Nice bagels and bagel sandwiches.... Service was decent and friendly. Coffee was OK. Venue was nice and had plenty of seating, especially on a weekday morning for a quick bite.

If you've ever been to Einstein's, this is a similar location. Pictured you'll see our brisket sandwich that I topped with a jalapeno cheddar bagel, that I loved! Their cold brew coffee was good as well, but I drank it so fast, I didn't get a picture. Their staff was nice and attentive. Loved this breakfast place to start the day off!

Bruegger's Bagels is a chain restaurant that has locations in many states. Their menu lists not only bagels but also breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, desserts such as cookies and muffins, beverages such as coffees, teas, and orange juice, etcetera. This particular location in downtown Pittsburgh is open from the morning to mid-afternoon. For years, my husband purchased foods and beverages from here, and recently he returned to buy more. He felt disappointed that the restaurant had no muffins and that the Jamba Juice smoothies and juices were not being made. Nonetheless, he was able to buy two bagels with cream cheese and one egg-cheese-bacon sandwich. He got these foods to-go. He said that the employees performed their jobs fine. We thought that the bagels and the sandwich contained fresh ingredients and tasted good.

I had breakfast here with a group on Sunday and Monday morning while staying at the Omni. It was decent, and staff were chill. The location is very spacious. I enjoyed the art inside and that you could order bagels or items from Jamba Juice. On the weekdays, you can enter the location from the Omni or every day from Grant St. I tried a caramel macchiato, sausage, egg, and cheese on everything bagel, the western on everything bagel, and side hashbrown. I would say my favorite was the sausage egg and cheese. The western was okay, but the bacon was super small. I don't think I'd get the hashbrown again, there was a strong cheese taste and mushy texture I can't describe that I was not a fan of. Overall, okay with the experience, but not necessarily blown away.

Tried the pumpernickel bagel for the first time--decent flavor, and they gave a good amount of cream cheese. Nothing bad, just very mid overall.

Excellent online experience. Employees were fast friendly and the food was fresh and hot! Thank you for a great experience! Don't forget to join their rewards program as well!

I found a live maggot in my bagel sandwich and two of the workers there stated that it couldn't have come from their establishment, but it absolutely did

The food was great this was my first time eating at brueggers bagels! Their service was excellent. One lady was very cautious to my peanut , treenut, & seasme allergy. Very clean, They greet their customers!

I have always loved Jamba. I used to live in the west and they're as plentiful there as Starbucks. This is the only location in the greater area that I've found. I was overjoyed to have my beloved Jamba again. The service here is excellent. Great suggestions and wonderful attitudes. They're fast and efficient and I've never had a smoothie I didn't like. They are closed for dine in, require masks, and seem very clean so i felt safe choosing them. We're there at least every other week and they have yet to disappoint.

A coffee I ordered looks like a big glup is already missing

Preorder 2 bagels an a small coffee which as you can see wasn't even fully filled. Got the brisket bagel which I wish I could have took a picture of barely any brisket on it. The world is so expensive anymore an the least ppl can do is give people what they pay for. Couldn't even get a full coffee.

Wow! What a great sandwich!…read more My wife and I visited Pittsburgh for the first time on July 30th, 2026. This is gonna sound crazy, but we stopped in for a sandwich at 9:00 a.m.!!! They've been around since 1933 and when you walk in you can feel the history. The walls are covered with painted caricatures of famous locals. This place is an institution. My wife and I sat at the counter and ordered a roast beef sandwich. All sandwiches come topped with tomatoes, coleslaw, and french fries. Yes, you read that correctly, they pile fresh cut fries onto all their sandwiches! The sandwich was massive and delicious! We are so happy we sought this place out and you will be too! Seek it out!

The sandwich itself was okay - just wished that the pastrami was actually hot - it was a little weird, since the items seemed to have been heated on the grill. Bread was forgettable. The fries were tasty, as they were hand-cut; honestly, they were better pulled out of the sammie and eaten separately with the cheese sauce. Staff were friendly, and there were a handful of people dining in; we were thinking of stopping by earlier, but there was a line during the lunch rush. You can also order online for a convenient pickup. Metered parking available in the area. +cheese sauce +tasty fries +friendly staff

We got to the restaurant, approached the podium, I expressed the reservation and was told that they did not have one for me. We were asked to sit in the penalty box until they were able to find a table. We were fortunate and were seated. Our server was great. Very personable, helpful with the menu, made recommendations, etc. We ordered cocktails, which were very good. We then placed our order for dinner. My spouse had the beans and greens which were found to be quite good. I had the house salad which was also very good. For an entree, Bo ordered CACIO E PEPE and I ordered, BUCATINI all'AMATRICIANA. This is where we started to descend into food limbo. The cacio e pepe was flavorless with as little pepper as possible. So few, in fact that you could accurately count them. The pasta was overcooked and mushy. My entree was another disappointment. In the description, it states: "Bucatini Pasta, Guanciale, San Marzano Tomatoes, Pecorino Romano" Now, can any of you, off the top of your heads, tell me what Guanciale is? Guanciale just happens to be, an Italian cured meat made from pork jowl or cheek. Its name comes from guancia, the Italian word for cheek. It is rubbed with salt, black pepper, and spices, then aged for several weeks, creating a rich meat with a high fat content that is prized for flavoring classic pasta sauces. In my entree they were small cubes, meat-like, and one side of each cube was burnt to a crips, solid black and real crunchy. It gave the whole dish a burnt taste. Not the best. For dessert, Bo ordered the Banana Sundae Cheesecake. I bet you thought it tasted like bananas. Nope. It tasted like cheesecake. I passed on dessert. My choice was determined by the quality of my entry. Atmosphere. There are some restaurants, these days, where you have to raise your voice to talk to one another. Here we had to literally scream but still not be able to hear one another. It's all too common now to forego a suspended tile ceiling and carpet on the floor, which absorbs the sound. This was absolutely the loudest dining establishment I was ever in. Looking around, it seemed that most people have bought into the notion that this is as good as it gets when it comes to dining ambiance. Look, I'm old school and this just didn't cut it for us. There certainly are a lot who love the restaurant and grade it accordingly. I'm just not one of them. Bon appetit!

Do we walk around or do we get a table? Im confused and she is just as confused by my confusion. The restaurant has several floors and different atmospheres. There's a rooftop area, a bar area, a floor with music and a livelier atmosphere, and quieter areas if you prefer to relax and enjoy your meal. There are so many options depending on what kind of experience you're looking for. Our waiter Troy, was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring, and he helped make our experience even better. And the Food was SO good!
