    I had a great experience at Findlay Mazda. I brought my car in early in the morning for service, and everything from start to finish was smooth. Making an appointment was effortless I just called in and got it scheduled right away. They also sent courtesy text messages leading up to the appointment, which I really appreciated because it kept me updated without having to follow up. The customer service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, professional, and welcoming. Even though my car isn't a Mazda, they treated it like it was, which says a lot about their level of care no complaints at all. What really stood out was that they sent me a text message with a video showing what was being done to my car in real time. That level of transparency was amazing and honestly felt above and beyond. My service advisor, Cody, was an amazing help. He got me situated with the right information and explained everything clearly without ever giving off a sales feel, which I truly found genuine and appreciated. Also, quick shoutout to the coffee and hot chocolate machine! real coffee beans, freshly ground. Might be some of the best coffee in the area and with HGTV playing in the waiting area, you really can't go wrong lol. Only thing I'll say (and this goes for any dealership) make sure you set aside enough time, because you'll likely be there for a while. Overall, a solid experience and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

    I purchased my absolute dream car from Findlay Mazda in Henderson over Memorial Day 2026! First of all, a big shoutout to Mark Metzner (Sales Consultant) for connecting with me and being hyper-responsive both before, during, and after the sale. There are a lot of Jekyll and Hyde salespeople out there when it comes to before and after a sale is made, but that wasn't the case here. There was some added complexity with me being from Illinois and buying a car in Nevada as well. Car sale and financing were easy, and I had a blast driving my new car home 1700+ miles over 3 days. Could have chosen to ship it, but what fun is that?! Anyway, if you're looking for a better sales experience, consider Findlay Mazda in Henderson. No-pressure salespeople that will go the extra mile. And honestly, an honorable mention goes to Evon Mark and Megan Intinarelli for seeing my paperwork/tile overnighted to my local DMV as well!

    Thanks to Nick, I had the best car purchase experience of my life. My story is quite funny. We missed our flight back to San Jose, California, so we decided to fly to Las Vegas and fly home from there. While waiting at the airport for boarding, I opened the CarGurus app and found a Genesis GV70 of a good price listed at Findlay Mazda. I contacted them immediately. After my landing, took an Uber straight there. Not only did I get a fair price for the car, but the dealership went above and beyond. They reimbursed my Uber fare and even filled the tank with gas. They didn't have to do these things, but every small detail showed their respect and care for customers. Honestly, the service was far better than what I've experienced in the SF Bay Area. Originally, we planned to fly home, but we ended up buying a car and driving back overnight. I hope my experience inspires you. Flights to Las Vegas are incredibly affordable--around $60 year-round. You could fly there, buy a car, enjoy some time in Vegas, and then drive back home.

    My husband and I drove a Toyota Highlander and decided it was time to downsize a bit. One day we were running errands and decided to stop in Findlay Mazda and just see what we could get as a trade-in and see what was available. Garth Wall was our representative and he was great. He was so nice and knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure. Findlay made us an offer on our car that we couldn't pass up. There was no haggling - they made us a great offer. I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!! The sales and finance departing need lessons from Service!! Very very disappointed!!!

This update is how she ghosted me after I referred my parents and I followed up on my referral fee! After purchasing my car, she informed me of a referral program where I would receive $150 if someone I referred purchased a car. I would have referred her even if I didn't receive $150 but since she mentioned the program, I believe they should keep their word. After a couple weeks, I asked Amber for an update and she said she would follow up. She suggested that I personally pick up the check so it wouldn't get lost in the mail. Another week goes by and I was in the area and I went in and she had me sign a W9 form. I followed up again and she said she was on vacation. I followed up again and she just didn't reply. I waited a couple more weeks and I called the dealership and was led to leave voice messages with NO REPLY! I sent an inquiry online and was told to call the dealership which I've already done with NO REPLY. I drove over there 3 weeks ago and spoke to someone in person and they had me complete ANOTHER W9 and told me they logged a message for Amber's manager to contact me and it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them! Seriously, don't make promises you can't keep! My referral purchased a car in March and we're now going into July! I have been more than patient!

She was kind, patient, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel uncomfortable or talked down to. It really meant a lot.     Wow! And not in a good way, I don't even know where to begin…read more. This happened last year, the day after Xmas as I was shopping for Kia EV6 GT. My original plan was to purchase a used one but if I can find a deal on a new one, why not right? I saw Kia was doing 0% APR and was hoping the deal is good for the EV6 GT. They also have 10k cash back incentive but doesn't seem to be able to combine both 0% and 10k off. (yeah I know wishful thinking) Now I've already did my homework and got another quote (out of state dealer) with the EXACT same vehicle (same color everything) so I'm comparing apples and apples here. The quote I got was at $894/mo for 72 months for a NEW 2025 Kia EV6 GT in matte blue (not my 1st color choice) The ONLY difference is Towbin decided to add almost $6,200 worth of dealer add-ons, stuff you don't really need or can get it cheaper $3,995 for Desert Protection Package - No thank you! I can get my own tint for a lot less $695 for Red Alert Braking, if you really want this, you can DIY with a $20 LED bulb.. $995 for Polysteel - Don't need $495 for GPS Locator - They're joking here right? The vehicle COMES with GPS tracking, it's called Kia Access. They also wanted $20 for SMOG fee.. yes for an Electric Vehicle! On the day of my appointment, Jesus is the guy I'm booked with. He is actually the saving grace in this review. He seems fairly new to the biz, and was already waiting for me by the vehicle. Jesus is very friendly, chill and cool (unlike 99% of the sales folks) He also knows a lot about the vehicle (or he memorized the brochure) Either way, he did his homework and it shows. We took a quick test drive together and yes I can see myself driving this on a daily. Here's the part that went sour, he called backup (yes your traditional sales guy with the phony smile pretending to be your best friend) To make this short, we went back and forth a few times, I believe the initial offer was over $1200/mo for 72months!! Like really? I wasn't having it and already told them what I'm willing to consider ($900/mo for 72 months) He comes back telling me "Am I ready to hit the bong?" He made it sound like he came down to $900/mo then I looked and it was $950/mo.. then he made this comment that really ticked me off.. something about "ONLY extra $50/mo" Yes if it's truly 50 bucks I'm all for it, but x 72 that's $3,600!! Yup that's when I started to walk away, the guy actually chased me down even as I was backing up. I received numerous text and calls later asking me to come back they are willing to deal. (yeah not happening) And guess what? Just checked their website the vehicle is STILL sitting in their lot. No surprise there!

    Wanted to take the time to recognize Melissa Kerman at service…read more My girlfriend needed to get an aftermarket bumper on her truck (2023 Gladiator) installed; she managed to take off the original but couldn't put the new one on since it was too heavy for her to do herself; I brought it to my personal mechanic He did the work and changed out fluids per my request however he mentioned that the oil housing/cooler was leaking. He was going to replace it for a small fee but her truck still had a balance of 11k miles left on powetrain. We brought it here; in case they didn't find anything wrong the diagnostic was going to cost around $300; sure enough Melissa and her team found -axel leak -valve cover leak -oil cooler leak I was FLOORED; my girlfriend heavily relies on her truck for work; if she never gave it to me to get it fixed, she would have been without warranty and still needing the repair! Melissa is nothing short of an Angel and we need more people like her in the car buying industry in general; I worked for CarMax so I am familiar with business practices. I decided to throw in an alignment and wheel balance and rotate just to add services to the bill even though she made sure to get me an uber and a rental when the repair was holding out on the valve gasket. When my girlfriend got the truck back she said that she drives even better than when she first got it! Recommendation; get a MOPAR (Granger/Ziegler ) certified warranty on your Jeep Chrysler vehicle; it's got a reputation for repairs; also bring your vehicle to Chapman Jeep and say hey to Melissa. Her team will tell you exactly what needs to be done to get it back to showroom condition ready to take you wherever you find adventure!
