Shame on you Bruegger's Plymouth. I ordered online and arrived at the time specified on the order. When I walked in I did not see my order in the appropriate place where they put online orders. After 10 minutes of standing and waiting for my order I asked a man at the cashier station if my online order would be on the shelf labeled online orders and he said yes. After 5 minutes I approached the cashier again and asked if the bag on their counter could be my order. It was. Here are the complaints I have: My order sat on a counter by the cashier for over 15 minutes The bag was greasy as hell all over and got on my new seat covers The cream cheese container was on top of all the bagels and it was nasty and greasy. Thanks for the cross contamination-gross One of the bagels inside the bag looked like someone ran it over with their car. 2 of the bagels were not sliced, as requested. DO BETTER and stock your napkins- you had plenty of staff available! read more

Fast friendly service. Great variety of bagels...larger than the usual size and fresh. Aside from just selling bagels, they make sandwiches and they looked delicious. So I got a half dozen of bagels: two onions, two everything, and two Asiago. Superb! The everything bagel was super yummy and I hadn't eaten the others yet. Because they're freshly baked, it's best to eat them the same day because they get hard after 24 hours. There's a lot of seating inside and it's very inviting. I will definite return here before leaving Minnesota. read more

I love a good honey sriracha sunrise bagel when made right. I've stopped in twice this week, and once - they forgot the cream cheese (the best part)!! I didn't realize it until after I had left and gotten to my destination. It was too far away to return for a fix but it was still a good sandwich nonetheless. I went a second time, and decided to check before I left this time. It was the completely wrong sandwich. I went inside. They immediately corrected it and got me my sandwich and a discount card for next time. The issue I have is I observed that they had taken the one I brought back and gave it to the rightful person (who was in the drive thru window) I found that odd, since I had taken it, opened it and you never know if I touched it or not - but they still gave it out. Had a fairly average experience here. The move to the new ordering system seems to negatively impact service. They must be doing it to combat people walking off without paying. The ambiance is fine but it's nothing special. The food is good, I typically just do a bagel with cream cheese that's toasted. They assemble this like a sandwich, which they used to cut in Hasledalen to make consumption easier, but they unfortunately no longer do that either. read more

Compared to all the other Bruegger's Bagels in the Twin Cities, this Plymouth shop makes the BEST Bagels! ! ! They are cooked perfectly - just the right soft and crispiness. This store puts lots of ingredients on each one - cheese, or seasonings, etc . . . . The staff always greets me when I order which makes one feel welcome. I especially love the egg, sausage, cheese and chipotle breakfast sandwich on a hashbrown and cheese bagel, delicious! Keep cooking your bagels so good! Rayna (sorry if it's spelled wrong) was a G! My bagels got stolen, and she made me new ones, tossed in an extra that had a mistake for the trouble, and was SO kind! I recommend not frequenting this Bruegger's. The manager is super disrespectful and when you contact corporate about her behavior towards customers she retaliates. She lectures you on how they aren't supposed to cut bagels when they are supposed to when the customer asks. This store is also consistently slow and inattentive to customers even when it's not busy. read more

first of all, Kudos to Brueggers for handing out samples in the Starbucks drivethru like. That's actually what brought us in here for more. Their cinnamon sugar bagels are so amazing (and even better warmed up!). I've tried a few savory bagels with eggs, avocado, etc. and those are just as good! So many options whether you've got a sweet tooth or looking for something salty. I also recommend trying their triple baked hash browns. They're super yummy, however, a little small so you'll want to order a few or order as a side! As always, the employees are super friendly. This is now my new go to place for some quick breakfast! read more

Abundance of fresh bagels and quick service. I went here twice on a weekend vacation in the area once for lunch and was so impressed how they kept everything clean that I returned two days later for breakfast. I really did like the smoked salmon on their everything bagel. A bit heavy on the capers but I thought it was a great way to start the day. There are 2-3 sidewalk tables but everything is suited for take out. Covid: compared to all the other restaurants nearby I think this bagel shop was the best prepared and really tried to be as welcoming as possible behind all the PPE. read more

Bagels, warm bagels! To make matters worse it's right by my work! Warm bagels for breakfast! I had the joy of getting the fun red, white, and blue bagels for the Fourth. Super festive! It's a special treat when those bagels are warm! So good! I like their salmon sandwich. They always have interesting sandwich combos each month. Fun to try! Funny thing but my favorite is all of the deals I get from signing up my email! Free drinks with purchase. Bundle deals. 3 free bagels for free! What!? Besides that they make the best bagels in town! If you're tempted to come here to dodge the Starbucks line next door save yourself the hassle. It takes just as long and the cold brew coffee is the worst I've ever had. Weak, weaker, weakest. I feel I wasted my money including the $10 smoked salmon pack that wasn't even labeled with the price tag. There is a sign posted about nut allergies neglecting to mention seed allergies, but that's typical of every place. Make no mistake, this place is not a competitor of Starbucks. On their worst day, they still have decent coffee. I can't say enough about how cheap the coffee quality was. read more

I can sometimes be a bit of a purist regarding Bagel chains. I like them boiled, not steamed, and am still disappointed with Einstein Bros for dropping the Kosher designation for the remaining Noah's that were under Rabbinical supervision. I also favour local chains that haven't forgotten at least some of their ethnic roots, and never ever order fruit or chocolate flavoured cream cheese smears. Same with flavoured coffee. Ick! The Brueggers Bagels is located close to both my Brother's and Meg/Ron's house within greater Maple Grove. They make a decent Everything, and when toasted and slathered with plain light cream cheese, makes any snobby bagel thoughts go away. Their coffee is also better than the Folger's that is sometimes served at our host's homes. Overall, it's a pretty good deal. read more

We came here last Sunday and were pleasantly surprised! We've tried a few twin cities bagel shops and even a different Bruegger's but this one offered the best bagel in Minnesota so far. It was warm, slightly chewy, and crusty on the outside. I assume it had just been taken out of the oven which truly is a game changer. As a previous poster has said this is the closest to an NYC bagel you'll get. In addition at this particular location all the staff were friendly, attentive and quick!! We will be returning with plans of sitting on the patio that looks so cute, as it starts to warm up. read more

4 stars for the lobby not being open to eat in and they had a few different bagels not available- probably because they had a busy morning which is great for them! I ordered 3 bagels, I waited 10+ minutes for the cinnamon sugar bagels and those ones tasted bland once getting home to eat them because so much cinnamon sugar came off and the bagel didn't rise/ look like much of a bagel either. I ordered a plan bagel too and that one came looking like a dinner roll, no hole in the middle and was smaller than an average sized bagel. Not to be overly picky but I go to different Bruegger's Bagels weekly and have gotten used to some really great tasting bagels! read more

Today will be my last visit to this location. They were sufficiently staffed, with two managers in the store, and service was still terrible. Everything was running out. People had to ask to be ringed up because it was taking so long for anyone to get on the register. The counter looked like how I imagine a I ordered 3 rosemary olive oil bagels and was told they'd be ready in 15 minutes. Nearly half an hour later, I realized that I was still sitting there waiting. When I finally got my order, which I still had to pay full price for, there was no receipt paper. It was a perfect end to a perfectly horrible visit. It was some of the worst service I've ever had...anywhere! I'm done with this place! read more

I really shouldn't have to open up the bagel to figure out whether or not you put cream cheese in there... 2) Why was my bagel ice cold? I needed a quick sandwich for lunch and stopped in here to grab something. I don't think I've ever gotten anything but bagels before and maybe that was where everything went to hell. Chicken salad sounded good and they have a tarragon one that has cranberries, almonds, red onions, and some other stuff in it so I got that on wheat bread with lettuce & tomato. The girl was SLOW making my sandwich but still didn't manage to spread the chicken salad evenly and gave me 2 of the smallest tomato slices possible. When I got back to my desk I ended up picking out all the cranberries and noticed that the salad had obviously been sitting around for a bit evident by the greasy almond slices and yellow-y parts. Yes, I still ate it because I needed food, but I didn't enjoy it. I won't be doing that again. read more

Upon arrival, we were not greeted by the staff working because they were too busy goofing around. There was a team of five teens working with no manager in sight. They were yelling and making "funny" noises as they were wondering around the prep area. One of the team members told another team member to clean one of the ovens. After he ran his rag across the oven a couple times he said "good enough.." And then continued chit chatting with his co workers. Our food was mediocre..it really had no taste. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the prep line either. When we went to through or food away, the garbage was over flowing. They were out of most bagels. Manager was rude to us. Did not offer the bagel bites with the soup. Which they were out of 2 kinds of soup but still had the signs up. When I asked the manager she grudgingly cut a bagel up and served it. She did not cook them right. She brought it to our table later and tossed it on my bagel and waked away without a word. If you a new Jerseyian or easterner look no further. Brugger's is the ONLY chain that makes bagels that are not breadgles in Minnesota, and the only place that my dad will go for bagels. We hadn't visited Brueggers in a couple years, but recently went on a Sunday morning. We found the bagels to be fresh, cream cheese and sandwich options plentiful, and very friendly service. We have gone a few times since. The kids' favorites are the Better Cheddar egg sandwich or chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese. And we love the Herby Turkey! read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER experience ever! Nae (a SUPERVISOR for god sakes) was clearly irritated I came in at 330. I asked what bagels were coming out next and she spoke a very curt "nothing." She picked my bagels out and said "you have two more" - all the while clearly pissed to be serving me. I told her what I wanted and she YELLED "TWO MORE!" I decided she didn't hear me and I shouted "Blueberry!" She stopped looked at me and said "you did NOT just yell at me." I said I thought you didn't hear me since you shouted at me. She walked over to the checkout, grumbled "I don't know what's wrong with you people." swiped my card and THREW IT AT ME!!! I looked at her name tag and she said "oh it's NAE. And he's in tomorrow and you can call him." DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I've seen this woman abuse her co workers on a previous visit. I have been going to this Brueggers location for more than a year. The first year the service was amazing and the bagels were wonderful. However, in the last few months the service has been so bad, I've decided never to use this location again! A month ago, a new person was working and had no idea where the bagels even were. I had to tell him on what shelf and in what basket the bagels were in, he even told me they didn't have enough cream cheese behind he counter to use on the bagel I wanted. I had to ask him to come out to the front and get a new one out of the cooler. Keep in mind this was a Saturday am at 8 am. A very busy time. A week later, another new person. Again on a Saturday am. He had no idea which Cream Cheese was which or even went so far as to ask me where it was behind the corner. After the first time I received a coupon for some money off, That was the only reason I gave them another chance. I would like to add that I don't buy a single bagel it's 20.00 every time I go in. Today (8/23) I went in again. The same kid from 3 weeks ago was there again. I went in alone and told him I needed 6 bagels and he says so this is to go? No, I'm gonna eat them all here. I asked for my first bagel with the cream cheese, which he starts putting on the bagel, I asked him, are you sure that's Olive Pimento cream cheese, look like Bacon Scallion, he looks at it again, looks at the bagel and then at me. I said, yeah that's wrong. He throws the bagel away with a huff pulls out a knife and says..is this olive pimento? I said you should know, I don't work here. If I asked my customers things like that my boss would fire me in a minute. At this point I asked for a manager, as this is the third time I've had crappy service. The manager explained that he was new and to which I replied he's been here for at least a month since it's been two weeks since I've been in. I explained the last two visits. She did agree that he should have figured it out by now. Got someone else to make our bagels and sandwiches. The BLT had four crumbs of bacon on it and on half of a whole piece. I went to pay and the manager offered me a pop or a coffee on the house, for the bad service. Thank you but no, a 1 or 2 dollar coffee or pop to make a 20.00 order right.
