One other time, the order was ready at the pick up time specified but I was glad I checked before leaving because we were missing two items. They gladly and easily fixed the issue, but it was frustrating that they didn't double check. One thing to note is that their bathroom is on a lower level, so if you have mobility issues, you might not be able to access the restroom while you are there. Check their facebook page and online for coupons. They often have buy one get ones on chicken tenders and often have daily specials that save a decent amount.

I love that you can get any of the subs as a bowl. I lost my stomach to cancer, so I can't eat much in a single sitting, and hot sandwiches never taste the same when reheated. My sub was good, and my granddaughter (who is an extremely picky eater) said she liked hers. Trust me, she would have let me know if she didn't. The service was excellent again as well. The person who brought our order to the car apologized for the wait, but it wasn't their fault. The pickup time was 3:15 and we just got there early. The order was delivered right on time. The only thing I'll add because I know Jersey Mike's reads the reviews is the napkins. This isn't a knock on Jersey Mike's. It's just to let them know they need to be a little more cost conscious. For a regular and a mini sub, we got a total of (yes, I actually counted them) 22 napkins! I won't waste them, but Jersey Mike's might want to know they're losing money where they shouldn't be.
