This place was a pleasant surprise! My wife was craving crepes and this was one of the few places around the San Ramon area that specializes in crepes. Very cute little cafe type of establishment. My wife was in awe of all of the live plants. Made it feel like home! The strawberry banana Nutella crepe was one of the best crepes I've ever had. My mom and I came in on Sunday around noon. There were a few people seated outside but since it was warm already we wanted to sit inside. There were no diners inside so the server told us we could sit anywhere. The server was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We each ordered a crepe and I also got a latte. The latte was really good, perfectly hot and the milk was steamy. The crepes are amazing. They're crispy on the edges and perfectly golden brown. The fillings we got (I had the tuna melt and my mom got the spinach, mushroom, and cheese) were really flavorful. My mom asked if they could make her crepe spicy so they did and it was perfect for her. On the way out we also got one of their strawberry/lemon sodas which was delightfully refreshing and really hit the spot. We'll definitely be back. Brown Butter is the cutest spot and ever so glad for it! Their menu is not super extensive but have the yummiest crepes both savory and sweet along with a great selection of teas and coffee. I specifically love their tuna crepe, spinach and mushroom and nutella I also always get the Strawberry and Lemon soda...it really hits a thirst quencher's spot! The customer service is extremely friendly. Only downside is that they are open 11-2 or something like that and wish they would be open in the evening as I often am tempted to get their shabuya honey toast with ice cream as dessert but too full from the sweet and savory crepes and would enjoy coming here just for dessert, but that is just my personal preference! The creme brûlée dessert crepe is a must try and reminds me of the dessert crepes in Japan! Savory crepes were equally as delicious - ordered the Thai street style and Ham & Cheese. Don't be fooled by the simplicity of how a "Ham & Cheese" crepe sounds. Very generous slices of thick ham, cheese, tomato, and I think some type of special spread/sauce? Beverages also delicious and refreshing - thai milk tea and house made strawberry soda were made to perfection as neither were overly sweet. Can't write this review without mentioning the amazing service. We came here to order takeout on what may be the hottest day this year (up to 115 degrees) and even though we placed a to-go order, the woman who took our order adjusted one of the fans to face our corner better, and offered us glasses of iced water while we waited. She even refilled them when she noticed we had almost finished our first glass. May seem like a small gesture to some but super appreciated during this heat wave and while all the other indoor tables were filled with dine-in customers. The crepes are really good and same with their other food, no issues at all. However, expect to take about an hour of your day for the food to come out. I have gone 3 times in person and the quickest 2 crepes have come out was 45 minutes. I then decided to order online to skip on the wait, wrong. I have ordered online many times and each time they are never done with the food at the estimated time and usually make me wait about 30 minutes past it. I have learned now if I want to get food from this place to give them a healthy minimum of 1 hour(no matter how busy they are) to get it done which I think is pretty absurd given that all the other crepe places take about 20-25 minutes when extremely busy. Again, delicious food but warning that it does take up a lot of time regardless in person or online. read more

I'd say you would be doing yourself a disservice by not trying this place out. I had their mang mania crepe and it was simply amazing. It had a crispy texture with a fulfilling chewy center. There was a pleasant mango mousse filling that wasn't overly sweet and was filled with huge strips of mango. What really surprised me though was the tea. The ambiance is a 10/10, there is 4-5 tables inside and 2 outside making great use of this small spot, perfect for a casual date or brunch/lunch with the kids, family or friends. The service was amazing as the hostesses took care of us with updating us why food was taking a couple minutes extra and even sharing with us where they were sourcing their coffee. Speaking of which... now onto the food I started off with an ICED LATTE which was great since I was able to adjust the sweetness to my liking with the homemade simple syrup they provided, and thankfully they have non dairy alternatives and I opted for the oat milk. It was truthfully enough to keep my energized the whole day and kept thinking about how yummy it was. Also got the chicken pesto crepe which might me my top favorite meal of this year! Freshly roasted white meat chicken lightly coated in a fresh pesto made this such a filling meal, and their crepe was the perfect balance of crisp on the edges and strong enough to hold yummy filling!
