Great brunch spot with a large variety of food options. Highly recommend the crispy salad with the mustard/ranch dressing.

Great Service and amazing food. Nice portions. Came here. A few times on a business trip. If you have the chance it's worth it. Quaint cafe decor and very clean. Extensive breakfast and lunch items very well prepared. They did accommodate my special request.

Having grown up in Detroit, I had to try the Maurice salad, which I often had at Hudson's. It was excellent and loaded with meat and cheese. The menu is extremely extensive, and there is something for everyone's palate. We got there at about 11:15 AM, / 1130. The crowd started pouring in. That's a place that i'm definitely going back to. The orders arrive quicker than you can. Snap your fingers and they aree GOOD too. The ambiance is very pleasant and our server was friendly and helpful as well. HIGHLY recommended. This is probably the best new place.I have tried recently.

Solid breakfast fare, spotty service Was in the area and this was one of the few places open when I'm up normally. So I went here to get some decent breakfast grub. I came in and the servers were all milling about at the front podium. It takes them a few seconds before someone addresses me. I get led to a table and get a menu. Looking through the menu, I see they do a bananas foster oatmeal and a strawberry shortcake stuffed French toast. I ask the server if I could get the toppings of the oatmeal on the French toast. She goes to ask and they deny the ask. I then ask if they got ice cream, which they only have vanilla. So I get their apple cinnamon French toast, but ask for a scoop of ice cream on the side. Order comes out, ice cream is put on top as a garnish. Slightly upset, but I dig in regardless. The French toast is pretty good. It's a freshly made cinnamon raisin bread, which you don't usually see. The apples are mostly rendered, but still have some chew. The custard is solid, the cream cheese was sweetened and the ice cream was of decent The only detractor in terms of quality was the cheap canned whipped cream they put on the plate. Easy enough to throw away though Price was high for the quality. But it was good, and cooked well. It's a good spot for breakfast, they just need to be more open to requests

The food was delicious for the most part. Highly recommend getting a vanilla latte! The waffle and scrambled eggs were incredible. I love that the waffles had fresh strawberries. The bacon was also very crispy which was good. The hashbrowns and toast could've been better. The service was great. I think our waitress was Evita, and she is a fantastic waitress. Overall, great experience.

Chicken Waffle

As for the waffle take what I say with a grain of salt. I ordered the chicken waffle. 14 dollar price point for what they give you 3 chicken tenders and a waffle. The waffle is bland. They give you 3 frozen chicken tenders on top of it. Not a fan. If I wanted to eat frozen brand chicken tenders. I'd go to Meijer. Service was generous and the setting is nice. If I go again to try other food. I may update this review. But right now I cannot justify more than 3 stars.

Western Omelette + pancakes

This was my first time going to Brunch Cafe and it was delicious and the service was great. My friend got the western omelette and she enjoyed it. I got the meat and cheese skillet with poached eggs and then upgraded my side of pancakes to Oreo pancakes. I loved the skillet, I added some hot sauce and it was so delicious. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the Oreo pancake was the perfect size and yummy, I def recommend this place for brunch.

Came on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. Walked in and seated right away. Staff was very welcoming and the service was very nice. Ambiance is very casual. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delish! I waited maybe 25-30 minutes for my food and I was okay with that. The food was very good, especially the pancakes! The apples weren't mushy and were cooked to perfection. So I know I'll be back for those! All I need is a mimosa to top of a wonderful brunch.

Limoncello crepes

Service is friendly and attentive. Sat outside for breakfast. On the sidewalk - in front of the restaurant. Ordered the Limoncello blueberry crepes. Presentation was nice - taste not so much. Worst part was the crepes. Disappointed that they were doughy/rubbery. They are the foundation of the meal so it's important to get it right. Perhaps they have too many menu items.

Bacon Waffle was delicious and everything I expected it to be.

The food was awesome, more than what I expected. The service was great. Quiet atmosphere my wife really did well selecting this restaurant for my bday! That's why I love her.

California Salad

The food was really good, I had the California Salad & my husband really enjoyed the California Burger & thought the coffee was great. Can't wait to try more items on their large menu

Dining in was quite nice. We were able to watch the Tiger game and have an enjoyable mid-day lunch. I love the many TV's and from every seat, you're able to watch. The seating is comfortable and the energy is lively. We had a great server, he was very nice and engaging. The food was satisfying. The Mac and cheese bites were a pleasant surprise. I had a massive salad and it had a tons of ingredients, very fresh and delicious. We also ordered the filet bites and this is a tender and tasty dish. The pretzels are sort of common, nothing too special. Next time, we must order the desserts! They looked so tempting. Overall, I would definitely return. Art and Jake's is fun place to dine.

The Maurice salad was good but they brought out the wrong dressing and I couldn't find the server so I had to go to the host and ask for the correct dressing. Fries were scratch made with a uniques shape that had visual grooves that I had not seen at any other restaurant. Aside from the unique shape they were nice and crispy and quite tasty in their own right. Cleary a superior burger and fries versus other restaurants that are in the area. Aside from the food I had their Old School Margarita and their Deadwood Old Fashioned. The Margarita was just OK in my opinion. Basis of the drink was 1800 tequila which I am not a fan of and Cointreau. Seemed to lack the Agave Forward notes I look for and lime component was not as bright as I like it either. However, the Deadwood Old Fashioned with the Woodford Reserve Bourbon was outstanding and definately one of the better made ones in the area. The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance about it with rustic western vibe which I really like. There is also a large outdoor dining area to take advantage of the nicer days which is something to consider if that is what you are looking for. Relative to staff, they are so friendly and outgoing with excellent follow up throughout the meal and clearly a strength of this business. Overall a great dining option in the Northville area and worth checking out if you are in the area.

They have so many options at a really good price. It is all you could eat as well. This location keeps things clean and organized and I like the area of the restaurant that's more like an atrium. The restaurant looks like it had recently been updated and everything looked fresh and newer, which was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the Big Boy burger with onion rings and a drink. The Big Boy is like a better quality Big Mac, super traditional. My wife ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with fries. The Burger was really good and very fresh. However, the onion rings looked better than they were. They were not totally crispy and they were slightly sweet. My wife really enjoyed the Caesar wrap and the fries, which were nice and crispy. The dining room was filled with lots of regulars, mostly middle age and older folks. Chips and salsa - chips so over fried and also had a lot of small pieces like the bottom of a bag of chips. Deep dish personal pan - way too overcooked and also the bbq chicken pizza was not tasting the way it should. Too much bbq was the table's consensus. Chicken parm - sauce was straight from a can. Like it was fine but didn't taste restaurant style. And the chicken was a little too fried in my opinion. Same with the southern chicken, a lot darker in color than the pictures so definitely over fried. Also our wait time was crazy. We were there longer than 2 hours for a party of 4. We ordered quickly and waited almost 45 mins for our food. 25 mins to get our pizookies at the end. Is that normal? It felt way too long. Our waitress kept disappearing on us too so we couldn't ask for updates. I've been here before and had a great time, I just think it used to be better than what it is now. 3 stars because I know they can do better but honestly was super disappointed with my meal and experience today.

I love a good recommendation on Instagram and do get target ads which I do not mind, that way I keep up with food trends and promos and heard about their $13 deal. So, since I always wanted to try their pizookie and it came with it, we made plans to come here. I always get their sparkling sangria, it is my favorite and you can never go wrong with it, it is light, refreshing, and delicious. We also tried their chocolate beer, which was okay, but on the scale of chocolate beers, would land in the middle of our ratings. But the dark beer with marshmallow was absolutely delicious. Loved that one! I also tried their fruity cider which was very light and easy to drink. They have so many great drink choices and a lot of great non-alcoholic options for the kids who were not present but would love this place. While their deal is great, I did a couple upgrades to my meal. I started with the house salad which was $4 extra, but I love a good house salad at a restaurant with a lot of ranch. I also had their fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. It was very hearty and homestyle, and I do like a homecooked style meal since I cook most of the meals at home. It was quite large, so I took home half. I also upgraded to the Dubai pizookie, since I missed it the first time around and wanted to try it, but the meal deal one comes with a small personal sized one. My husband had the personal pizza which was tasty, but so tiny it looked like it came out of an easy bake over and do did his small pizookie. Still fairly tasty though. I do want to come back, and to be honest, I hope they have their meal deal this summer, because I want to try their endless soup and salad, since I know I already love their salad.
