    Rigatoni meat sauce and mushrooms
    Grethel D.

We had reservations and were seated shortly after checking in. We had a booth that faved the strip. When making reservations you would need to call and ask for specific seating. I had rigatoni bolognese. It had mushrooms and was delicious. My friend had the lemon pasta and caprese salad. She always orders because it has a unique lemon flavor. The caprese salad was also wonderful. We were served by a very nice waiter and it immediately got super busy. We had plenty of time to eat. Our drinks were delicious. You definitely can't go wrong if you enjoy Italian. I would recommend checking the menu prior to arriving so you have an idea of what to order.

Wow they open at 8:30 for brunch! Stopped by then walked and came back to try it out. No regrets very nice staff Ian our waiter made very good conversation with us he was great! I ordered a lasagna but my husband took it from me so I ate his panini. I do wish there was meat in that lasagna that would be perfect if it did. Beautiful panoramic view! At the end they gave me a tiramisu sooo good! Best birthday cake ever! An after thought I recommend trying the pasta cause they make the noodles fresh sooo I'll be back.

We came here for an early Thursday evening reservation. We were seated right away. The waitstaff was very friendly and tentative. They had an extensive wine list as well as cocktails and mocktails. We started off with splitting the Caesar salad. It had a citrus flavor and was very good. For my meal I had the famous lemon pasta. It did not disappoint. The shrimp were some of the best shrimp I've ever had in my life. my spouse had one of the new pizzas. It was huge! He loved it. The restaurants itself is absolutely beautiful and cozy at the same time. You will get amazing strip views.

5/5 Stars for Lauren T. at Giada! Took my daughters out for a girls' dinner and Lauren H. completely made our night. She was incredibly knowledgeable, cool, and so funny; she took excellent care of us for our tasty time dining there! She recommended the interactive chocolate dessert special, which was the neatest and most fun culinary experience we've had in a long time. Lauren T is an absolute superstar server and we can't wait to come back!!

As a huge fan of Giada De Laurentiis, I couldn't think of a better place to celebrate my 53rd birthday than GIADA in Las Vegas. Even though we arrived early, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with warm colors and great views of the Las Vegas Strip. Our server started the evening with a glass of champagne and gave us some great recommendations. My favorite dishes were the Spaghetti Limone and the Scallop Risotto. We also enjoyed the pizza, vodka pasta, and chicken parmesan. When our pizza arrived late, the staff brought us bread and discounted the pizza, which was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to the manager and staff for their excellent service. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday dinner with delicious food, great service, and beautiful views. A perfect way to celebrate turning 53!

It had been a few years since my last visit to Giada, and I'm happy to say it was just as delicious as I remembered. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between romantic and welcoming, making it an excellent choice whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying dinner with friends. We started with the Fritto Misto, which was fried perfectly and served with a flavorful lemon aioli dipping sauce. It was a nice change from the marinara sauce that most restaurants typically serve. We also shared the Caesar salad, which was easily large enough for two people, if not three. The lemon-infused croutons were a unique touch that I wasn't expecting but ended up enjoying. For my entrée, I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken itself was delicious and cooked well, although I wish a little more of the oil had been drained before serving. Even with that minor issue, it was still a very enjoyable dish. I noticed that some reviews mention small portion sizes, but that was not our experience at all. Every entrée at our table was generously portioned and easily large enough to share. Overall, Giada delivered another memorable dining experience, and I look forward to returning much sooner than my last visit.

This was my first time visiting Las Vegas and Giadas did not disappoint. We came to celebrate an anniversary and were greeted by friendly staff. We were seated next to the windows with a view of the bellagio fountains. We ordered the Salmon and Giadas Signature Lemon Spaghetti. We enjoyed both dishes. I would say this is a Las Vegas must do.

Perfect spot for birthday brunch! We were celebrating my friend's birthday and chose Giada's brunch. Pepe made our brunch experience special with the perfect service. The shrimp with lemon pasta was out of this world, and the smashed potatoes were the perfect amount of crispy. I can't wait to go back soon and enjoy dinner at Giada's!!!

Ordered room service while staying at the Vanderpump Hotel. Order was ready faster than predicted. Waiter bough it up in a heated table/box and offered to leave it in the room. Glass of water came i with the order. Burger was cooked to the correct temperature but not at all seasoned. Side of bacon was the best part. Should have ordered delivery instead of paying the room service fee.

I first ate here a decade ago, back when GIADA wasn't just one of the best Italian restaurants on the Strip, it was one of the best restaurants on the Strip, full stop. Every visit since has been a small step down. I want to be clear about the direction of travel: this is a descent from truly excellent to merely pretty good, not from good to awful. Nobody is getting hurt here. But you can feel the air going out of it. What still works, works. The room is charming, and the views over the east Strip are among the best in the city, as good in daylight as they are after the sun drops and the whole thing lights up. There's real value on the menu by Strip standards, which is not a sentence I get to write often. The focaccia and the scarpetta were terrific. The hot appetizers were mostly very tasty, including a stuffed date that goes somewhere I wasn't expecting. The lobster was good in every form it arrived in, as lobster ought to be. The staff remains genuinely great. But the step back is everywhere. The old charcuterie service, which used to be a legitimate high end draw, is gone and missed. The fussed-over details that made this place feel special have quietly been sanded off. And the room itself needs a freshening. It is far too nice a dining room to have dirty corners and a sticky railing at the premium window seats, which is about as neat a summary of the whole evening as I can offer: beautiful bones, nobody wiping it down. Still good. No longer great. Worth a visit. It's just not what it was.

Waiting for our table to be ready.

We booked our reservation online and received a notification about an hour before our scheduled time saying our table was ready. We arrived about 30 minutes early, but unfortunately still had to wait another 20 minutes to be seated, which was a little confusing given the earlier notification. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating, even helping us with a request for ranch to go with the pizza. The highlight of the meal was definitely the meatballs--they were excellent! Everyone at the table enjoyed them, and they were easily the favorite dish of the night. A couple of us ordered the lobster ravioli, and that was disappointing. The portion was extremely small, with only about six half ravioli on the plate. I ended up ordering a side of spaghetti afterward just to have enough to eat. We were also surprised that no bread was served before or with the meal, as that was something we expected at an Italian restaurant. Overall, the service was friendly and the meatballs were fantastic, but with the exception of the meatballs, everything else we tried was just okay. Given the portion sizes and overall food quality, we left a little disappointed.

10/10 experience every time I eat here. They didn't have the gnocchi this time I went, but I hear it might be coming back. The Cacio e Pepe is my favorite dish and was absolutely delicious.

Wait time was minimal. Service was great. Tables were wobbly. Views were spectacular. Your shoe to sit and watch the fountain show and the Las Vegas strip lights. The food was great

Are kid's allowed now that Cromwell turned 21+ as a property?

We were able to bring our 2-year-old to Giada a couple months ago (February 2024), and no one said anything. They were actually very accommodating for him with a high chair and everything.

My Wife and I are dining with you in March. We've eaten there one time before and absolutely loved everything except for where we were seated. How can we go about getting a nice seating for 2? Lots of traffic where we were. Look forward to our return

If you're staying there or close by, I would pop in and just ask. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. If not, I would show up early and still ask if it's possible to be seated more out of the way as your preference. Enjoy your visit! We just…

Where is the best parking to dine at Giada's?

We parked at the valet. It may have been pricey, but because we spent over a certain dollar amount, valet was free. It's based on like a tier level for discounts on the parking. They will explain it all to you when you park.

What is the price of the tasting menu for 2023?

I believe we paid $120 per person and it was well worth it. We were there a few months ago.

Do they make pasta in a cheese wheel?

Yes, when we visited a couple years ago they created their cacio e pepe in a wheel of pecorino. It was outstanding.

Is paying extra for a window seat worth it?

We didn't pay for window seats, but we sat in the corner by the window for brunch. Didn't feel that much special. It might be worth it for a dinner service with a better view of the strip at night, but I personally wouldn't pay for it because I…

    Is the dress casual?

Yes, you can be dress casual (jeans & polo shirt) to as dressy as you choose. I've even worn nice walking shorts and a polo shirt.

Are nice shorts and a button down shirt acceptable attire for dinner? Going to be hot while we're there, and not sure pants would be comfortable?

I have worn very nice shorts & a button down shirt when dining at Giada's before... believe it or not, I've even worn a nice t-shirt and jeans... you can dress up, or dress down.. that's what is so nice about it.. as long as you keep it Classy, you…

Regarding business casual - if you wear nice jeans do you have to wear a coat or will a button down shirt suffice?

Nice jeans will be fine, no jacket required. A button down shirt will be good. No flip flops!

Does Giada's serve a traditional Spaghetti and Meatball dinner? Don't see that on the menu (maybe I'm wrong) and that's what my husband would want

Hello Michelle, I can understand your question, liking that as well. Having been a customer of Giada's since she opened in 2014, I think at one time they may have had…

What is the current tasting menu price (Aug 2021)?

$109 for 4 courses. Worth the price to try some of Giadas signature dishes.

Are they still offering the Cacio e Pepe pasta dish in a cheese wheel?

No. They serve just the pasta in a similar sauce so they claim.mine was cold, taste blend and was horrible.menu was tiny n service bad. I was disgusted.

Is the restaurant still open or is it currently shut down?

Open and hoping to serve. See website for new hours.

Do you offer Gluten free pasta?

Hello Organic, to your answer ... yes we do offer Gluten free pasta! We look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you, john :)

I have severe seafood allergies, can I eat here?

They do serve entrees other than seafood, including beef filet, veal, and lamb.

We have a reservation today 12/24/19 for 4:30 pm but the hours say not open until 5pm do we need to change our reservation?

Hello Amy, today we will be open at 4pm. Merry Christmas to you and your family! Thank you, john

    Are kids welcome?

    Yes kids are welcome

    Is there a happy hour?

Hello Megan, Giada's does not have a happy hour. Join us at Interlude Monday - Friday for happy hour from 9 AM to 8 PM. Enjoy vodka cocktails and beer specials for only $2 each... Interlude is a the main bar downstairs of the casino. Thank you, john

On a Sunday evening would reservations be recommended for a party of 2?

Depending on what time you go. I definitely made reservations and had about a 5 minute wait.

I noticed they have brunch? Where can I find the menu? Do they have happy hours?

Here's the brunch menu from their website! https://www.caesars.com/content/dam/dlv/Giada/Menus/dlv-giada-brunch-menu-012518.pdf

The two pastas we tried sort of missed the mark because of the flavor and extra load of butter. The Linguine alla Vongole $44 had terrific pasta, very well made with great tasting clams. The overall flavor of the dish was just odd. We also got the Rigatoni Cabonara $35. I loved the pasta itself and the first couple of bites were heavenly. But the richness from the overload of butter started to hit hard and heavy. That's a lot of food for 2 people. Food The Summer in Italy menu was very impressive. You get a four-course meal with an appetizer, pasta dish, entree, and dessert. For my appetizer, I went with the Gamberi Marechiaro, which was a shrimp dish in a lemon butter white wine sauce. It was excellent. We also had the Calamari Fritti, Burrata, and Flori di Zucca Sorrento. Everything was excellent. A great start to the meal. For the pasta dish, I ordered the Gnocchi Pistachio Pesto, which was my favorite dish of the whole experience. Other dish ordered were Lobster Ravioli. For the entree, I went with the Osso Buco, which was very good. I was staring to get full by this point, but I was persevered. Other dishes ordered were Petite Filetto di Manzo and Vitello al Limone. For dessert, they brought us a slice of cheesecake for our birthday, which was excellent and we ordered Cannoli and Pistachio Passion to go. They have an incredible wine list, which can be overwhelming. We ordered two bottles of wine, which the names already escape me. I'm better at drinking it than remembering the names. 5/5 Service The service was definitely upscale. They have a bread guy that comes around (once) and offers you an option of bread. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My water cup was never empty either. 5/5 Ambiance Ferraro's has a very nice aesthetic to it. The wine cellar is impressive and encouraging.
