Making reservations was easy through their website and making last minute changes was just as easy. Three Embers is located in the Marriott hotel. I can imagine the view being stunning during the other seasons, but being January my view was of snow and more snow amid branches. We had bread and butter (delicious), served water right away, and another staff member switched out our table light for a brighter one that was fully powered. Anna took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu. We started with the calamari which was delicious! The prices are on the higher side, but for some of the conveniences and location, it was worth it. The service was wonderful! Anna was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and so sweet! We never felt rushed. She checked back after serving us each course to make sure everything was good and had perfect timing sensing when we needed our check to make the show.
