Do not trust this place with anything expensive! I brought in 6 Brioni polo shirts to get dry cleaned. The shirts are 20% silk so you can't wash them with water or else they'll shrink. Well, sure enough, they washed them with water and they all shrunk. Then, they tried to stretch them out to hide their mistake and made the shirts really long like a night gown. When I showed them what happened to my shirts, they said they needed to check with the manager, but they said they were going to make it right. Once they found out that they ruined $3,000 worth of shirts, they backtracked and started giving me the run around. I must rescind my previous review and make it a 1 star, because they ruined my $1000 Rag & Bone pair of leather pants, by ironing the leather. In fairness, they tried to make good with the situation but it went from bad to worse. They bought a knock-off fake pair of R & B leather pants to try to make up for it. I decided to let them make it up to me and take the new fake pair. They never once mentioned I had to also pay for anything over the phone. I thought then giving me the knock-off pair was how they were going to make up for them ruining my original pants. But when I came to pick up the ruined pants and also theknock-off pair, the manager on call stated I had to pay in order to get my pants back because they did the work! I was in a hurry to catch a plane and so I just paid, thinking I'd deal with it later. But upon thinking about it, I realized the guy that made me pay was the second manager and he was not the one I had initially spoken to. When I called them back, they basically said they could not help me and it was a done deal. So in them trying to make it up, I ended up paying. And the knock-off pair not only looked terrible, they did not fit me like my original pair. So Bubbles got money from me even after ruining my leather pants. I have probably told at least 10 friends to not use them. I cannot recommend then since they are not only ruined my leather pants but are manipulative and greedy. Mihran apologized sincerely for the poor workmanship and the lack of customer service I had encountered. Furthermore, he promptly refunded me the cost of the jeans, the alteration, as well as an extra, acknowledging the inconvenience caused. From the outset, I had high hopes for Bubbles. The store seemed reputable and had positive reviews here on Yelp, which is why I chose them to handle this alteration. However, the result was simply awful. The tailor seemingly lacked the necessary skills or attention to detail required for the task. Upon receiving my jeans, I was shocked to see that they were not tailored to Levi's standards. The tailor should've tried their hardest not to touch the back seam but instead worked from the sides. And only then, if needed, they would take it in from the back, resetting it like the original. The stitches didn't match the original, they were totally misaligned, and completely "saggy" in the middle. The pockets weren't aligned either. It was evident that the tailor had taken no care in preserving the integrity of the jeans. Naturally, I immediately brought my concerns to the attention of the staff. They said they were going to work on it again free of charge, but the end result was still very bad. Although the guy at the front desk was polite in all of our encounters, he insisted that there was no wrongdoing and that's just what happens when you have the waist taken in. Despite being presented with clear evidence of their poor workmanship, they did not offer any form of refund or a solution to fix the damage they had caused. The lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by Bubbles is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expected a certain level of craftsmanship and integrity from a reputed establishment, but sadly, they failed to deliver on both counts. Not only did I have to bear the disappointment of the ruined jeans I had just purchased, but I was also burdened with the financial loss of having paid for a service that left my jeans in an unwearable condition. I urge anyone considering using Bubbles for tailoring to consider other alternatives. It is evident that this establishment lacks the necessary competence and customer-centric approach that one would expect. Outstanding experience! From the minute I first requested a quote, to the moment we left the store, our time at Bubbles Dry Cleaners was professional and enjoyable. This review comes before we have picked up our clothes, but I am so sure the experience will be just as amazing upon pickup. My boyfriend and I are attending a wedding on December 2nd and had struggled to find a suit(for him) until this week. We requested a quote and heard back quickly from Mihran with an estimate. The gentlemen were so kind when we called to ask for directions as we got lost, and were even kinder when we arrived at about 5:30pm. We had the suit fitted and our invoice generated within about 20 minutes, and they even gave us water as we were parched. We were never pressured to add a garment and no service was ever suggested without us first mentioning it, which we were both pleasantly surprised by! I have had experiences in the past where the shop employees are hospitable throughout the day, but like any customer service job, become quite grouchy by the last hour. We didn't leave until around 10 to closing, and both gentlemen were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was the type of service you only get from those who truly love their jobs and helping others.
