I am not disputing the tow itself, however, the car is an all wheel drive vehicle which is clearly marked on the outside of the car. The driver did not use dollies nor a flatbed but instead towed the car to their lot on its locked tires. While the office staff confirmed with the driver that was how it was towed, the driver repeatedly said it was not all wheel drive. We stayed at the lot and showed the driver when he returned that it was clearly marked on the car. He did not want to answer further questions and in fact stated "I do not talk to females" repeatedly in response to our questions. After being assured by the weekend manager that we could dispute any damages to the car with the manager Paul on Monday, today we were told by Paul that he will not stand behind his workers' statements to us and he has no responsibility for any damage.
