Have been going here occasionally for a quick dinner since I moved to the area. They have many options for different wraps, sandwiches and salads. There is a nice variety and everything looks good, I always stick to the buffalo chicken sandwich, which never disappoints. You can choose how hot you want it, and it gets pretty spicy. I usually take it to go or eat there and my order has always been prepared quickly and correctly. The place is on the smaller side, but there is always a table available. We ordered to bison burger combos tonight I was told 35 minutes for delivery they did not arrive until an hour later. I understand it's a Friday night I was fine with the delay in delivery but all of the food was cold none of it was particularly nice when I called the restaurant I was told I was given incorrect information and as far as the cold food they would offer me a ten percent discount on the next order I told them that was not necessary I probably would not order again and would write a bad review do not order takeout from this place it's horrible. the price I was charged for the combo is different than what was stated on Yelp customer service was not acceptable. read more

We have been ordering more out from local places since the whole Covid-19 started. We have been ordering from this place since they opened and most times everything is good. This evening we called up to order Fish and Chips, Onion Rings and buffalo wings. The process is curbside pick up so my husband picked it up. When we opened the food it was Fish and chips, onion rings and french fries. He called and it was busy for a few tries and when he got through and told them what happened he was put on hold for a lengthy period of time. We were told they could credit us for the wings ( we paid cash) or we could pick up the wings. My husband asked about delivery but that would take a while and at that point the other food would be cold. No one took responsibility for this! We have several friends who own food establishments and felt that they should have refunded the wing funds, and given the wings as a gesture of good faith. My husband said he would pick up wings ( that we paid for). At that point , feeling like this was not handled properly I told him to RETURN ALL the food and get our money back. He called to let them know ( tried to get through 7 times) , couldn't get through , so he went to the door. No apologies and manager obviously has no authority. Needless to say we will no longer be coming here. Portions have gotten smaller but we give exception because of all that's going on in the world. So disappointed! read more

Lisa the owner is incredibly friendly and runs a great establishment that is family friendly without the annoyance or noise. Very disappointed showed up at 9:45pm 15 minutes before closing on 3/31/2014 and I was turned away. A business should be ready to serve their customers during business hours. I have frequented the business and spent significant money at this establishment. You must be doing great if you can just turn people away. Decent little spot directly on Broadway in Greelanwn, they have the basic wrap style fare and some pretty good soups actually. One thing I really like about BG is that if you want instead of fries with your wrap you can get a baked potato, sounds crazy but hey it's better than fries sometimes. My boyfriend and I frequent this place at least once a week. Can't go wrong with a sandwich or wrap for under $10! Love that they give you a side of a small salad or baked potato included in the meal. Healthier option than fries! Let me start by saying I have only eaten the wings here, I have yet to try anything else, so my review will be based solely on that. These are some of the best buffalo wings I've eaten. They are always well-done, so you know they are not only juicy and flavorful, but thoroughly cooked so you get that extra bit of crunchy skin. I have ordered delivery from here a handful of times, and their delivery times are pretty good (30-45 minutes) I guess depending on where you're located (I live about 10 minutes away). The drivers that deliver the food are always friendly and the food is always hot when it gets to me. I have picked up from here once, and that is the reason for the 4 star review instead of 5. The actual restaurant is quite small but cozy for the type of food served. When I walked in there were 4-5 women standing behind the counter, with maybe 2 or 3 patrons inside. The service I received paying was less than spectacular, it was almost as if the girl who rang me up did not want to be at work. I got no hello, thank you, or have a good one. I know it's purely incidental, maybe even petty, and does not affect the amazing wings, but I feel like if you work in service you should be friendly with every single customer. If you can look past the workers there, definitely give their buffalo wings a shot, I promise you won't regret it. read more

LOVE Buffalo Grille! Been here hundreds of times over the years. I always get the Inferno wings (12 or 24, depending if I want some leftover). The only restaurant outside of Buffalo that makes the wings hot enough for me to enjoy without adding some of my own hot sauce to the mix. And I don't think I've ever actually gotten 12 or 24 wings -- 12 is usually 14; 24 somewhere in the 26-28 range. Best wings on Long Island. read more

This was my second time here in two weeks. I know this is a local favorite, and soon to be one of mine since I just started working in the district. I know the place can get busy and seems understaffed. However I have yet to experience those negatives. I came here because of the menu. Great American classics yet others with some originality. Great menu! The salad and wraps I have has were both awesome. The BBQ chicken wrap has this wonderful BBQ glaze on it. I substituted a side salad, and added cheese on my wrap for no extra charge. I went here for lunch and my wrap with a side salad was only $8 and change. I was very pleased with that price. My friend equally loved her wrap, and this place overall as well. My wife and I came here to scope out the local restaurants before we move into the neighborhood. She didn't have the confidence to choose the nicer places on the strip, and wouldn't agree to Mexican, so we ended up here. We were expecting a place that was a bit nicer that what we got, but the people working the counter were nice enough to step up and gave us menus and (plastic) forks like we were at a nicer place. The food is decent, nothing special. My issue with this place is that they CONSTANTLY mess up our order. We order from here frequently only because we live nearby. At least 50% of the time they screw something up and we have to go back, and it is really frustrating. How hard is it to understand "no tomatoes"?!! My husband likes the wings. I stopped ordering the salads because the lettuce is always wilted and gross. At least twice we've ordered a turkey burger and been given a beef burger. We order here at least once a week during hockey season. Over the last year quality has gone down and prices going up. Wings have gotten ridiculous in price and they are usually way overdone and small. Always have to ask for extra blue cheese. It is hit or miss. After hearing I was going to be alone for dinner, I decided to pick something up to eat at home. Wanting to break from the usual I thought I give Buffalo Grille a try. My children love the place, but I think the only thing they order are the Buffalo wings. I place a phone order for their 4 piece chicken dinner. After paying and picking up the bag I knew this meal was in trouble. I thought to myself, Oh my god; I just paid $10+ for a bag of air. When I got home and opened it up there was four of the smallest pieces of chicken I ever saw. The drum stick was the size of a wings upper arm. The wing was two tooth picks. The Styrofoam container weighted more than the chicken. What worried me the most was the thought, Is this chicken? It tasted ok, no Popeye's, but how do you screw up fried chicken? By not waiting for the chicken to be a week old. I hate to give this local icon such a rating, but I wish I read this review before I ordered. Had to go back to the old standby Pizza. read more
