Some at the dealership had stolen the placard!! My husband immediately called our salesperson to investigate. Sometime later that day, he called us and stated that we must have "misplaced" it!! Absolutely not! We always keep the placard in the center console when it is not in use. So, on Sunday, I sent an email through the company's website to the Service Manager, explaining our dilemma. Someone had stolen that placard and they had a thief working in their service department. I did hear from their "Business Development Coordinator", translation office assistant, who very kindly said she would make sure my email would make it to the Service Manager's desk. After a couple of days and a couple more emails from me, I finally got a call from the Service Manager on Wednesday claiming to have no knowledge of the incident. This was the first time he was hearing about it! Geesh, what a liar! So, now, after all of my emails, I am dealing with thieves AND liars. Couldn't someone just own up to the theft? Apparently not! Couldn't someone just apologize? Apparently not! Needless to say, we won't ever go back to this worthless dealership.

We ended up giving the non working car to the bank pretty much right after receiving it. SO now we have a voluntary repossession, and smaller bank payments on a car we could never really use, because the All Star Dodge sold us the lemon. Please do yourself a favor and don't listen to the hot air and empty promises of this company. It's not worth the risk!

So I bought a used car from Cross Pointe a little over a year ago. However, when I went to pick it up, we discovered a rattle, which they told me they would pay to repair and sent me to a Kwik-I-Car. I was there all of ten minutes before the mechanic told me they couldn't do anything about it. The rattle was still there when i took the car to the dealership to get the oil leak fixed, and they told me they would get that fixed as well, no charge. So I sat for three-four days without a car, but thought it was fine. Then a check engine light came on. Que about a week of no car as they fixed all these issues. Then I went to pick it up, and Wallace the sales rep tried to refill the windshield cleaning fluid, only to discover the reservoir was badly damaged. So I have to get that fixed. I thought that was the end of it until today, when i tried to get my car inspected, only to discover that the horn had no wires connecting it to the steering wheel. I literally have been driving a car that is legally unable to pass inspection. I don't know if these guys just don't use good mechanics or are intentionally ignoring things, but being told "it's not like we haven't put any money into it" when i spent 15,000 of my own money doesn't feel great.

We received not 1, not 2, but 3 different buyers receipts with 3 different dates of purchase once the paper plates expired. How convenient. Then they came up with the excuse of there being a lien on the car, hence why we couldn't get registration. Well, not according to the DMV, there wasn't. Rude Receptionist: The receptionist was disrespectful and unprofessional. When asked about the status of my registration and plates, my girlfriend was called "stupid," with the added comment, "Do you know how to read?" This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Maybe if the incredibly elderly receptionist would stop printing 3 buyers receipts with 3 different purchase dates, she would actually know the 60 days were up. Conflicting Information: we received multiple contradictory explanations about the registration process and the status of my plates. Our salesman told us one thing, and then another (who we believed to be the GM, with the fake gold chain) told us something completely different. It was confusing and unhelpful. It wasn't until the bank got ahold of the dealership that they decided to hand us some registration. I expected far better treatment and transparency, especially when we bought 2 cars totalling 45k that day. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. I hope they take customer service seriously and address these issues for future customers

We told him we had a large family and needed a 7-seater car. He showed us a couple and after deciding we liked the Sorento, he should us some of those. He told us that it had 7 seats. (I know I should have checked, but also why would I doubt that.) It also had screens and we were told they could screen mirror and our kids could watch shows in the back. We bought the car. When we got home and loaded up the kids, they told us there were only 6 seats and our family wouldn't fit. Bummer but still loved the car and we made it work by taking 2 cars everywhere. We fought and fought and fought to get the screens to work. Hours of youtube and chat GPT and asking friends who had a Kia. I called Kia and they said it was a service issue. Service said it was a sales issue. I called again and they told me to leave my car for the day and service would take a look. After having my car up there for an entire day, I went to pick it up after work. When I arrived the service guy (Noel) said, let's look in the back. I got in the back and turned on the screens and he said, "Ok what is it doing? I was like, "You had my car all day!! Did you not even turn it on?" I then proceeded to update it myself, in front of them, for 25 minutes. Then we tried again, still no luck. He then said, "why don't you google it or ask a friend?" I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR!!! You are the service department. I went home and called the manager the next day. The service manager got us in the next day. Again, had my car an entire day. They weren't able to figure it out and so they had to open a techline case on it. It had been there for 3 days with still no answer. I complained about not having a car for almost a week now, being lied to about the amount of seats, and now being passed around when I bought a brand new off the lot car. I was then passed to the sales manager. I explained what was going on and he said he wanted to make this right, "How about we get you into what you want. Something that has the right amount of seats and screens that work." I bought the lie and we traded out the Sorento for a Telluride. I was told it has all the same features. It did not. It does not have wireless apple car play. It did not have the sensors. It did not have the full sun roof. I drove it over the weekend and it kept saying that we needed to update with a USB. So, I took it back today to be detailed (they hadn't done that yet since we bought it) and updated manually. Again, I was without a car all day. I picked it up at 6 and it was still dirty. They washed the outside... and the dealer (Israel) said, "oh they said everything was updated already so you should be fine. So they didn't need to update anything." I pulled up the update and it had still not been ran. I have been lied to, jerked around, spent more on the car than we wanted and I am fed up. I will never go to the Kia lot here again. BUYER BEWARE!
