We didn't want a big box pizza night - something local (special) was in order. Unfortunately, when I showed up, they gave my order to someone else by mistake. Normally, I'd be really upset, and I was at first. When the owner found out what happened, he was visibly upset, but he was still professional with his staff - set clear expectations, but he didn't curse at them. The family who got my order brought it back when they discovered they received the incorrect order. The owner did the right thing and told his staff that it had to go into the garbage - scruples that you don't see from businesses every day. When my order was remade, the manager (owner?) personally brought it out to me, apologized and told me there was no charge. He set a great example to me, his staff and all of the customers who witnessed what happened. I appreciate good business owners who care about their customers, quality food and good service. You know that you will get two things here: good food and good service. We will be ordering our Christmas meal from Raymond's in a few days now. Thank you.
