Called and ordered 4, 5th wheel tires and made an appointment to bring the trailer in as parking is limited. I arrived to find an RV being worked on in the preferred trailer parking spot. I checked in and was told it would not be too long. After an hour of watching 'Peppe' piddle around trying to change one flat, I inquired as to when I could expect service to start on mine as my time is valuable. I was told they would start working on my trailer where it was parked in the isle in front of the shop. I went outside and waited another 15 minutes before the lunch truck showed up. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my wheel and tire needs! I made the mistake of going to one of those cheap when and tire shops and bought rims for my 2015 Lexus. It wasn't driving correctly so I brought it there. The wheels were not installed or balanced properly, which they did for me for free!!! Than I decided to have the stock rims on my 2015 Maserati powder coated and they did an incredible job. They kept my car there and only charged me $480. The first time I purchased two tires and had my tires rotated. Some months later I got a flat and could not remove the tire because the lug nut lock was not put back in its spot by whoever changed my tires when I had the new tires put in. I called them and they had me bring in the car and they removed the tire for me, as well as all the lug nuts with a lock on them. They repaired the tire and rotated my tires. The guy at the front desk apologized for not having placed the lock back in its place where my spare tire was and told me he would order a new set of lug nuts for me and would call me when they were in. I never heard back from them. I was bummed that they didn't follow through on getting my missing lug nuts since they were the ones who lost my lock but I ignored it. I needed two new tires this past weekend and because they are close to home and I like the tires I bought the first time I called them. They did not have them in stock but ordered them and called me the next day stating they were in. I arrived at 1:00pm and was told they would need the car for about 3 hours, I agreed. About 4:00pm they called said the car was ready and told me they were just going to check the alignment and let me know if one was needed and the cost of it. I declined an alignment and headed over. I arrived shortly before 4:30 paid my $233.00 and then noticed I was charged for a service that was not performed. It was a small amount and they quickly refunded me the cost when I pointed it out. I walked out to my car and they installed the two new tires in the front of the car and did not rotate the tires at all. The car was there for 3 hours and the tires on the car were all purchased there. I was disappointed because on my previous visit THEY informed me (which I Americas Tires always told me the same thing) that I should always have the best tires in the back for my own safety. This was disappointing since I felt they were so busy trying to see if they could get an alignment purchase out of me but didn't worry about doing the job I did pay for properly, I went in and asked why the new tires were not placed in the back as they should have and they answered that they were sorry the tires had not been rotated, it was their mistake and would correct the issue in a few minutes. One of the guys then asked me why each wheel was missing a lug nut and I explained the incident that had occurred after my first visit. I went in asking for them to check my front brakes that I had gotten done a month ago at a different place. I have been hearing a weird sound with what I and my husband thought was my front brakes for the last week. I thought it was the calipers getting stuck or the previous place didn't drill down the rotors right. Rich was very friendly, actually all the guys are. I was telling him what was going on and what I was hearing. He gets my info and tells me that I will hear from him. An hour passes by and he tells me that basically the previous place didn't tighten all of the lug nuts on my wheel. Luckily I brought it over for them to check. They did the inspection and told me I'm good to go. No pushing of other services and again the best customer service. I will be taking my car now to them for all service needs. After calling at least 4 local areas for an alignment, Mike at Bud's Tire gave me the best price plus they were the only place who offered me a free inspection over the phone and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I made appointment at 4:30, arrived at 4:15, and was told there was no appointment set for me. But they went ahead and took me in at 4:20. They told me the whole process would take 45 minutes but it seemed more like 30 minutes. Very fast service! I highly recommend Bud's Tire. read more

took my car in for a Front End tie rod repair and replacement and back brakes and rosters got my car back ? car would not shut off when i remove the key and the brakes where not working properly .. took it back in they fixed the running motor problem but still did not fix the breaks. Recently had a front wheel alignment performed on my S10 pickup. Price was reasonable, (they gave me a $20 discount which brought it down to $59). The facility was clean, the people were friendly. The shop is located close to several places where you can something to eat while your waiting - Del Taco, Pizza Hut, Bakers The reason why the 3 stars - on a S10 there are metal "shims" that are used on the upper control arms to get it into spec. (you add or remove the shims) Not a lot of room to work inside the engine bay and to access the driver's side shims, you need to remove the air box. The air box needs to be disconnected from the 'intake tube' that runs to the throttle body. (It's basically held on with a hose clamp) and once the box is out you have more room to get to the shims. The alignment took an hour and half, which was reasonable and after I got home I was looking under the hood. I noticed the intake tube wasn't properly seated on the air box, which would allow some unfiltered air into the engine. Looking at it closer, it appears the tube was never properly seated and the hose clamp was completely loose. Certainly not the 'end of the world' and I was able to fix it in a couple of minutes - but I was disappointed. It makes you think that if they didn't properly install and tighten this - what else did they forget? If this had been my daughter's car - she would not have known any better (not sure if she even knows how to open a hood) and chances are she would still be driving around with it like this. I went to Bud's mainly because of the good reviews I read here. I realize people mistakes - we are all human, but I am not sure if I would use them again. This is one of the reasons why I try to do most vehicle repairs myself, but I can't do an alignment :) read more

Purchase 2016 Jetta with new tires. One tire has a nail and buds tire shop handle that tire company. They told me to come at 3 in the tire was there I drove to Bud's Tire they told me to come back the next day what a waste of time. I came at 7:30 in the morning like they ask and federal takes an hour for an oil change and one tire replacement. 2 hours and 15 minutes later my car was speed in the parking lot. I witnessed the guy test drive it to see if the alignment was okay. My folder went into their little system of in and outs which is horrible. I waited 15 minutes more had to get up and say is my car ready I think my folders been there for 15 minutes. He claimed he was waiting have it put on the alignment and I didn't ask for a alignment. 176 dollar Tire and then oil change they wanted $180 read more

****DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE**** First impressions are always what you should go by, and shame on me for not following my instincts and impressions from walking in the door at Bud's Tire and Wheel. Open the door and the service writers are to concerned with there own agendas to acknowledge the customer when they walk in....No smile...No Hello...No "How can I help you today"...No nothing. Ding, ding, ding...total RED FLAG. You will notice it also if dare to enter. I force a "Hello" to break the ice and it might as well have been ice, because you get a COLD STONE STARE of "what do you want attitude". Idle chit chat...tell them why your there...spit out the paperwork...sign here..."We will call you went its done". Really...geeez. The service I need completed on this trip...a complete brake job. I specifically told them to use brake pads that are non metallic and don't make those awful sqeaking/grinding noises. "OK, we use only the best"...RED FLAG...Trusting them, the work is done and I come to pick up the car. Again, see greeting report #1 above, same thing this time. Pay and go. Next day, guess what.....squeaking/grinding noises coming from the brakes. Wow...these guys cant follow simple requests. Fast forward two weeks. My car battery warning light comes on...turn off the car....try and turn it back on...nada...warning lights come alive. I call Auto Club to come out and check the car for a bad battery or alternator. The very nice and helpful tech hooks up his diagnostic machine and determines it the alternator. Ok....since I only have a 7 mile tow radius...I tell him to take it to Buds (again, thought of giving them a second chance, but again, I should have listened to my instincts.) Uh oh...get to Bud's and the same care less greeting...Damn these people need some customer training courses BUD. Leave the car and get a call back later in the day from Francisco. They determined and concur with the same findings as Auto Club that the alternator is bad. OK...go ahead and fix it. I'm told that the alternator on my car is some fancy type that will cost alot more...double the quoted price of $300.00. Ahhhh...ok...Your the experts (take that with a grain of salt). Francisco says the will have to keep the car overnight and will have it ready the next day...fine with me...take your time and do it right (laughing now). Later the next day, Francisco calls and says that my radiator is leaking (funny, it wasn't leaking when I brought it there??) and that I need a new one. Well ok experts, I guess if it's leaking then lets replace it. Francisco softens the blow a bit by telling me that he will save me alot of money to replace it, since they have to take it out anyway to get to the alternator. Hmmmm...could it have been dropped when you took it out and CRACKED the hose attachment. So the car has to stay another day because they have to order the radiator. Get the call to come pick up the car...open the door...boom...again...same greeting. I ask for Francisco and he comes out to complete all the paperwork. He goes over everything that was done. I start to question the radiator and he says, "Well I kept the radiator to show you the damage". I'm no radiator expert, but ya, there was a very small hairline crack at the bottom of the radiator where the hose connects....how could that have broken under normal wear and tear???? My Toyota service adviser says they "rarely ever replace radiators on cars with the low mileage that mine has, usually around the 100K mark". This leads me to believe it was broken by one of Buds techs. I also had asked them to look at the brakes again because they are squeaking/grinding when slowing down. Oh ok Francisco tells me...we will look at it. He tells me nothing is wrong with the brakes....the tech drove the car and heard nothing. Are you friggin kidding me...is he deaf? I tell him the tech is not right....Francisco says he will talk to the tech again and call me back. Ten minutes later, now they hear the squeak. There fix is to clean the brakes with brake cleaner. I drive the car home and wow...no squeaking brakes! My hopes got up that maybe Buds can fix something right the second time. Well those dreams were shattered the next day when running errands....sqeeeekkkkkkkkk. Alone with the squeak, now there is a thumping sound and creaking sound coming from both the front of the car as well as the rear. WHAT THE F. They also forgot to reattach my two car horns...they were just dangling by their wires...not bolted back to the car where they took off the radiator. I'm furious at these idiots now. I call Francisco back and let him know how unhappy I am with Buds and the new issues I'm having with the car. He says bring it back in....ARE YOU SERIOUS...NO WAY....I'm not letting you touch my car. I told him I will take it back to my Toyota dealer to look at the car. I'm at Toyota now, waiting to see how much damage BUDS did to my car. read more

Went in on Saturday 3/05/16 around 8am to get new tires on my Honda Civic 2012 LX sedan (195/65R15). Talked on the phone prior to my visit and they told me about a deal for Continental tires, $70ea. and quoted me about $380 for all services. I had to wait at the store, so they made note of that. Regardless, it took a little over 3 hours for them to finish everything. The bill came out to be $430, which was more than what I had been told over the phone. And the warranty on the new tires was 70k and not 80k like I was told over the phone. They also told me that I needed alignment which cost me an extra $90. The total bill came out to $511 which was not expected. I had a $30 credit (thank you, Jesse!) and I used the yelp offer for my alignment so the price was brought down to $480. Overall, few inconsistencies and errs with prices, but Jesse's friendly customer service helps me to leave this review at 3stars. read more

Started having a problem with my 2004 PT Cruiser check engine light coming on. Car would run okay for a while then quit. Knew it was some kind of electronical issue but code was no help. Dealer tried to fix it to no avail. Finally took it to Bud's. They kept it tor three days letting it run, test driving, doing everything to try to figure out the problem. Finally got it to replicate the problem. Turned out to be an AC high speed fan switch that had a wiring issue. They rewired it, cleaned some lines and now it runs great. They went above and beyond to find the problem and get it right. And they did it all for less than $100! Can't say enough good about the customer service. I'll keep going back for all my vehicle repairs. read more

So this weekend I started hearing noises coming from my rear brakes so I called them and told them what I was hearing, the guy who answered let me know upfront what the situation was gonna be like saying they're busy and would prolly keep the car overnight and will see what they can diagnose with a road test, so went ahead took it in and told me what the problem was immediately pretty much my brake system fell apart and would need new everything regarding rear brakes. There was no bullshit, no headaches,it was a nice fair and flat rate and even threw in the repair for both sides even though it was just my left rear area. I find it refreshing, and unfortunately the exception and not the rule, when someone takes a potentially bad situation and turns it into a positive experience. Bud's just did that for me today. I know that things don't always go as planned, but character is demonstrated by how things are handled in these situations. Bud and team took ownership of a challenge, stepped up to resolve my concerns, and even gave me a glimpse as to what would be done to prevent the situation from happening to me and others in the future.
