This morning 's breakfast was the worst breakfast I had. Foods was horrible. I ordered corn beef hash, eggs,hash browns and blue berry pancake. Only the eggs was acceptable. Corn beef hash was mushy. Hash brown was just like angle hair pasta. Pancakes were sticky. Coffee was just like those from McDonald's or may be worse. Just had brunch here for the first time. We were seated right away even though the restaurant was pretty much full on a Sunday morning. The staff was very friendly, service was very efficient. Good food, fast and friendly service. I like the reception every time I go, very warm. However I just feel like the rest of the staff could have a little bit more charisma, once I'm seated it feels a little dull. Food wise, they offer healthy choices and a wide menu; breakfast and lunch. Except the hash browns, they're just a little too greasy. Simplified enough so you order exactly what you want. So, let me start with the positive...I normally order the Garden Omelet when I come here and it is FABULOUS!!! I thought I would try something different and recently ordered the "Route 12" Crepes. The crepe batter was sweet (which is fine, if the inside ingredients are of a sweet nature as well) but in these crepes, the inside ingredients were spinach, mushroom, onion & cheddar! To me, the two together just don't go and I was very disappointed! In addition, I have gotten the side of fresh fruit several times & the fruit was not ripe; lacking in flavor and could not be eaten, because it was so hard! I brought this to the attention of who I think is either the owner, or manager. The response that he gave me was "next time that happens, just ask for berries"! I thought this was a pretty poor answer; being that what they are originally offering is "fresh fruit", not "fresh berries"! My suggestion to this gentleman is how about making sure your fruit is RIPE, before cutting it and serving it to customers!!! You have been in the business long enough and I'm sure that you know, as well as most produce/fruit shoppers, that it can easily be calculated as to when the product was received and when it will be ready to serve!!!!!!! read more

Just opened so we were fortunate to get in easily. But I know that will change once the locals realize as this restaurant was amazing. Service was great. Our waitress had a sweet and fun personality and kept the coffee coming. Everyone was busy but they kept up with the flow. Place was clean. Great menu with lots of creative options. We ordered the Salmon Lox and the fish came out looking almost white- it was super gross. We were surprised with the watered down coffee and the dirty bathrooms considering how new this place was. Decent enough food, but terrible service. Our server didn't come back after dropping off our food until it was time to get the check. When my father told her that he never received his pancakes with his order, the server's response was "oh, are you sure?". She then delivered them in a take out box. Ok so here's the thing. I was honestly bummed that they discontinued their INCREDIBLE blue corn pancakes but thought I'd give them another try. This time I had their carrot cake pancakes and OH MY GOODNESS were they delicious! At first I thought they forgot the sauce that I see in all their pictures and felt a little deflated, but then we cut into them and wowwww the sauce just came out like lava or a perfectly poached egg yolk. We joined our Daughter this morning for a very nice meal. I ordered the steak skillet and I was very surprised with the size of the plate and amount of steak, no complaints here. my wife had berry berry crepes and could not finish, left overs for tonight. My Daughter order the California crepes that she really enjoyed. The service was good, the restaurant was spotless! We were there on a Sunday after church. There was a waiting line backed up to the door. We were asked if we wanted the table just inside the door a few minutes later. We took it for times sake and were waited on in short order. The food was good not Excellent. Food was a little slow in coming but that was expected with the full house. Waitress made 3 trips to refill drinks and check on us. I thought that was great given the crowd. Over all we were satisfied with all aspects of the food and service.
