Met up with my favorite lunch dates while in town from Texas, lunch was great as always. Bruno was welcoming as always and the server was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed along with keeping our glasses filled. I'd say my only complaint (and it's really not a complaint) food took quite a bit of time to come out, it was fine for our lunch since we were just chatting and catching up.. but if someone was trying to pop in on lunch break- you probably won't be in/ out in under 30 min. The food was fresh and tasty so as I mentioned while it took time it was worth the wait! Thanks Bruno and Team! See ya round Christmas!

I came for the pasta and what I experienced was classic old school Italian Restaurant, where there seemed to be a lot of regulars. My dining party and I arrived on a Friday evening, walking through the takeout area to the back dining area. We were seated and waited on by a delightful waitress who seemed to have been working there for many years. She gave us the lay of the land (i.e. the menu) and had an easy demeanor about her. The menu was extensive but not overwhelming. All the classic Italian dishes were on the menu, so depending on what mood you were in you could have anything from pasta to pizza to a seafood. Since this was my big meal before the Lehigh Marathon on Sunday, I opt for an order of Garlic Knots (with extra garlic) and their Frutte De Mar with Linguine. Our meals started with a small salad and before we knew it we were presented with our meals. The garlic knots - warm and not too greasy were super garlicy, just the way I like it and served with a well balanced and slightly chunky marinara sauce. However the star of the show was my pasta dish which was chock full of seafood, all of which tasted fresh. The dish was also tossed with the same marinara sauce as the garlic knots came with. I had an option to have the dish tossed with a spicy sauce but I declined. Bruno's is a great place with a lot of character. You will not find "fancy" dishes on the menu but what you will find is delicious comfort food and an ambiance much like you might have at Sunday Dinner.

Awesome pizza, the best in Bethlehem! Their wings, cheese fries, and garlic knots are also fantastic!

When we stepped inside, we realized why, it felt authentic, local, and had a rustic charm to it. Nick was out in the restaurant greeting guests and talking to people. The menu was extensive and all the things we tried were delicious and had a homemade feel to them, like someone's nonna was back there cooking these dishes. The bread served was snapped up quicker than I could even take a picture, it tasted like European bread that I am so used to. The addition of olive oil to dip it in took me back to days growing up near quality Italian food like this. The marinara was rich in the flavor, and the chicken was tasty with a beautiful crumb. There was a choice of pasta so I opted for the pappardelle, for those, like myself, not in the know this is like a larger flat version of a linguine and is excellent to soak up extra sauce. 10/10. No notes.

My friend and I dined here for the first time on Monday evening. The food was delightful, and our server was both friendly and accommodating. We started with the mozzarella fritti. The mozzarella was fresh, lightly breaded, and topped with marinara sauce. For my entree I ordered one of their specials; Penne Key West. It's made with lobster, shrimp, scallops, crab meat, penne pasta, and pink vodka sauce. Yum! Seafood pasta is always my go-to if it's available. My friend ordered Penne alla Vodka and a side of meatballs. The vodka sauce had a good flavor, and the meatballs were juicy and delicious. All dinner entrees are served with soup or salad. We both chose Italian Wedding Soup. Nick's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup is available, but there is no delivery. Unsurprisingly, this close to NY you can find some great NYC style pizza places. This is amongst them and the addition of the Sicilian slice was welcomed to my order, a suggestion by the man at the counter. They have pizza, wings, calzones, Stromboli, burgers, cheesesteaks, hoagies, wraps, soup, salad, and even Mediterranean cuisine like gyros and falafel. This was my first time here, so I kept it simple. I ordered a large cheese pizza, hot wings, and garlic knots. The pizza was perfectly cut and tasted good. There was a nice crisp to the crust, but the rest of the pizza was floppy and greasy. The wings were great for a pizzeria. They were good quality, cooked perfectly, and had your typical hot sauce. The garlic knots tasted great, but were undercooked. There was no crisp at all. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and the staff was super nice.
