Today my fiancé and I went here because it was closer than our preferred one, and we each ordered ten boneless wings, and a basket of fries each. When out food came out, the fries were nice and warm, but the wings were cold, with no warmth in them. So we let our waitress know, and she took them back and brought out another batch of cold wings with a hint of the most minor warmth. A trip to Buffalo Wild Wings is like buying a used Ford Taurus; you know it's not going to be good but you figure it will do the trick. Except this Ford Taurus doesn't have windshield wipers. Or seats. And a raccoon has made his home here. I'm not exactly sure why this location is so awful, but it probably has to do with the lackluster service. Each time my son and I have come here to either just have some wings or catch a game that caught both our attentions we've received satisfactory service. The servers do get "too busy" during peak times, but that's to be expected, it's a B-Dubs, not a fancy 5 star Zagat or Michelin rated restaurant. The Bartender Wednesday night was Awesome! Attentive, informative and professional. Great Job! The boneless wings were marginal... However the garlic and Parmesan tenders were tasty, I would order them again. I only rated two stars because I was really shocked at one of the waitresses in the bar was rearranging the area by pushing the stools in and sliding them across the floor. That annoying sound of metal against the tile really spoils the moment at the end of a long day.. Also, they forgot to put in my three bags of carrots and celery. The girl at the front and the green jersey whose name begin with a B had a little bit of an attitude and ask her how long the wait would be. She began to recite out that I had a two-party three party six and a half party so on in front of me. When I did ask her about how long would that be since I had three small children with me she gave me attitude and said possibly 30 minutes My wings my wife's wings and my son's Wings came out they look like the chef head touch them with the sauce instead of actually trying to spin them. I went with a large party last weekend. Needless to say the management team was less than accommodating. I'm not sure what had happened before I got there but I will only speak to the experience that I had and saw. We sat down, I ordered my beer and wings. My friend next to me ordered at the same time. I didn't wait horribly long for my food as it came out promptly. However, by the time I had finished my food and ordered a second beer, my friends food still had not arrived. He went to the front and asked to speak to a manager. Once again, I was not really involved with what happened up front and won't post what I don't know to be accurate, however, a manager never approached the table. After approximately 10 minutes, my friend approached the front again where he got into a verbal altercation with the manager. He came and sat down, and a female manager appeared at our table with their food. He was upset at this point and asked for an explanation. The manager only explained that our party was large and someone else had taken their order (they had wings and fries, but somehow, the fries that someone took had never shown up). The manager left, without apologizing for anything. She returned about 10 minutes later to offer my friends (who were almost done eating by this time) a free chips and salsa to make up for the mess. They declined because they were already eating. The server, who was the best of the experience (I believe her name was Bev) did her best to try to help the situation. My friend once again asked to speak to a manager when checks were dropped off as nothing had been done to compensate them for their wait. The female manager approached the table again, when my friend asked for some sort of compensation. She said "I'm not going to comp anything, so we can take that off the table right now." I wish this was where the story ended but sadly it does not. My friend became agitated (which I do not condone) and began to yell at the female manager. The male manager (whom my friend spoke with up front) then came running over to the table pointed his finger at him and said "you don't talk to her like that." The two of them start to get into an altercation and I am forced to hold my friend back from this becoming physical. As I am doing that, a table behind us begins to verbally assault and threaten me. I've literally just been sitting there eating with my kids the whole time. I was a restaurant manager/general manager for close to 20 years. The inability of the management staff that evening to take control of the situation before it got out of hand led to a chaotic scene. I thought about calling both of them over to talk with them about how to better handle the situation, but after the incident they were both standing in the lobby laughing and celebrating with members of the crew. Literally taking care of a 20 piece boneless wings would have solved this situation, but that's what happens when managers are worried about a bottom line and not pleasing a guest. Walked back in and instantly asked for a manager. Informed manager what happened. She was apologetic and seated us. Within 2 minutes of seating another patron walked up to us with no mask and said it looks like we just robbed a bank. We asked him to move away from our table then he proceeded to ask if he could take a picture as if we are some type of attraction.
