I brought my older model Infiniti SUV into Bruce's for an oil change and new windshield wipers. I had also been told by another service center that my brake fluid needed changing - although it had been done 6 months prior at another vendor. I was super pleased to deal with Bruce's honest assessment of my vehicle. Jay and Ricardo at the front desk were welcoming and efficient. The prices were very reasonable given what I have been charged in the past. I regularly use Costco's Auto Service referrals and I have happily landed at Bruce's Tire and Auto Service. Why go anywhere else? Only if you want a fancy waiting area and a loaner car, perhaps, but that is not my priority. My car was serviced in quick order and I will refer friends and family. This business only has 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews nothing in the middle they pick and choose who they want to help and who they want to scam i recently got full services done last month and after waiting hours they come to me and tell me they broke a part and I won't get by car back till Monday. Now just over a month after I noticed my ac still smells stale and I opened my cabin air filter to find that is was never changed when in fact they charged me for it. Such good service from Tony Rivero! Had a flat on 101, pulled off at Gish Road, and Bruce's was nearby. The tire had been punctured by a huge piece of metal, totally ruined. Tony made us welcome, had the tire inspected, and even though they didn't have a replacement in stock, found one at a nearby warehouse and personally drove over to pick it up rather than wait for a delivery. All of the team members were not only very professional, friendly, courteous, and well trained, But they do their job very diligently and with care. I thought in a 2021 Ford F650 for a King Pin replacement and an alignment and not only had they surpassed my expectations but they went above and beyond by double checking my steering wheel alignment to make sure I had no future problems. I've scheduled an appointment to make wheels alignment and was told it will cost $120. After waiting for 2 hours to get my car serviced, I was told that to do wheels alignment, they need to make other fixes that would cost $1746, I said, thank you, I will get second opinion, then I was told that I still owe them $75 for doing a car "checkup" So, if you want to waste a few hours of your time and pay $75 for the privilege or be told you need to pay extra $1746 to do an actual alignment, by all mean, go to this place. don't know why they have so many stars... husband came in three months ago to get something fixed. they "fixed" it, proceeded to tell him they're ordering parts for his car and would CALL HIM when it came in. they get an email saying it's not coming and they basically ghosted my husband (didn't even have the decency to call and say "unfortunately it's not coming in"). what they fixed came apart, surprise surprise, and when my husband went back today they messed it up even more. on top of that, they can't even admit to doing something wrong and say "it was like that before." please learn to take responsibility and communicate properly with guests and clients. Bruce's did an amazing job. Bob did everything for us he could. We were 4 hours away from home and he got us in same day, it was a life saver. We had no wipers in the middle of a rainstorm, and they squeezed us in the day before New Year's Eve. The parts couldn't be found so we weren't charged and were given recommendations for parts when we got home and products to use. Not only was this shop a lifesaver, Bruce's Tires service was nothing but outstanding. Traveling home from vacation in our Class C RV we blew a tire somewhere in San Jose. We immediately exited and parked at a Shell Gas Station. One of the attendants told us about Bruce's Tires. I called their shop and they made an extra effort to find the best one available to service us. However, we tried our luck with our own insurance for Road Side Assistance and we received little to no help. We were dispatched three different tow companies with each company turning around because they couldn't service us even though I pay for Road Side Emergency Service and each company confirmed they could assist a Class C RV. Nevertheless, we were desperate and the end of business day was near so we called the referred Bruce's Tire and they immediately told us to come in. With no other choice, we had to slowly and carefully make it to their shop. Their crew took care of us beyond our expectations and grateful of all their efforts helping us. They even let me know that I actually have safety recall from dealership and suggest me to do it. Friendly staffs! Love this place a lot! Went to Bruce's because my van had my tire in indicator on and thought that my tire was low on the driver side but after having check out at Bruce's and they said that there was nothing wrong with that side but they went for an above and check all my other tires and realized that one of my tires had a weak stem on it and they went for an above to take care of it in a very fast and clean way I highly recommend going to Bruce's tires and seeing Ricardo the manager very polite manager. read more

I've been looking for a tire place for my RV with good deals. Bruce's tires does commercial tires too. Don't get confuse there's 2 Bruce's tire places. There one on 10th Street they send me to old Bayshore hwy. That one is for commercial tires and it's right around the corner from the other one.. I was so glad I found this place because my tires are huge!! I spoke with Ricardo. I didn't have an appointment and they where polite and still catered to me. The wait wasnt long at all there fast. If your looking for an estimate, will be best to call and make appt. I was very happy with there service. Will be coming back for alignment. I received a call from my wife saying something was wrong with one of the tires. I drove to her job, looked at the right back tire and had a screw in the middle of it. We swapped cars and I drove here where I meet Tony and Juno. We have lived in San Jose for 5 years and didn't know they were right down the street from our house.
