The order was ready when we got there. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. This was my first time trying Bubbakoo's. The Cheese Quesadilla was ok. It was served on a bed of tortilla chips and came with a side of sour cream. The chips did not taste fresh but weren't quite stale. They were just ok. The Churro Bites were delicious. I had a coupon for a burrito after attending a fun foodie event. I ordered a shredded chicken burrito bowl with guacamole. I ordered various toppings including onions, pickled jalapenos, and cilantro. The toppings were piled high, and looked big in the bowl. I took this home to enjoy lunch. The shredded chicken was pretty tender and had its juices for flavor. The white rice was cooked nicely, while the veggies tasted fresh. I really enjoyed the pickled jalapenos, giving a nice kick without being too spicy. The ranch and chipotle sauces had a cool and tangy flavor. There was so much food that I was able to enjoy some leftovers for dinner too. The service was very friendly and the person who took my order went above and beyond to give me a burrito bowl and included guacamole at no extra charge. If I paid the regular price for this bowl, it would have been about 13.75, which is still pretty reasonable for the nice quality. It is very similar to Chipotle, but seems to have different toppings and sauces. The dining area is quite small, but I only saw one person sit inside. Wow!!! My husband and I were looking for new Mexican food to try and have been wanting to try this for awhile. This is the location at Glass House Lane, even though the address noted says Kirkman. This is a counter service type restaurant, however, you quickly see things are put on the grill fresh. The person taking my order realized I had never been and quickly helped me navigate the menu with what I told him I liked. My husband had the Philly steak burrito and he couldn't say enough good things about it. I asked his star rating and he gave it a 10. I had a burrito bowl and then we ordered tacos and chips with guacamole and queso to share. We ordered take out and all the food was above expectations. The restaurant was clean and well lit from sunlight. We definitely will return and of course try something new when we do. read more

Went to pick up an order today for my son Cory the order was supposed to be done at 12 noon walked up to the front. I let the gentleman know with the long hair that I had an order pick up for Cory to be ready by noon he explained that they had another big order I had of his so it would be like 20 minutes then all of a sudden about a dozen people walked in. He finished up the online order for the first gentleman, and then they were taking orders for the other Dozen that walked in. I had a early walk up there and let him know. OK it's almost 1230. I need my order and then the other gentleman that was trying to talk to him. He says I don't understand you the one with the ponytail and said don't talk to me Then a young lady asked do you have any straws? He said no we're out and besides this he did not even get our order right we were supposed to have cilantro and onions and our quesadillas that did not happen and also when I asked for my sauce to be wrapped individual like you guys usually do he had an attitude then they had people at the counter, waiting to check out. He was ignoring them too. You were understaffed today And there was no communication of working together and the employees had attitudes toward each other that just made everybody question where is the owner that usually works. You guys were good when you first opened up now lately when we've been there it slow slow slow and the food is not correct. I did not eat my chicken bacon quesadilla due to. I had no cilantro and dicing is under like I asked my son also and we did not have time to bring it back up due to. I did not receive my order till 12:44 PM when again it was supposed to be done at 12 PM. It took 44 minutes of me waiting to get my food for an online order.
