The team remains professional, kind, and efficient, with reasonable wait times from check-in to driving off the lot. ​However, the main issue during this stay was the vehicle itself. While in decent condition, it did not meet Enterprise's usual standards. The Chevy Malibu showed visible aging, had a persistent low-pressure issue in the rear driver-side tire (though thankfully it never went completely flat), and carried a very harsh, lingering odor. ​The customer service here is great, but Enterprise should strongly consider retiring this specific Malibu from their fleet.

Why make a reservation for a customer if there are no cars available? I asked Avis reservations this and they said the inventory isn't always updated quickly. Seriously? They don't have a computer that does that??? There were 3 other customers here looking for their reserved cars as well. While on the phone trying to coordinate an alternate location the agent told me they couldn't guarantee there would be a car at the airport location if they made me a reservation! WHAT? So you're going to reserve me a new car at a new location to make up for not having my original car and you can't even guarantee it will be there when I arrive. DON'T USE AVIS!!

Atrociously slow and under staffed at the check in desk......took us 50 minutes in line before we…read morefinally saw one of the two agents they had staffed on a Friday afternoon (there were at least 4 other computer terminals available for workers) - meanwhile, we watched EVERY OTHER car rental provider (including jointly owned Budget) power thru their customer service lines quickly and efficiently.......once we got to our car, we self scanned out with TWO workers sitting in the exit booth watching - of course the device to let us out broke, so the TWO workers had to call another worker who had the key to reset the machine - which the two workers told us breaks frequently - absolute cluster fuck - moving forward I'll pay more to avoid Avis - also, one of the two workers at the check in allowed a customer to go outside to get better cell service and did NOT have the next person in line step forward - horrifically inefficient and reflective of how front line staff at this location feels about waiting customers (picture below).......two other notes of interest.....as a regular car renter, I've NEVER been asked "Where are you going?" In an "I need to know so I can approve it" way......I have had workers ask in a fun, I hope you enjoy it way......this was rude, intrusive, and none of her business......the car was rented to be picked up and dropped off at the same location......the worker also TOLD me after I declined the gas's option "you'll need to bring a receipt from a gas station within 5 miles of the airport when you drop it off".......Two words.....Fuck & You!!! We tried Enterprise and I cannot recommend it. There's straight up fraud going on in some cases…read moresuch as how they categorize their cars. Then, there's rarely any available inventory. Instead, you have to gamble on whatever just came in just before you arrived. In my case it was cars with bad brakes, smells, etc., which nearly killed me several times in the handful of times a vehicle was rented. Then, a complete tire blowout happened because the car they gave me when I showed up, had some undercarriage damage which pressed the front left tire against something which shredded the tire. Luckily I had decided to get off the highway and travel a less busy road otherwise I'd probably be dead. After paying close to $400 for a tow and a new tire out of pocket even though I paid for the insurance, the mechanic told me any new tires would keep shredding shortly after I hit the road because of the undercarriage damage. I had to then drive 4 hours to the nearest Enterprise because only the small spare tire would work without issue and we're only allowed to drive at best 10-15 mph on it. Thankfully I made it a few minutes before they closed otherwise I would've been stuck in the middle of nowhere. I was told by Enterprise that I would get reimbursed. When I got back to this location I told them, they ignored what I said and closed out the contract anyway. I reminded them and was told since the contract was closed, they'd have to manually do things by working with their accountant or whatever. I sent them an email with my receipts as requested and never heard back. Followed up several times and no response. Not to mention, they never brought up their subscription program even though we spent well over $2k renting within two weeks from them. For something like $1500 we could've gotten unlimited rentals for the entire month. The insurance is also shady. The main one you purchase doesn't cover tire issues unless it's related to a crash so if you pop a tire you're screwed. You have to buy the roadside assistance option just to cover tires and possibly undercarriage damage from single vehicle crashes which comes across as a malicious scam. Don't rent cars from Enterprise, especially this location. It seems they don't care if you could've died from their crappy cars as long as they get your money. Good luck because $400 pocketed from greed is gonna net you thousands, maybe tens of thousands in losses.
