opted for Angel Hair with a meat sauce. Came with a small house salad. The salad was good, nothing too exciting. My pasta came out shortly afterwards. Nice and hot! I wish they would have had fresh cheese but there was the parmesan in a jar on the table. Nice, big chunks of meat in the sauce. The waitress was pretty good about checking back to see how I was doing. For a casual dining restaurant, food versus price, it wasnt bad.

    Pasta Trio

In the area for business and craving Italian looked for some good looking reviews and I found Tuscany's. Over all the food was okay, I ordered the Pasta Trio to go. The trio includes Chicken Parm, Lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo. Also came with a dinner roll and side salad. The Fettuccine was good, the Lasagna was good (wish there was more than a 2x2 slice) the Chicken parm however was awful. It was burnt to the bottom of the tin and was mostly breading with sauce and cheese melted on top. The rolls are great and salad was pretty basic but the lettuce was fresh. Not worth the 20 min drive but maybe dining in is better. Also those traveling like myself Tuscany is not located in the best area.

Reviewing this after the second time. Pros: -taste was the same; delicious! -great price for the portion -must try the house vinaigrette dressing on the salad -very spacious Cons: -fried mushrooms were slightly disappointing due to the heavy breading on the outside - salad entree is not recommended compared to the side salads because they use spring mix in the entree version and the ice burg lettuce in the side salads. You can see that the spring mix has been sitting there since they're soggy I would come back to try other entrees. It has been a very positive experience the two times we came.

I was craving pizza - which is rare. So glad I came here they have a great lunch menu. 2 slices and a salad for 6.99 and the bring complimentary bread. Even better it's close to my neighborhood. I will return.

Chicken Alfredo Fet Alfredo. $12? Wow.

Its located in Grand Prairie off of State Highway 161. If you go during happy hour, they have a selection of drinks and appetizers for $7 each, when regular price is at least $15 each. Ive included my receipt so you can see my first old fashioned was $7 but I missed happy hour end time - which made my same type of old fashioned $15. And by the way, this Brown Sugar Ild Fashioned is beyond delicious!! I would probably give this a 5-star rating, but the parking is so difficult and over-crowded. I highly recommend a visit.

At that time, brunch was around $40-$45 and I truly enjoyed myself. This time for Mother's Day, it was the exact same food, but the price jumped to about $55 per person. Everything was going well until my daughter asked for a to-go container for a slice of pie. After that, the manager, Joe, walked up to our table of eight adults and two children and literally rolled his eyes and stared us down for what felt like 10-15 minutes. I would normally give courtesy to our waiter, but instead of helping, he sat there with the manager talking negatively while we were still dining. I can't even remember his name, but he appeared very unkempt. Meanwhile, the table next to us had two girls dining, and he continuously checked on them asking if they were ready to go or needed anything else before leaving. We arrived around 1 PM and by 2 PM we were already getting death stares from management, as if we had overstayed our welcome. We were not even there for two full hours, yet the entire experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. On top of a $513 bill, we still left an $80 tip, only to feel stared down over asking for one small to-go box for pie. Also worth mentioning: there are only TWO bathroom stalls while they are serving what looked like well over 150 people during brunch service, so the wait for the restroom alone was ridiculous. The food was still good, but the hospitality completely changed my opinion of this place. Prices went up, service went down, and the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming compared to Easter brunch. I'll gladly take my money back to downtown Dallas restaurants instead.
