Everyone who handles my repairs gives me straight and honest answers, and the jobs are done in a timely manner, especially when I make an appointment. They never try to push extras on me, and their prices are fair. One time, my old and defunct car alarm decided it wanted to go off while husband was using it. This the best tires shop in riverside. I always seem to get flat tires by running over nails. They can usually repair the tires and within a reasonable amount of time. Lately I just need air put in and they never seem to be inconvenienced by me coming in just for air. I will continue to come here for my tires and the great service. Cause she's a woman so they were trying to take advantage if she took it back to fix right. They would of up the price. She had to take to another auto place to get it fixed right. Shout out to the best employee for 2020, Joseph of Bud's Tire Pros. I drive a BMW i3 and one of my tires kept having low pressure even after putting air so I knew I have to take it to the workshop but finding time is not easy because I work nights and have a 7mos baby at home. Finally took it to the BMW workshop and was told there's a nail in it and it will cost me $220. This is Dec. 2020 with all the unemployment and bills pilled up where do you expect me to get that kind of money! I asked for it to be patched but was told they don't do such services. I had to go look for a tire shop. Found my messiah for the day, Joseph at Bud's. Told him my situation and condition, even though it was going to take about 2hrs 'cos they have other customers but he had compassion on me 'cos I have a baby to get home to. He was professional, proactive, efficient and dependable. Within 30min my tire was fixed and the best part was he gave me the keys and said Compliments of the Season you don't have to pay. I'm a very happy customer. I got a flat tire on my car, call a few places to gat a quote, but most of them would ask me to bring the car for a free estimate. At Bud's they gave me a quote just by describing the problem over the phone. I brought my car and 30 min later the tire was fixed, and they didn't charge me anything. I was pleasantly surprised. Called at 11:30 for a quote on 4 new tires. Received a quote right away on the phone and was told they could do it today (on a Saturday). The price was great! We arrived around noon and by 1 they were done. Customer service was great, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I had called several other places as well, and these guys even beat the price from places offering one free tire if you bought 4. Mike and Joe in the office and Mike the mechanic are all my saviors. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon with a battery that had gone bad in my truck. They were able to get the batteries and get them installed right away. The following Monday afternoon I stopped by again because my guages were not reading correctly. They had me bring it back the next morning and Mike in the shop did some great investigating work and found a bad cable. I am back running smoothly with safe transportation. Don't usually do reviews but very disappointed with Buds. Not entirely but wanted to vent a little. First visit. (Indiana store) Very nice phone call, replaced 4 tires (which I needed) and sent one of my rims off to be machined after hitting a pothole. Fair price, friendly service, done on time and good communication. Great start. However, after a few days the car was unbalanced and out of alignment after the tire replacement. disappointing but things happen.... Second Visit (Orangecrest store) Indiana store closed on a Saturday so took the car to Orangecrest to get it fixed. Again, friendly staff and visit, fixed the shake and thought the alignment was corrected but still not fixed completely. Improved but not fixed. Third Visit. (Indiana store about two weeks after the first visit) I needed an oil change and tires rotated at this point so since I typically change the oil myself, I figured I give them that business since this would be the third time their staff would attempt to fix my alignment. Every business has labor costs.. So, Alignment fixed and I thought after two weeks everything was right again, well after just 800 miles (my car requires oil changes per the manufacturer manual every 8,000 miles) the oil change due light came on. And to say I was LIVID was an understatement. 51,000 miles on the car and 6 oil changes performed, this was the first time the oil change light appeared less than 7500 miles on that particular oil change. After only 800 miles my only conclusion was the service was FLAT OUT NOT PERFORMED. (Opinion) because I hope the store manager would not be aware, was the mechanic did not "feel" like doing the change, topped off my fluids added a quart or less of oil and told his manager it was completed. You may be able to get away with this practice on cars that don't indicate when oil changes are due, but not on mine. I hope in the future that corners aren't cut to pad the bottom line, because that top line is going to suffer if you do, starting with this customer. read more

We all need someone to lean on, and last night, my someone was Bud. Well actually it was Jahan, but he was representing Bud. HA! This place never fails to deliver. We walked in with 45 minutes left in the business day, yet we were treated like we were the first customers of the day. Jahan was so welcoming and joked with us the whole time we were there. They replaced our tire in under 30 minutes (dang, no free pizza), and we were back in front of our fireplace in no time. Not gonna lie , I was kind of nervous using this shop for the first time as I'm really strict on the shops that I use for my car. As soon as I got on the phone with Jason all my worries were put to rest. They addressed me in a professional and courteous manner and made sure all my questions were answered BEFORE I even stepped through the door. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them and they had me out in around an hour for a wheel installation and an alignment check . Another shop told me my front control arm bushings were torn and rear struts were bad and need replaced ASAP. I found Bud's Tire & Wheel as a local dealer for Energy Suspensions bushings for installation. After getting the parts I brought the car to Oscar and he notified me the bushings are fine and same with rear struts were fine too no need to replace yet. He saved me $220 in unnecessary labor! Has been a long time since I have dealt with someone with this much honesty and integrity at an automotive repair shop. Will definitely go here first and refer anyone I know. Had good service and reasonable pricing in the past. But, they seem to be going the way Goodyear did about 15 years ago: after the $$$ with honesty being thrown to the wind, as too many mechanics do. Took my truck in because of a small coolant leak. I was called by one of their people (I will keep nameless as I don't wish to hurt anybody's career) and said, "Are you sitting down?" Then he started telling me all of these things that need to be done because my water pump had a leak. The price, for the pump (parts and labor) was quoted at just under $2000. But, I was told "to do it right..." the cost jumped hundreds of dollars higher. I was a bit perplexed and started having flashbacks of my experiences with crooked auto repair shops. So, I decided to call some other shops. One very reputable shop in Banning ($900), the dealership in Riverside ($1300, which are generally have a premium cost), and a shop in Riverside that had very good Yelp reviews ($1000). Due to convenience, and price, I took it elsewhere. When I went back into Bud's to pick up my truck, the price the person put on my quote was $1500. I'm assuming this was to cover his tracks, partially, for the outrageous quote, over $2k, for an extremely small leak. Bud's, in my life, has gone the way of the crooked shop and will not get my business in the future. read more

Had my car serviced here, and have to say that the customer service was great!! I had issues with the labor done, and let them know. I got a call from Donn, and he told me customer satisfaction was importsnt, and he was able to rectify the problem. He had ne come in to see how the problem could be fixed. And kept in touch to make sure things were good. At the end Donn even offered a complimentary oil change for my inconvenience, however I had already had my oil serviced somewhere else before knowing this was going be offered so didn't accept it, but the offer alone demonstrates their willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. . I'm sooooo in love with this place. The customer service is phenomenal. I walked in and was greeted right away. The gentleman here are friendly and courteous...I can go on and on about them but let's get down the nitty-gritty: So I got a flat tire when leaving from work. I immediately called Geico and they came and installed a donut. The technician advised that my tire appeared to be repairable but you never know. So, the next morning I Yelped all over the I.E. and found these guys. I called and was told the general cost for tire repair is $16. At that price, hecks yea I'm comin' in! So I decided to give them a shot and came in to get my tire repaired. The wait wasn't too bad. Maybe about a 15 minute wait until my car was actually accessed. One of the guys told me that my tire was severely damaged and could not be repaired and that I would need a "replacement." So I got the replacement. Took about 10 minutes for them to finish. When I went to the front desk to pay for the replacement with Donn (the most terrific, wonderful, amazing, stupendous gentleman ever), I reached for my wallet and he asked "what are you doing?" I replied "I'm paying." Donn, "Oh no you don't! It's free of charge. Get out of here and enjoy your day!" Whhhhaaaatttttt???!!!! The most generous thing that anyone has done for me in a really long time. (beside my mom hooking me up with money for birthday earlier this year! hehe) And I wasn't expecting them to but they rotated my tires as well. I knew that because the pressure light in my car finally was off! They were fantastic! I will definitely return if another tire blows out :-) read more

I have been going to Bud's since I started driving 16 years ago! They are amazing! Always helpful, understanding and quick. They give multiple options (price levels) for tires and wheels, and they will even rotate and fill them with regular maintenance. I've never felt pressured to buy anything additional...which is a pleasant change from the typical auto shop. And they even have wifi while you're waiting! I wish I could give 0 stars. One star is too much. I went there because they sell hercules tires. Great tires, but got a nail and made it unrepairable. Got it. Took 2.5 hours to mount a new tire. Okay, got it. Problem is if you want to take that long might as well to the job right. I went back on 8-1-2020 to have them check their work. I stated the new tire is shaking bad. Their response it is going to take 2 hrs. You fucked up the 1st time and now I have to wait again. Not a good way to run a business. If i had sent out a truck with a bad balance i would have fixed it fast. Not let the customer drive off because you don't want to sweat. Lazy and rude personal in there. The manager is worthless. I stated I won't be coming back. I heard mumbling from the back round sorry. I want people to read this and really great the real TIRE PROS!!! Waste of time. I should have gone to where I always go and that is americas tire. Never have had an issue there. Nice people and good service. I am actually sitting here writing this as they fix buds fuck up. These guys were great! I went in for an alignment. They couldn't get it dialed in right away, so they let me take my car home for a couple days, so they could schedule a time for a specialist to take care of it, and they didn't charge me until the service was complete.
