Then the hostess double checks and see that they put us down for Saturday. They were unable to find a way to correct the issue and there was no follow up or apology from the staff, as promised on the day. Huge disappointment and a waste of getting a baby sitter as well. Team almost stomach upsetting. Worst however was the meat: very low standard. Too much gristle, kept chewing on cartilage and had to keep removing (see rim of plate). That was quite revolting. Low grade meat is common amongst this dish as restaurants strive to cut costs where it's "not noticed." Garlic knots are standard pizza dough coated with tons of chopped garlic.
