Didn't even get to try the food let me tell you why.... was excited to try a Chiwawa because I had seen it on TikTok and it looked good. Went in at what should've been the dinner rush, but the restaurant was pretty empty. They didn't have what I asked for but the manager was kind enough to put one in the fryer for me and told me it would take 10 minutes. While waiting I witnessed the female worker touch literally everything but food with her gloves including her face and nose, and then make food with those gloves on. This is absolutely disgusting and opens the door for cross-contamination as well as foodborne illness. Something they should've learned in any food service training they would have had. In addition, I watched the manager make food on the grill while holding his phone. Your phone is the dirtiest thing on your body and you're gonna touch it while you're making food for the public in full view. This is unacceptable and I urge anybody thinking about eating here to go somewhere else. Do not waste your money on a food, board illness or an allergic reaction. read more

I've been to this place a few times and I have yet to be disappointed. The establishment is clean, the service is excellent, quality of food is great, and the portion size for your money is on point. In my opinion... This place is much better than Moe's and Chipotle. So far I've had Steak Hibachi Quesadilla, A Grilled Chicken Burrito, Chiwawa Rice Bowl, and their Curly Fries. Please give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. Side Note: Parking to Dine Inn can be a pain in the butt. I recommend to take out. U get to park right at the front of the door. read more

i went to the location on baymeadows earlier this week; I had been there once before and received decent service and the burrito was actually good; decided to try them again and noticed there was a sign indicating the mgmt had changed; i walked into the store up to the counter and there were two employees working; NO ONE greeted me as a customer, the young guy that was doing some type of food prep never looked my way; after I stood there a moment, the teenage girl finally asked if i wanted to order something; NO, i just go in restaurants to stand around and watch yall, duh? finally made my order and the guy that was standing at the little countertop kept working, still didnt acknowledge my presence; i ordered the shrimp burrito; i noticed there was no urgency, no importance, just sluggish employees wandering around; while the girl was making my burrito, I noticed she had a long red weave in a pony tail, no hair net; I prayed to God none of this loose hair ended up in my food; while I was waiting on the food to be packaged, an older couple walked in, they were of a different race than me and this is important because AS SOON as they walked up to the counter, they guy that ignored me this whole time, STOPPED what he was doing, walked up to the counter, GREETED THEM and asked them what they wanted to order; I wonder why I was treated so differently????? makes you wonder!!!! i don't argue with people in stores, I just left with my food, made sure I tipped NO ONE for this lackluster service and went home; later that evening while I was eating the burrito, which was actually good, I got down to the last damn bite and what do you know, the long, fake weave hair made it's appearance in the bottom of the burrito, damn near ate the whole thing before the hair showed up; I'm giving this rating two stars only because the burrito PRE-HAIR was actually good; the hair destroyed everything as it should; this business will likely be out of business soon because their service is bias-based, their employees clearly don't care about consistent customer service and the store was actually quite unkempt; floors looked half mopped, tables didn't look especially clean, it;s just a questionable experience for me and I won't be back; I should never have passed one night taco stand or chipotle for this b/s experience; do better while your business is still open and treat EVERYBODY with respect and everybody prepping your food for your customers should have a damn hairnet; is that rocket science for you??? read more

I had went in to grab a bite to eat after a long day . I was excited to try a restaurant in the area upon walking through the door and waiting to be served at the counter completely being ignored for over five minutes. I watched the Cook on the grill reaching into his back pocket pull out Chapstick apply it and return it to his back pocket. Then he walked through the swinging doors into the lobby and back to the grill all while wearing the same gloves. Then proceeds to Pull out his Phone I assume to play some music and put a earbud in. Still haven't changed the gloves. I completely lost my appetite after seeing this. Upon waiting for a simple taco eight minutes later, I witnessed multiple otherhealth code violations. I walked up to the counter and told them I would be leaving and canceling my order completely because I was disgusted and the response...... They didn't have much to say at all. I would highly recommend eating someplace else because the simple foodborne illness is not worth losing time at work or being sick in general. Not worth the price. I got the burrito with hibachi steak and shrimp. No flavor from the meat. Nothing special and frozen fries are deep fried when ordered. Fries were not salted and there is no salt available. I asked for salt and they gave me some salt flakes in a small cup, which had no salt taste. I've been waiting for this place to open and when they did last week I was excited to check it out Friday evening for dinner. I got a grilled chicken burrito flavored w buffalo sauce and a side order of curly fries. The cost was over $15, which is too high for a burrito and side of fries. I know everything is expensive now but $15 for this compares unfavorably with other similar fast casual burrito shops. The staff was courteous and eager. The man making my burrito tore it and had to replace the shell, but no biggie... I ate the fries while driving home. They were better than average. But the burrito was disappointing. The flavors were underwhelming. Maybe something was lost when he had to replace the shell, I don't know but Moe's and Chipotle burritos taste better. For customers Clean place, quick service, easily customizable orders. The Nashville hot chicken burrito is great, I suggest ordering fries and putting them in the burrito amazing! But if not make sure you get the curly fries on the side they are so good! People are very kind and great all around! My order is Nashville hot chicken burrito the way it comes, half rice add curly fries inside the burrito! Combo and I'm full and happy! Have to try it! For the business Y'all are great! Personal preferences I like my burritos longer instead of fatter so maybe less rice so the burrito can be rolled a little longer or possibly get larger tortillas. (But that's just cause I like them) Add an option for up charge to put curly fries on anything cause I put them inside my burrito it was amazing! And I'd pay for it and extra fries every time! This place is a better version of Moe's and Chipotle by far. The ambience is great and the people working there were even better. Super friendly and helpful walking me through the menu. The nachos I ordered tasted fresh and I couldn't even finish the whole thing it was that large. If I were to have any complaints I'd say the napkins offered were way too small for how messy of an eater I am. They were the size of coasters and I had to go through too many for my liking. This place is very similar to Moe's and Chipotle. I was quite disappointed to see that the steak is already pre cut into small cubes. They just throw it on the burner unseasoned so it comes out overcooked and rubbery. I ended up spending $17 on a steak and shrimp burrito that was less than half the size of a Chipotle burrito. I'm not going back. I'd pay no more than $6 for the size of the burrito and quality. There are plenty of other options that give you a lot more food that also taste better. read more

Food was fine, nothing offensive about the flavors, but I can't not say something about how the burrito was composed. The first half of the burrito was about half a cup of over cooked rice, then a few unseasoned beans, then the last half was the chicken. I know they just opened so hopefully they will read and adjust their technique because holy moly, the eating experience was absolutely awful. It was like they divided it with a ruler, it was such a stark divide between the ingredients. If I went back I wouldn't get a burrito, which is sad given the name of the restaurant. read more

Food was decent nothing to crave. I would say better than chipotle. I like the vibe better. Rice was mushy... chicken was crispy sauces were great tortilla could've been cooked instead of raw idk if that was an option but with the tortilla not cooked it was hard to tear it from the burrito overall decent experience but for a new spot could've been better. Customer service could've been better seemed like 2 people were working while the other 3 just stood and starred.
