I recently moved to Milton and thought that Buds would be my new watering hole. The first time was great my sister and I had lunch there the fries are amazing. I couldn't wait to come back. A group of us came back the next day or so and we were ignored by Christine we even told another bartender she said to just order from her. It happens every time this lady just refuses to serve us. Last night we went after work for dinner and Christine again was rude we asked for menus we got one and she never took our order. Our friend ordered and finished his food in front of us! We said screw this and went outside to finish our drinks Christine came out walked past us and told another group of people she was closing the kitchen in case they were hungry!!! My boyfriend had worked a 14 hour day with no lunch and I said i'd take him for dinner at Buds. What a special treat that was. I wonder what I did to this lady? She must have me mistaken for someone else??? I mean I just moved to Milton. I don't even know anyone there. read more

Came in on a Thursday night at 1045pm, and it was just a few people. They were SO loud. We ordered drinks. When we got our drinks, I asked about bar food. The waitress looked at the clock, scrunched up her face, and said the kitchen is closed. Bars ALWAYS have some sort of food available as long as they are serving drinks. Not going back. Went here for a Seahawks game - only one server for the entire side of the bar with tables... She was nice enough but only having one server for that big of an area meant we waited allllllooooonnnngggg time for beers. Food was OK. Wish there were more TVs to watch - overall 3 stars. read more

Buds is a locals only kind of place, I'm not implying you will be treated differently if you're not from Milton it's just the locals bar. The waitress will quickly remember your face if you come back and I've never had bad service here, the food has always been good and it's bar food not gourmet people. Tacos on Tuesday are good as well, I only gave it 4 instead of five due to an extremely outdated and battered interior, this place need some renovation and it could greatly benefit from that. read more

Bud's and A's used to be great local bars and restaurants in Milton. A's is no longer and Bud's should go the same route for cleanliness alone. Not only did the former owner (above) talk about how they couldn't get the urine smell out of the men's bath room, one only has to observe the cook behind his kitchen work station to have you bolting for the door. The cook handles all your food with his bare hands while - between his cooking chores - goes to the bathroom, takes the garbage out, and scratches his face and hair. Have to give it a zero for sanitation. And the food while once good when they competed with A's, has gone downhill. Just drive by and remember how it used to be. read more

The worse service in Milton! We had a party of 15 and they chose to discriminate against one person in our party! And when we talk to management they were not willing to resolve our problem. I like hanging out at Buds a lot. The staff is super friendly. They recognize my wife and I when we come in and we only come once or twice a month. It's a fun place to enjoy a good beer (they have some good craft beers on tap) and talk to my wife. The food isn't the best but it's not terrible either. read more

Since the closure of another fine establishment in Milton, Buds is about the only choice left for a true bar/pub. I really have no complaints, but suggest that a new, lighter paint job could do wonders, not to mention some un-shaded windows. Updated fixtures in the men's room might alleviate that public restroom urine smell. The joint is in dire need of some Class. read more

How do you mess up beer? Fried food was burnt on one plate and soggy on another! The waitress was outgoing and fun with the table next to us and sluggish and made us feel unworthy to have her as our waitress. It was my grandmothers birthday and we had sour flat beer.. Terrible food, a dirty crowded table the whole time due to the lack of service we received. She wouldn't buss the stack of plates we had piled up for her to take, and I swear.. Maybe it was just the multiple things that had gone wrong but I swear she did it on purpose. the customers around us were swinging the lights hanging from the ceiling for laughs, ripping down wall art and decorations, they were screaming and chasing people around the bar and acting belligerent. It was not a pleasant experience for my grandmothers birthday. Can't believe it to be honest. I hate complaining but I wish things were different! The only thing I enjoyed was the music. They set up a dj and had music that everyone wanted to dance to. Unfortunately we couldn't wait to go home and eat some left overs from the fridge and Pop open a beer from the cooler! I wish we read the reviews of this place before we went.. Oh and one more thing. My grandmother left her arm brace in the bathroom stall and we couldn't find it, the staff was uninterested and wouldn't help look for it so that was a perfect topping to the cake, which we didn't get either! Ok This place is not a great go to on a saturday night clubbing, (nothing in milton is) but if you just want a good drink and some great bar food this is the best spot in town. Trevor the bartender is super cool and The food is great.... read more

great local place for folks to hang out, menu and pricing is fair On the weekends they have a DJ who plays 70's 80's 90's rock, pop and R&B. They used to have a rough crowd but not anymore, they've remodeled and the place looks like its heading in the right direction. Come check it out... and bring friends. Good times!!! read more

Absolutely the worst food that has ever been put in front of me. There were 4 people in our party on 10/9/2014, we all ordered the prime rib. When we got it, the meat was grey and the fat was awful looking,To me it looked like they boiled it to reheat? The meat had a consistency of pudding and looked like wet bread when cut into, it was defiantly off. They say that their broccoli is the best ever? It's microwaved and my broccoli was literally rotten inside. We told the waitress and she had to talk to the bar tender about what to do. The only option we were given was, they were giving us rib eyes instead because they were the same price. The waitress said that she needed the prime rib to put into a bag for the owner to look at. I guess, because our word was not good enough that it was off. We got our steaks two of them were well over done and two of them were grey. I as a consumer was/ am so upset on how we were treated I feel like I was stolen from no one wanted to eat anything after the prime rib experience and then to force us to have steaks just so thy didn't lose out on what it cost. I had been to Bud's on a couple of occasions and wasn't bothered but not impressed,by it. The last visit it was did it for me. My husband and I went in for dinner one night and the place had maybe 6 customers. We went to sit down and literally every table had dirty dishes on it or was sticky with who knows what. When I asked if someone could clean off a table it was like pulling teeth. After finally getting that done, it took 10 minutes just to get someone to come and talk to us. Finally, got our orders in. Both my husband and I had side salads with our dinner. When we received our salads I was immediately turned off because there was fruit flies on my salad. I stopped my husband from eating his, telling him to look at his salad and sure enough, fruit flies. We sent them back and I said we have to leave because I refuse to eat somewhere that allows bugs to be on a customers food. They got snotty saying our order already went in and we would still have to pay for it. Hell no were we going to pay for bugs. Luckily I took pics of the bugs on the salads. This place is gross and disgusting and we will never step foot back into this disgusting place! read more
