After an hour and 45 minutes in the chair, I left with concave (yea, dipping down in the middle, the opposite of natural) instead of straight nails, multiple areas where gel had cured onto my skin, and a swath of nail glue on my toe for some reason. I'll redo them at home, I don't want to spend another $56. But man, what a disappointment. I can't reshape them because they're so short.

The same older woman who gave me the colors to look and responded "oh I don't know "then continued to polish a woman nails who was seated at the pedicure chair, it appeared she was receiving two Services by two employees. Within two minutes or so, 2 other women walked in food in their hand, and they just looked at me and went to the back. No one said anything to me, nor acknowledged me, so I walked out. What is it about these women their race? They are so rude. They don't know how to be polite nor have social skills. I will never return to this place ever.

I normally don't get my nails done and went in for the first time to get this set....a man started on my nails and when it got to the designing part, I think he was struggling with the design. I asked if he has done designs like this and bc there was a language barrier he might've just said yes to say yes. When it came to one of the designs, he seemed like he was getting frustrated and switched me to another person. I felt bad bc I thought I was being complicated and said sorry....so when the next person did my nails it just felt like she wanted to get it over with. She would ask if I liked the design and when I didn't agree to it I would tell her to change it or try something else to match it but I was sensing she was getting annoyed too. Eventually I just gave up on putting my input and just agreed to what she did , just so I can leave. I was there since 11am and didn't leave until 1:20pm...I was getting anxious bc I had to pick my daughter up from school at 1:45pm. The lady who finished my nails told me that if I wanted designs like this it needed to be long nails...the whole experience and vibe from this place wasn't very pleasant to me and have never been treated that way before but I'm sure other people had lovely experiences here but unfortunately it was bad for me and I would not return. read more

I have never wrote a review before but I was extremely disappointed with the service provided. I requested a gel pedicure with aroma which I believe is $75 and after I got a full set small length french tip for $60, so thats what I was told. I had $35 in credit from a gift certificate and I still paid $137 total being $172, does that make sense? I didn't want to do to much so I showed pictures and requested my colors and let them work. There was one or two things I pointed out but it was way more than that. I just wanted to go home towards the end and fixing the mistakes would have required to much. Three of my nails were not straight, the french tip color was not straight on any of the nails, and my thumb was hurting from her filing so much. I did notice she started to rush my manicure because it was going to be closing time I had been there since before 4:30pm and left at 7. My pedicure was also disappointing tbh so I thought let me get nails so I can leave with something I really like and that also didn't go well. This was my second time there, the first time I was satisfied with my service but after this experience I will not be returning. I just wanted to destress after a long day at work and I left more stressed and with $137 dollars less read more

I've been a loyal customer at BT Nails since they opened, and I can't say enough good things about this place. Van is absolutely the best when it comes to my nails and waxing--always professional, meticulous and conversations with her is guaranteed to make you laugh. I had a concerning experience at this salon. During acrylic removal, an employee used a sharpened plastic nail to pry off my acrylic, which caused an injury to my natural nail and cuticle. I was in pain and pretty upset, but the owner stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation with care. She cleaned the area, finished my nails herself, and reduced the price. I appreciate how the owner responded, but the initial technique used was not safe, and I hope the salon ensures better training to prevent this from happening to others. read more

I have visited this nail salon twice now. The first time was to get a full set and the second time for a fill prior to traveling for EDC Las Vegas. The designs offered were adorable and the selection of colors was great. These are some of the most natural looking acrylics I have had installed since I moved to the bay.
