I am again downgrading my review, but this time because the food was absolutely awful. I've been vegan for a year and a half, and have eaten here a few times with that diet. There's not much to eat, it I enjoyed their veggie burger the first time I had it. Well, the chef changed. The veggie burger has a black bean patty, and y'all. I love me some black beans. But damn. That was by far the worse vegan food I've had in a year and a half. Mashing black beans and shoving them between 2 pieces of bread does not constitute a burger. Bleh. They also messed up cheese pizza. I don't know how, but they succeeded. Anyway, that was my last hurrah At Bubba's. I can get an Impossible Burger down the street at Red Robbin. The second time I got a Buffalo chicken pizza, they forgot the Buffalo part so all I received was a cheese pizza with chicken. My family loves this restaurant!! The food is amazing! We've had: lasagna, pizza, wings, chicken tenders, chorizo queso dip, mushroom burger, and flavored teas. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! The manager, Christina, has checked on us and made sure everything was perfect at all our visits. She has a great personality. was a difficult decision to find a place to eat but settled for this establishment. the restaurant was PACKED full of tv's so it's the perfect place to watch any sports games. we ordered the mozzarella sticks and shrimp for appetizers and they were both soooo good. it was so good that i forgot to take pictures of them. i did however got a picture of the mushroom burger with a side of tots. the burger was good and the tots were super crispy. the server we had was very attentive and friendly. she constantly made sure that we were okay and i really appreciated that. would really come back to try the pizza next time. read more

Love me some Bubbas. Great service. Friendly servers. Cheap long island ice tea. :) The pizzas are the star here. Fire brick oven, you can taste the wood smoke in the crust. Yummy! My favorite is the Margherita. Ask for extra basil. And cup of ranch to dip the crust in. Awesome. Avoid the appetizers.... Tried them all, very greasy. The nachos are probably the best, followed by fried pickles. If I'm not feeling pizza, I like the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Huge portion of chicken. Good buffalo sauce. My wife, vegetarian, loves the quinoa burger. She orders it with no bun, lettuce wrap style. I will never return here after my horrible experience tonight. I came here with a large group of friends. We go out every few months, dress silly, and then pick a restaurant to go eat at. We chose Bubba's. We made a reservation online and were immediately seated upon arrival. Our group placed orders for drinks and were delivered water and told we needed to hydrate. Ok...sure. We waited a solid 20 minutes and our drinks didn't arrive and nobody showed up to take our food order. Someone from our party went to ask our waitress if our drinks were coming and we were told that we were not going to be served because someone in our group (group of 11) had glassy eyes. First, there were TEN other people in our group who apparently looked fine and were refused service and second, nobody bothered to tell us. We had to get up and ask where our drinks were and why our orders weren't being take while Bubbas had no problem wasting about 45 minutes of our time. They then changed their mind about why they didn't serve us (you didn't know the name/number of people in the reservation). Okay so why did you seat us to begin with? PS: we aren't a classless group of immature drunks. We are a group comprised of first responders, nurses, teachers, and therapists. Shame on you, Bubbas. We ended up going to a restaurant who very much had a sense of humor about our silly clothes and were happy to serve us. Now I understand the low reviews for this restaurant. read more

Food was outstanding, but took 10 minutes for a server to arrive at our table and then another 20 minutes to get a cold beer delivered. Food service was good, but bartender service was horrible. My best tip would be not to sit in the outdoor bar area- seemed the most crowded and worst service. First time here, they just opened. Horrible customer service as far as wait time goes. They ran out of limes and French fries (our appetizer was loaded French fries by the way). We ordered two beers, dressed... I got a lemon since there was no limes and was told that I would get a lame as soon as they got more, noticed others getting limes in there beer and I was NEVER brought one. We waited 20 minutes before a beer FYI. We ordered the pizza, the wings, big salad and loaded French fries. Our waitress NEVER told us until a different waiter brought our entrees out... Finally I asked where our appetizer was when we grabbed her attention and its when she told us that they were out of French fries, they eventually came out with the appetizer. Pizza: burnt Salad: literally tasted like water even after two ranch dressings were poured on it. Loaded fries: we got at the end of our meal even though it was an appetizer Wings: decent actually, tastes like the Hooters sauce. Won't be going back again unless it's for drinks and to watch a game, but I'll call and make sure there's limes next time I stop in. The food is absolutely terrible! Myself and two friends dined at this location on 7/15/18. I had a wonderful steak despite our garlic knots being burned and having to search for meat on the pizza we ordered. That's not necessarily my beef. Our server decided to add $10 dollars to his tip from myself and my friends check. Both of us tipped him at 20% or better and then he added $10. Busted! We checked our debit card balances. Best believe I'll be back to get my money back. Everyone beware there are some entrepreneurs at Bubba's stealing! **Update: We went to Bubba's and spoke with the manager. He agreed that something was not right. We were refunded our meals plus tip and given gift certificates for our next visit to Bubba's! That's the way to take care of customers! Came in on a Monday night around 6:30 and the place was packed! The restaurant has mostly booths, we nabbed an actual table and there was a wait for the folks that arrived after us. We were seated by the main bar it is was loud! There is a special every day of the week and burgers are $5.99 on Mondays. Not a bad deal. I got the bacon burger with the Bubba Sauce on the side. I should have added an extra meat patty, it was thin-ish, but tasty as were the fries and pickle spear. I Love this place! Great bar and lots of TVs, food was fresh and really good. We had the double bacon burger - really big and good, kinda salty but amazing burger. Veggie pizza - I would have preferred one with meat but this is what my girl wanted... Thin crust, fresh pizza, you could tell it wasn't frozen We also had the shotgun shrimp appetizer, this was my favorite, fried shrimp with a tangy sauce on a bed of shredded potatoes maybe? Highly recommend My wife had the wedge salad which is 2 big wedges (half of a whole head of lettuce) and she loved it. They have 2 really cool bars, 1 inside and other "outside" (it's really inside separated from the rest of the place by glass walls so they can open the windows if they wanted to I guess). There is also a patio where I assume you could drink and eat but it wasn't open as it was raining when we were there. I liked that they had a family restroom by the main dining room so you don't have to cross all the way over the back of the bar if the kiddos need a pit stop. So, this place just opened yesterday and we've been wanting to check it out. We've been wondering when it was FINALLY going to open! I was worried it was going to be too packed but the wait was only about 5 mins or so. Everyone was very attentive and friendly as soon as we walked in!Our waitress Abby was very sweet too. We started off with French fries. I know, not much of an appetizer but I really love fries. And I'm not going to lie...I totally judge a restaurant based on their fries. Luckily, Bubba's 33 passed with flying colors!! Their fries were AWESOME! They are crispy yet soft shoestring fries. They were ADDICTIVE. And no ketchup needed. That's how good they were! Then we decided to split a large pizza. He got the Hawaiian on his side and I got the Roasted Garlic with chicken added on my side. Their pizza is baked in wood ovens and you can tell by the flavor. We were both pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! The Roasted Garlic had smoked tomatoes on it and they were so tasty! It really gave it a unique flavor. For dessert, we ordered the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae. It was good. How could it not be? But it wasn't anything spectacular. I prefer the Pizookie from BJ's. (Sorry Bubba's!) Overall, we really enjoyed Bubba's 33! And we will definitely be back. The service was great. In fact, several staff members stopped by our table including 2 managers. Summary: Great for groups, amazing food, diverse menu, cheap drinks, clean, friendly staff, NOT good for auditory and/or sensory issues, Wheelchair accessible I'm from a a family of five, with some picky eaters and all very different food preferences. We can ALL eat at Bubbas. If you're craving something, they probably have something on the menu to satisfy that. The menu is large, but not overwhelming. I literally haven't eaten anything that I didn't like here. They have amazing chicken dishes and they're chicken fried chicken is my FAVORITE! I also suggest trying the Bubba sauce with fries, onion rings, burgers, etc. Its one of my all time favorite dipping sauces. The only thing I don't like is how many screens there are. So many TVs. Its a little overwhelming. It can make it difficult for some people to focus and I probably wouldn't recommend it for individuals who have auditory and/or sensory issues. Its wheelchair accessible, though I would not choose to go when it's busy. The weekends and during major sports events are when they are at their busiest.
