I love a good honey sriracha sunrise bagel when made right. I've stopped in twice this week, and once - they forgot the cream cheese (the best part)!! I didn't realize it until after I had left and gotten to my destination. It was too far away to return for a fix but it was still a good sandwich nonetheless. I went a second time, and decided to check before I left this time. It was the completely wrong sandwich. I went inside. They immediately corrected it and got me my sandwich and a discount card for next time. The issue I have is I observed that they had taken the one I brought back and gave it to the rightful person (who was in the drive thru window) I found that odd, since I had taken it, opened it and you never know if I touched it or not - but they still gave it out. Haven't tried the coffee in a while! They used to have caribou, but it doesn't appear to the the case anymore

Had a fairly average experience here. The move to the new ordering system seems to negatively impact service. They must be doing it to combat people walking off without paying. The ambiance is fine but it's nothing special. The food is good, I typically just do a bagel with cream cheese that's toasted. They assemble this like a sandwich, which they used to cut in Hasledalen to make consumption easier, but they unfortunately no longer do that either.

I love their aesthetics, it feels so cozy being in their. Everyone there is so kind! And their bagels are so good. And don't get me started on their cream cheese!!

    Disgusting mess

1st and last time coming here. Food prep counter was a disgusting mess. Immediately left after seeing it.

Bagels, warm bagels! To make matters worse it's right by my work! Warm bagels for breakfast! I had the joy of getting the fun red, white, and blue bagels for the Fourth. Super festive! It's a special treat when those bagels are warm! So good! I like their salmon sandwich. They always have interesting sandwich combos each month. Fun to try! Funny thing but my favorite is all of the deals I get from signing up my email! Free drinks with purchase. Bundle deals. 3 free bagels for free! What!? Besides that they make the best bagels in town! Friendly, efficient employees. Pretty awesome for a chain restaurant.

Everything bagel with egg! Again we raved about how great the bagels are at this location! They were fresh and soft on the inside

We were disappointed by the brunch this year and won't be returning next year. Several of the items listed on the advertised menu were not available (smoked salmon, mashed potatoes), and many of the hot items were cold and/or undercooked. The waffles were cold and dry. The boursin hash browns were undercooked (crunchy potatoes) and cold, even when a fresh pan was brought out. By the time we were going up for a second plate, many things were running out and when we asked they were gone with no plan to replace them. My niece really wanted mac and cheese but it was gone before she could take any. This was at 12:45 pm. As far as I knew the brunch lasted until 2 pm. Also, our $10 mimosas were all orange juice. There was no champagne in them. Additionally, my sister found a plastic whipped cream can cap in her food. Our experience this year was completely different from last year, however. Everything was amazing last year. I understand inflation has affected everyone, but $39 per person for brunch is a lot of money. We spent nearly $400 and left feeling disappointed ($70 of our bill was just orange juice in a champagne glass).

I opted for the red Hatch chile sauce, and this was definitely not your ordinary breakfast omelette. The chile had a deep, rich flavor with a surprisingly good kick of spice that made the entire dish stand out. The combination of carnitas and chorizo made it incredibly hearty and packed with flavor. The hash browns deserve some attention too, beautifully crispy and golden on the outside while still tender underneath. Exactly how diner hash browns should be. The atmosphere is very classic bar and grill with lots of seating, TVs, and a comfortable, casual feel. I ordered the chicken parmesan and French Onion Soup, and both were really good. The French Onion Soup had a rich, well-developed flavor, and the cheese on top had a slight sharp "funk" to it that actually worked really well. It added a little extra depth instead of just being heavy. The Chicken Parmesan tasted fresh and satisfying, with a good balance of sauce and breading. It had that comforting, homemade Italian-style feel rather than something overly processed. Overall, I would come back. It's not fancy, but it's a solid, reliable stop with good portions and flavors--especially if you're in the area or heading to a movie nearby.

I was there about a week ago and had the Chicken Parmesan ($18.95) with "Hand breaded chicken, house red sauce, provolone, romano cheese & spaghetti." It was actually bad. The coating was gluey, not crispy, the sauce tasted bad and even the spaghetti wasn't really good. I checked Yelp reviews, sorted by newest to oldest, to see if I was crazy to think that the quality of food at Sunshine Factory was getting worse and more recent reviews seemed to substantiate my own thoughts. When Sunshine Factory was at their old location on 42nd Ave N. in New Hope, it was a upscale supper club. They modified the menu and vibe when they moved west to the current location, but until recently the food was very good, as was service, and price. But within the last year, it's been sliding downhill from what was a 4 or 5 star rating (in my mind) to a 3 star and now a 2 star rating (my own ratings, not the average of all ratings. In my mind, the quality is getting worse and worse which is a shame. The bar is consistently busy and perhaps is the bulk of their business. Also, I'm sure there is a lot of repeat business on the dinner side of the restaurant. However, if the quality of the food continues to decline, that repeat business will disappear. Hopefully, they will turn things around before they "mysteriously" go out of business from lack of quality.
