    Hello, I am writing…read moreto express my frustration and disappointment regarding both the ongoing HVAC issue in my home and the treatment my family has received throughout this process. This is the second time this air conditioning unit has failed, and my family has been without adequate cooling since Wednesday night. My maintenance request was submitted before the recent storm, yet we are still waiting for resolution while the temperature inside our home has reached 85 degrees. What has been even more concerning is the level of customer service we have received. My husband contacted the HVAC company first and was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. His experience is what prompted me to call personally. If the owner or representative of the company claims that I was rude during our conversation, it is important to note that I was calling only after my husband had already been treated disrespectfully. During my call, I was informed that my house was likely going to become even hotter, and the conversation ended with me being hung up on twice. Being treated this way while trying to get assistance for my family during an emergency situation is unacceptable. Meanwhile, my family continues to sleep in excessive heat while waiting for repairs. I also have a child who suffers from allergies, making these living conditions even more concerning. We understand that weather events and weekends can create delays, but we should not be left without communication, answers, or a clear plan for resolution. I would also like to add that because the owner took this situation personally, she threatened not to send anyone out to service our unit. It is disappointing when personal feelings are allowed to interfere with professional responsibilities. As a business owner, professionalism should come first, regardless of personal disagreements. Customers should not have to worry about whether their service request will be handled based on someone's personal feelings rather than the needs of the customer.
