Giada has been around for a couple of decades, back to the Barbary Coast days! But this was my first time dining here, and boy I'm kicking myself for not getting here sooner. It's definitely upscale, but not stiff or snobby. The room is cavernous with a very high ceilings and huge windows looking out onto the strip and surrounding resorts. Tons of natural light. Be sure to get a window seat. We started with the oysters. Delicious, plump oysters. They didn't come with the standard horse radish and tobacco. Instead they had two vinaigrette type sauces, a cool idea to mix up the usual offering. My lady and I each had the $100 tasting menu. We essentially split the menu up and had everything. It's a great way to go if you are new to Giada. Highlights were the lemon spaghetti (their specialty) and the branzino -- Squisito!! It was my lady's birthday, and our waiter Carlos hooked us up with flutes of super quality champagne to finish off the meal. We will certainly ask for Carlos next time, the man's a true professional, knows the food in and out, and made the entire experience really perfect. read more

If you're staying at the Vanderpump hotel, they have complimentary cocktail hour on M-W from 4-5pm. Just show your room key at the bar. However, we were not aware until after we finished dinner and our reservation was at 4:30 which would have made the cut. Disappointed that the hotel receptionist did not mention all the cool perks during check in and Giada check-in staff did not either. Our server was Victor and we denied cocktails because we were using our drink vouchers at Gigolo. He could have also mentioned at that time, hey you could get a complimentary drink at the bar right now but didn't. Anyways, moving on to food. We got the best seat in the house against the window over looking the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo. Across from Caesars and diagonally from Bellagio fountain. Would have been golden during F1. They have a tasting menu for $99 for 3 course. He recommended if one person orders it, that everyone should get it so it comes out at the same time not that we all had to get it. Looking back, we should have done one tasting menu and then ordered additional since we were doing family style and just wanted to sample but not get stuffed. We ordered: -Signature lemon spaghetti w shrimp ($39.99) - exactly what it sounds like -Pappardelle bison bolognese ($35.99) - most proportion with meat -Creste de gallo alla vodka ($33.99) - can't pass on a vodka pasta, the pasta shapes were fun to eat -Broccolini ($15.99) - these were massive -Asparagus ($15.99) - garlicky, thick and crunchy I think we did a good job trying multiple dishes to see what the place has to offer but it's pretty average to me for an Italian restaurant with the celebrity price tag. read more

This is an Italian restaurant at the top floor of the Vanderpump hotel. It has nice decor and the server we had was very friendly. I had the pappardeli and it was ok. The meat sauce could have used more salt but the noodles were well cooked. My wife had the famous lemon spaghetti and she liked it. It looked creamy but she said it was well seasoned. We also had the asparagus and it was ok. It was heavily seasoned and slightly overcooked. For dessert we had the tiramisu and it was very tasty. I had rigatoni bolognese. It had mushrooms and was delicious. My friend had the lemon pasta and caprese salad. She always orders because it has a unique lemon flavor. As a huge fan of Giada De Laurentiis, I couldn't think of a better place to celebrate my 53rd birthday than GIADA in Las Vegas. Even though we arrived early, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with warm colors and great views of the Las Vegas Strip. Our server started the evening with a glass of champagne and gave us some great recommendations. My favorite dishes were the Spaghetti Limone and the Scallop Risotto. We also enjoyed the pizza, vodka pasta, and chicken parmesan. When our pizza arrived late, the staff brought us bread and discounted the pizza, which was greatly appreciated. It had been a few years since my last visit to Giada, and I'm happy to say it was just as delicious as I remembered. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between romantic and welcoming, making it an excellent choice whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying dinner with friends. We started with the Fritto Misto, which was fried perfectly and served with a flavorful lemon aioli dipping sauce. It was a nice change from the marinara sauce that most restaurants typically serve. We also shared the Caesar salad, which was easily large enough for two people, if not three. The lemon-infused croutons were a unique touch that I wasn't expecting but ended up enjoying. For my entrée, I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken itself was delicious and cooked well, although I wish a little more of the oil had been drained before serving. I first ate here a decade ago, back when GIADA wasn't just one of the best Italian restaurants on the Strip, it was one of the best restaurants on the Strip, full stop. Every visit since has been a small step down. I want to be clear about the direction of travel: this is a descent from truly excellent to merely pretty good, not from good to awful. Nobody is getting hurt here. But you can feel the air going out of it. What still works, works. The room is charming, and the views over the east Strip are among the best in the city, as good in daylight as they are after the sun drops and the whole thing lights up. There's real value on the menu by Strip standards, which is not a sentence I get to write often. The focaccia and the scarpetta were terrific. The hot appetizers were mostly very tasty, including a stuffed date that goes somewhere I wasn't expecting. The lobster was good in every form it arrived in, as lobster ought to be. The staff remains genuinely great. But the step back is everywhere. The old charcuterie service, which used to be a legitimate high end draw, is gone and missed. The fussed-over details that made this place feel special have quietly been sanded off. And the room itself needs a freshening. It is far too nice a dining room to have dirty corners and a sticky railing at the premium window seats, which is about as neat a summary of the whole evening as I can offer: beautiful bones, nobody wiping it down. Still good. No longer great. Worth a visit. It's just not what it was. read more

We booked our reservation online and received a notification about an hour before our scheduled time saying our table was ready. We arrived about 30 minutes early, but unfortunately still had to wait another 20 minutes to be seated, which was a little confusing given the earlier notification. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating, even helping us with a request for ranch to go with the pizza. The highlight of the meal was definitely the meatballs--they were excellent! Everyone at the table enjoyed them, and they were easily the favorite dish of the night. A couple of us ordered the lobster ravioli, and that was disappointing. The portion was extremely small, with only about six half ravioli on the plate. I ended up ordering a side of spaghetti afterward just to have enough to eat. We were also surprised that no bread was served before or with the meal, as that was something we expected at an Italian restaurant. Overall, the service was friendly and the meatballs were fantastic, but with the exception of the meatballs, everything else we tried was just okay. I heard great things about the restaurant and was excited to try it as I love Italian. Well to start off the dirty martini got I was great, no complaints. However, when the food came out I cannot say the same. My husband's chicken Parmesan was so watery and tasted like the sauce came Out of a jar from the grocery store, but mine was even worse. The famous shrimp with lemon spaghetti, was not even hot. The shrimp was pawns first off and not shrimp and they were so tough I couldn't eat them. I choked down hlf the noodles and then I couldn't do it anymore. The decor was not what I would have expected in a higher end restaurant. There was a table in very center with 10 chairs that did not match any of the other decor of the restaurant. It looked out of place and like it was just extra from Another restaurant that they threw in there. The lights above the bar were different temperatures (some 2700 and some 3500 kelvin). Our waiter was probably the best part. He checked on us frequently and kept our drinks full and was attentive. Was a great guy! I will say, we've ate at other restaurants in Vegas that are the same price range that were way better than this place. I would have to say I don't recommend this place if you want a taste of Italy (which is what I hoped for) try another spot as this one is not it. read more

Giada's at The Cromwell delivers a dining experience that feels both elevated and inviting. We had a 5:30 PM reservation and were seated right on time, which is always a great start to the evening. We were given a window seat along Flamingo Road--not directly facing the Strip--but still had a great view of the Bellagio Fountains, which made the setting feel special. One thing to note: there is no minimum spending requirement for these seats, unlike the Strip-facing window tables which require about $125 per person in food and beverage. We started with the fried calamari and the bread board, both of which were excellent. For our main dishes, we had the house specialty lemon spaghetti with shrimp, a side of rigatoni, and the stuffed chicken parmigiana--everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The lemon notes throughout the meal really stood out in the best way. We paired everything with a beautiful bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay, which complemented the meal perfectly. To finish, we had Giada's specialty lemon cookies and the cheesecake brûlée, along with a Tawny Port that paired perfectly with dessert. Everything we had was AMAZING. Service was attentive without being overbearing--wine glasses were refilled at just the right times, plates were cleared promptly, and we never once felt rushed. Located within the Cromwell hotel, the escalator up to the restaurant on the 2nd floor is right by the hotel entrance from the Strip. The restaurant has an open floor plan with an inviting ambiance and great views of the Strip. Our server was kind and welcoming. He remembered we were there to celebrate my friend's birthday which was nice. We ordered various things on the menu including their famous focaccia bread (as there's no complimentary bread served), salad, and a few pasta/risotto dishes. The food was all tasty and fresh but definitely pricey. The portions were on the smaller side so be aware when ordering. For my friend's birthday, they gave us a salted chocolate chip and lemon ricotta cookie which were both heavenly delicious. Walking the strip thinking Italian I opted for Giata. I watched her so much on Food Network for so many years and so many chefs celebrity restaurants thought I would choose this one. So glad I did. Quiet, luxurious upscale this restaurant was exactly what I was looking for. Being alone, I sat at the bar, had excellent service and started with a Peroni while I looked at the menu. After spending nearly $40 on a club sandwich, a banana and a Gatorade at the hotel. I was expecting way out of line pricing, but went for the.Branzini fish, arugula salad, and the focaccia bread as there wasn't a smaller option for bread, but what a great meal. The arugula salad was fresh with a light vinaigrette, shaved Parmesan cheese really hit the spot. Delicious. The fish came expertly presented, and as a chef, I couldn't even figure out some of the items mixed in the sauces on top of this gorgeously cooked fish, but the flavors were fantastic, the fish was flaky, just the right amount of spices absolutely delicious. I took my time had a couple of beers and it was so nice to sit in a quiet place, getting excellent service and excellent food to end my week in Vegas. I have to admit I'm not a Vegas fan, but I did have one other good meal this week with guest, including beef tartare bone marrow then to here to finish with this lovely cooked fish. I just left the restaurant to enjoy my birthday brunch with my best friend who is visiting from out of town. I had a Groupon for $110 worth of drink and food items to be used by two people. Even with our server knowing we had a Groupon, I felt our service was not affected negatively in any way whatsoever by that. I didn't taste any lemon at all to be honest... I did ask for more lemon flavor after tasting it and was given more lemon crème sauce, and it did have some lemon zest in it. I also asked for some spicy sauce to add, I just like spicy food... The shrimp it came with was so good! It seemed like it was slightly sauteed in butter so it had a bit of crispiness on the outside; delicious! I also really liked the crispy capers (I wouldn't mind having extra in mine, but I'm also the type that likes a lot of extra capers. My friend ordered the Giada-rita for her drink, which she said was very good, and the avocado toast, and was pleasantly surprised it came with a nice portion of baked fingerling potatoes on the side, sprinkled with a delicious cheese. When doing my research for foods to try in Vegas the search engine kept recommending the lemon spaghetti. So I definitely made it a point to try this dish before I left. The pasta was perfectly cooked to an al dente texture and the cream sauce was beautifully layered with a lemon cream sauce that was bright and flavorful. Man...I was so excited for this reservation, and it just fell short. Our server - fantastic! He treated our large table like royalty, and was so attentive to us. The location is great too - beautiful ambience and you can see the fountain show from the floor to ceiling windows. The apps - some hits, some misses. The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was gritty - almost like sand. It made me not want to try her boxed pasta anymore. I was most disappointed about that. We also ordered meatballs for an extra protein, and those should have been called salt bombs - they were awful. We also ordered Brussels and broccolini - but those never came - so there was that. 03/05/2026 A couple of years ago, my friend and I had dinner at GIADA and we loved the Tiramisu. So when we planned our recent Vegas trip, we made a reservation to have dessert here again. The restaurant was somewhat busy around Thursday at 8pm. We were seated right by the window and had a great view of the strip. When our waiter started talking about the menu, we let him know we were only there for dessert. He said he had to go check if that was okay because I guess we were seated at a table that was meant for a full meal. He came back and said it was fine since things were slowing down anyway. We thought that was kind of weird. Awkwardness aside, we still had a good time and enjoyed the dessert. Their Tiramisu is not traditional - the mascarpone layers are thick and dense. There is one layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers sandwiched between two crunchy chocolate cookie squares. It was pretty good, though not as good as we remembered. It took me over ten years to finally make it back to Giada Las Vegas, and I'd been looking forward to the return trip ever since my first visit. As a fan of the celebrity chef, I was still holding out hope I'd run into her, but no luck this time! The restaurant remains beautifully decorated, and I still love the small touches, like seeing the Giada logo on various items throughout the space. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once we were seated. Our server was incredibly slow to acknowledge us, it was at least 15 to 20 minutes before he came by just to ask if we wanted drinks. I had to politely ask for a menu first, as I wasn't sure how I could order without seeing the selection but I let it go. Because I was worried the service would continue to be a disappearing act, I rushed to put in my full order. I had the orzo meatballs and the lemon spaghetti I remembered so fondly from years ago. Things didn't improve from there. The food took quite a while to arrive, and when it did, the appetizer and entrée were served at the exact same time. Worse yet, the meatballs were only lukewarm and the spaghetti was cold. I'm not one to send food back, so I tried to salvage it by asking for extra lemon sauce, hoping the heat from the sauce would warm the pasta. It didn't work--the sauce was also lukewarm. While the shrimp were a good size, they were unfortunately quite tough. On a positive note, the meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the pasta itself was cooked to a perfect al dente, which I enjoy. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. At this price point, and with so many other world class dining options nearby, I expected much better. We had the orzo meatballs and the cacio e pepe bucatini that comes in its own cheese wheel!! We were scraping the cheese into the pasta which gave it an amazing charred parmesan flavor, and yes...we were eating the wheel too! We had broccolini on the side and the crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert - both were solid choices. I had high hopes from a celebrity chef restaurant in Vegas. I was looking forward to the experience especially because I love Italian food. The service was amazing. The food came out timely. The staff was personable and our server always checked on us. I also received a glass of champagne for my birthday. (Thank you.) The restaurant was beautiful. We were seated by the window which was perfect but it was a hot day and the sun was beaming down through the shade and I knew I was going to be uncomfortably warm if I sat there through dinner. Luckily they were able to move us to another table. Sadly, the air smelled of cigarettes every now and then, although I didn't see anyone smoking. I ordered the Italian Interlude cocktail which was so pretty and delicate. For dinner, my husband and I ordered: Bigeye Tuna Crudo: I found the aioli and the Parmesan crisp to be too heavy for the tuna. I was looking for more blood orange or more acidity to cut the fat. Caprese Salad: I don't know what the cream is - burrata? But it was fantastic, along with the little pearls of balsamic vinegar. I did not like the chunks of rock salt on top of the whole salad. It was way too salty. Giada's Signature Lemon Spaghetti: Lovely plating. The pasta was al dente - perfect! The sauce was too lemony for my liking but my husband loved it. The shrimp was not cooked all the way. It was raw in the middle. Agnolotti: I guess I was expecting a heartier plate when you say "Short Rib." There were 8 small ravioli: 4 short rib and 4 ricotta. Food 8.7/10; tasted great, fresh, simple ingredients! Service 3/10: from the time we sat down to the time we got our drinks, glass of wine and a soda; it took over 35 minutes. Told them it was my girls birthday at the front and put it in the notes when booking the window seat with a $250 min. They did not remember or do anything for it. Not even a happy birthday. Also the server never introduced himself so we never knew his name. The entire meal: apps, salad. Main course, 2 rounds of drinks and desert was 2 hours and 50 min. I know some want a long drawn out dinner but that is not what we were after. I also said something to two different people after waiting 35 min and no change in service. OMG I love this place! I should qualify that by stating that I am a HUGE Giada fan. Like.....own all the cookbooks, seen all the cooking shows, drink out of a Giada mug at home. So suffice it to say, I was super excited to have a meal here. I wasn't able to do dinner with the timing of my weekend, but we did brunch and it was so, so good. Tried the oysters, eggs Benedict, caprese sandwich, cinnamon roll, pancakes, sangria....nothign disappointed. I wish I could have eaten more so I could have tried a wider variety. The ambience is great, just like Giada's house/shows. Lots of seating and a great view of the strip. Our server was so polite and helpful, overall everything was great. read more

It was pretty easy to get a reservation on a Tuesday evening. Since we've been in the Venetian for a few days without leaving, we decided to walk down to the Cromwell and try out Giada. The service was old school polite. (A good thing). The food was I would say not as amazing as I expected. I recently also had handmade pasta in DC and I felt that was better. 2 of us had lobster raviolis and another member of our party had the signature lemon spaghetti. The lemon spaghetti was a little bland but fresh. The ravioli was very thick and saucy, making the lobster difficult to taste. The next was the tiramisu. It was presented in a little cube which made it look like a a smore. It also tasted great! read more

Giada...my long lasting Celebrity Chef crush and 3rd true love...the first is my wife, the 2nd is Channing Tatum as I love a guy who can dance. I was exciting to finally try my 3rd love's Italian cooking...the restaurant is beautiful and elegant, with an Italian modern touch. Service was friendly and fancy. $110 for the 4 course tasting menu, expensive! But you gotta treat yourself once in awhile, and I had a $99 Groupon that was gifted to me! Course 1) Tuna Crudo...the slices of tuna were so fresh, light, and lovely! The aioli was a nice touch, and parmesan crust added a pleasant crunch. Course 2) Giada's famous Lemon Spaghetti with Shrimp! This is a half portion for this tasting menu. The spaghetti was nicely cooked al dente, the lemony mascarpone cheese sauce was light and smooth...but still underwhelming on flavor. Good, but not great. Just one big shrimp, but it was delish! Full size is $39...hmm... Course 3) Short Ribs...Meaty, juicy, succulent, tender and tasty beef! The red wine blackberry sauce was divine. Course 4) Tiramisu...so good! One of the best Tiramisu ever! Perfect balance of chocolate, coffee, mascarpone cheese, and cake...sweet and decadent. LOVE! Great food, great ambience, great service...but not really a great value. You're paying for the name "Giada" and what is probably frightening monthly rent payment she needs come up.
