A chicken chain with real quality chicken, great garlic bread (called Texas toast) and pretty good Cole slaw. They seem to operate on central time indicating where you'll find'em. Fast food can be better. Raising Cane shows that.

A little bit overhyped for me! Everyone raves about this place, the chicken is pretty good but nothing crazy. The Texas Toast is fabulous though, that's a go getter. Their Canes sauce is also pretty darn good on everything. That's also fine to charge extra for water cups, but not if the water is coming out pink with koolaid. Please fix! The staff were really welcoming and helped us pick out an order for our first time at Raising Canes. Dining area was clean and great for a quick stop on our road trip.

I will admit it...I LOVE chicken fingers and had made my way to Cane's Chicken Fingers on Colerain. My wife and I had been visiting this location for a decent amount of time, ever since they had first opened. The chicken fingers were a good size, fresh, crispy and delicious back then. Unfortunately, they have changed quite a bit since that time, and not for the better. We ordered The Box Combo which comes with fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and a drink - (lemonade for us), via the drive thru. The service was fast and somewhat friendly, as the woman behind the window repeated our order (very accurately), and took our payment. We arrived home with our food and saw what our brief wait had earned us. The chicken fingers were extremely small - as if they were from the Kid's Meal. The crinkle cut French fries were soggy, cold and sparse. The Texas toast was the only part of the meal which was enjoyable. The service is good, the people are friendly - for the most part. However if you want chicken fingers with good size and flavor, I encourage you to go elsewhere.

I got this for free on Teacher APpreciation day, the staff and service were incredible - super friendly, VERY quick, and the food was fresh. I subbed the fries in the combo for an extra thing of coleslaw, thinking I'd like it better. Here's the thing. Turns out, I don't really like Raising Canes. I had never had it before, and despite how awesome the staff was I found the food to be really lackluster. The chicken was greasy and didnt have any particular flavor, the coleslaw dressing was super heavy (though the veggies were crisp and fresh), and it just didn't at all match what I would want. If I'm going to eat fried food it better taste INCREDIBLE. And it really didn't. The texas toast though? Incredible. Get yourself some of that. 2 stars, one for the toast, one for the service

Randomly popped in here on my way to Jungle Jim's. A little detour for a quick bite so I didn't buy everything when I was hungry in the largest grocery store ever. Haha! It was a good quick fix. I like that this is literally all they focus on--chicken. It's hard to mess anything up when that's your primary focus. Their "cane sauce" is yummy too. Decent portions for average and affordable prices as well. Crinkle fries and Texas toast with sweet tea, complete this delicious quick meal!

The food was good though and at a reasonable price. The shop was clean and had plenty of seating. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is the customer experience. We stood at the counter in front of three employees and none of them interacted with us. They saw we were there but did not welcome us in, say they will be right with us, nothing. Then, when the interaction came, it was cold and disinterested. I understand that this is somewhat typical in sub shops, but at least other places have the courtesy of welcoming you in when you open the door.

First time customer here. I went to your Mason location 1/17/26 for the first time and seen…read morecaramelized onions as an option and I got them on my bita and it was great. I went to your colerain location 1/19/26 and ordered the exact same thing and did not receive caramelized onions I was given raw onion. and to the employees when I returned with my sandwich they were very sarcastic on this being caramelized onion young lady states she made the sandwich and how it is in fact caramelized onion and I took my sandwich back from her hand and opened to show her that this is NOT caramelized onion. I have a picture I can provide for reference. I showed the male employee what exactly caramelized onions were and he had a sarcastic look and I don't care expression on his face and he said that's how you guys told them to make and I told him if that's how this location makes them then don't put them on and he insisted on trying to make it right so l allowed him to attemot to make it caramelized but it just was charred onions instead and I told him I did not want to waste his time any longer and to just put them on the sandwich and leave it be. I filled out the survey and the same exact person who made the second sandwich is the person who called his name was Shawn. He tried to explain how his facial expression wasn't what I said etc. I suggest a tutorial on caramelized onions to not have repeat issues in future.
