I used Bubble Cleaning in preparation for selling my home and the place needed a really thorough scrubbing. Oksana's team arrived promptly at 9am as arranged, asked about and then listened as I explained exactly what I needed done so they had a clear understanding of the day's job. Then they went right to work and didn't pause at all until the job was completed. My bathroom tiles never looked so white! Oksana, Anya and Tatiana did an amazing job cleaning my newly purchased condo that had been left in terrible shape by the previous owners. They cleaned every surface thoroughly and missed nothing! Anya even went to her car for a screwdriver to remove and clean the wall heating vents and vacuum the interiors. They checked with me constantly to be sure I was satisfied as they finished tasks. i didn't use the service. my review is based on the ridiculous quote i was given. 1600 sf house for bi-weekly cleaning. I was quoted $160. I asked oksana how many hrs was the quote based on. She said she would send ONE cleaner for TWO hours. I had to clarify that she was indeed charing $80/hr/cleaner. and yes, she said, but the cleaner is "very experienced." I don't care if the cleaner is wonder woman. How could she think charing $80 per hr is a reasonable rate for cleaners?? that's a rip-off! read more

This is the 2nd time I have used Bubble Cleaning - and both times they outdid themselves. The place was sparkling clean and smelled good without strong scents. Everything was done - nothing missed or done part-way like some others. Can't say enough good stuff about the quality of the cleaning - but in this case, I was moving out and needed the cleaning for the place I was leaving. I had booked ahead so I would have time to get the move done first so the place would be empty. Then the governor shut down businesses! I wasn't sure if they would be shut down too but assumed they would and contacted Oksana to see if there was any way they would be able to do it before the shut down. She got right back to me and was able to book me for that same day. I am so grateful. Once I get settled in, going to reach out to have them come and do some regular cleaning for me! I did not have carpets done so I can't speak to that but the floors shone - and this was after movers slogging in and out with wet, dirty shoes - the fridge which was nasty looking to be honest (bathroom too since it was an unexpected move and I was more focused on packing than cleaning!) - it looked like a brand new place when I returned. I like to clean my own home, but I have been working more than usual and my housework has suffered. I was looking for a cleaning service that would help me with what I could not do. I wanted some help deep cleaning the bathrooms. Two people came out to help me (I did not get their names) They were very nice and worked for a solid two hours. I will definitely call Bubble Cleaning again. The only thing I noticed was a yellow stain around my husbands toilet. It probably could be removed with bleach and I will take care of it. He is a very messy husband and most cleaning services don't use bleach. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the scheduling. I asked for an online quote and never got one. I had to call which was really no big deal but Yelp said I would get a response within 10 minutes Then they had to reschedule which was a little inconvenient - but things happen. All in all I was happy with the service and plan on calling them again. read more
