Let's see. I started by messaging Brown's to get my aunt's carpet cleaned like usual. I asked for a discount on the message board. I called and spoke to Bwerani on the phone and he gave me a price that we agreed on. Minutes later he messaged me saying he has to pass. What the f***! I messaged him that I will have to report him to the YELP community. He replied LOL and he was reporting me after he mischievousness. I went to see if other people had this experiance and bingo. There were a few including Abigail this month in May 2018. He told her LOL as well. This is a guy who do not care about his business or potential clients. I've used browns 3 times the first time and older gentleman came out did a great I think that was around 2016 or 2017 but more recently since there popularity the services and customer service has declined once been sent the same young man to 2 different houses I get a quoted price and then the employee who shows up charges more thus last time I was charged a set price because I told my husband what they did last time and the young man again tried to up sell... I think it's a bad technique.... and the young man put no effort in his work just disappointing... if they can get back to how it was in the beginning will use them again but until ten I will choose a different company read more

I used their service for a move out clean. Very responsive and flexible with my tight schedule. I had 3 bedrooms and a mudroom that required some removal of pet urine smell. I had been living in my home for 4 yrs and I have pets; a clean was overdue. Surprisingly a Very affordable quote! They came On time and was done in 45 mins! The carpet looked like new. Never will I ever attempt to use them again. Perhaps my expectations of being given an estimate and informed of my options are too much. I'm not cheap or broke by any means; I just expect to know what I'm paying for as most people do. I scheduled my cleaning and after the tech arrived he started with the sales pitch of all the other things that could be done but whatever. I agreed to go with the additional service however I couldn't wrap my mind around this "deep clean" of 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms , 2 hallways, and 16 stairs that would only take 30 minutes to complete for an additional $150. Sorry but I don't want a rushed job. The tech was polite and tried to be accommodating but the owner was a deal breaker for me. His customer service was horrible and he actually said "it was unreasonable for a customer to expect to be given an estimate and informed that there are other options available". After hearing that from the owners mouth I no longer wanted the service from them. I definitely believe it's very much within reason to be informed that other options are available especially when it's someone such as myself that is more than happy to pay for what they want. The owner quickly got angry and raised his voice when I disagreed with him. I'm glad there are other options out there. I decided to patronize another company and I'm glad I did. They'll be here tomorrow. At the end of it all I actually had to call Antioch Police to get them involved because of the threatening text and multiple phones calls made to my cell phone as a result of writing my review. read more
