I used to purchase from a very reliable local delivery place here in Los Angeles County called Ganjarunner...which is now owned by Budee. And, ever since Budee took over, customer service has tanked. They won't even stand behind the occasional defective vape (my preferred product type). I had a vape jam 1/2 way through use twice in recent months, and in the first case it took me repeated attempts just to get a little credit back and the second time they kept asking for more "proof" when I was perfectly willing to let them test the defective vape themselves. And it wasn't even about the money - I tip their drivers as much as I was asking in a product credit - it's about trusting long term customers. I advise against buying from them! Postscript - As a result of the above review, I was called by "Jose," some sort of senior customer service person at Budee. He offered me a replacement vape cart of my choice, that he'd put that in my record there and I could order whenever I wanted. Well, no. I did call in. This review is mainly based on the treatment of the employees by the owner who is devastatingly underpaying and overworking them. Employees have been promised raises for years, yet the owner, Salvador Villanueva, had promised to give stocks and raises to his long-term employees so they wouldn't quit; but when the time came, the boss fails to keep his word. I was told by his sister, Jeanette Villanueva, that Sal, the owner, does not receive a paycheck, but why would he? He's a millionaire who knows how to hide his vast collection of money that "earn" his exploited employees have made him and their tireless efforts. These same employees are consistently being told by the owner and higher management that they are considered "family" only to manipulate them into not quitting and not asking for better financial compensation. Also, on a very personal "I've bought a lot of weed from this delivery service" note: the advertised photos posted on the website do not look like the actual cannabis that comes from this company' with products that are often times very old and almost expired. I hope to see change from the owner of this business so workers aren't driven to the point of quitting since this company has a high-turnover rate due to what has been mentioned in this review, but greed brings out the worst in everyone. Ordered two top shelf items from Ganjarunner and both were substituted w/out my ok and w/ items of lesser quality that are half the price elsewhere. Three phone calls made. Transferred 4X's. Hung up on 3X's in supposed investigative holds and transfers. No one bothered calling back despite starting the call confirming my number. Basically got scammed and run thru a maze. This was a bait and switch that ended in my paying $50 for a $23 item. TOTAL SCAM. No effort outside of some initial talk. No resolution to my issues were executed. Management and customer service are horrible. I ordered three items. One was returned since they gave me the wrong product, the second was cancelled and never received, the third had no issues. I spoke to Robby who put Maize on the phone to act like a manager, but she hung up when I requested the refund. I then got a call from Monica who said she was a manager, although not professional.... but I guess it is budee, and scheduled a pick up for the wrong item they delivered. I requested a refund on the item that was to be picked up and on the cancelled item I never received, and was offered a partial refund. I placed an order. The first time, Weedmaps screwed it up, but Budee ostensibly fixed it. I was told they were expediting the order, to make up for the inconvenience Weedmaps had caused. After the amount of time they told me it would take had passed, I called, and was told that their website and email confirmation I received were big fat lies, and it typically takes 30 minutes more than that. After waiting an additional 45 minutes, I called, and was told they would follow up with my driver, figure out what happened, and call me back. 10 more minutes pass, I call again. They didn't hang up this time, but told me that the driver would take at least another hour, because he had wasted the last 90 minutes waiting for a different customer to get money, because they didn't have it, and apparently, it's professional to screw over your actually paying customers in favor of bums.
