We absolutely love this Chilis. The food is amazing and so is the service. We've been here quite a few times and the service is always wonderful each time. This past weekend the staff did go above and beyond. We had ordered fajitas. It was a crazy busy Saturday and the waitress gave us our food. We're usually pretty demanding on what we want for our fajitas and she pretty much got everything we ordered. Towards the end of the meal, however, we realized that we never got the sour cream, pico de gallo, and cheese. We were done eating by then and then let the waitress know. She was kind about it and apologized. She let us know that with the crazy rush, it seemed that something had been forgotten. She went to get her manager, who talked to us kindly and got us a gift card to compensate. It was a very kind gesture and truly went above and beyond. When you're dining here, just know that these people will take good care of you! read more

I try not to eat too much fast food nowadays but sometimes it's hard to bear the cravings. This Chili's is close to my house, and so is a McDonald's. The reason I make this comparison is because I think McDonald's is going to have a hard time keeping up if Chili's continues to serve this 3 for me special. I got the Big Masher Burger meal which I think is meant to compete with the Big Mac. The burger is a little different since it's only one patty vs. Two in the Big Mac, and only 2 buns while the Big Mac has 3. However,the patty is bigger and juicer and I actually prefer this bun to the slightly drier sesame bun in the Big Mac. Plus dollar for dollar, the 3 for me can't be beat. On top of the burger and fries pictured, I also got a drink and a huge puke of chips and salsa (not pictured because I made a huge mess of it before the burger arrived). For a few bucks more than a Big Mac meal plus refills on the drink if you dine in, this Chili's special is hard to turn down. Sure if I just want to drive through and pick up something quick, I'll still head to McDonald's but knowing Chili's has the 3 for me will definitely make me reconsider. On top of that, the restaurant has a ton of seating and big TV to watch sports games. Great ambiance and service round it out to be a great fine-in experience imo. Ughhhh....... Really just spent with the tip almost $30 on chicken fajitas at the takeout and oh my gosh how disgusting. They didn't appear to have been grilled at all no char on the chicken taste like they either steamed it or boiled it very few pepper peppers and onions and they were also just soggy and mushy nothing had been placed on a grill they probably took it straight out of a bag and put it in a microwave it was absolutely disgusting. I'm disappointed because Chili's is usually really good but this is the worst one I've ordered food from... I've never placed a bad review at any Chili's that I can remember... This was our first time ever at a Chili's restaurant and we were quite impressed with their selection. It's a chain and the menu is a pretty typical chain menu but there was plenty to choose from, something for everybody! We were greeted with a smile when we walked in and were seated immediately. It took awhile for our server to make contact which gave us plenty of time to peruse the menu. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to start while we continued to decide our entrees. Again, service took a bit but we were in no hurry! Drinks and appetizer arrived at the same time which was odd, seems it would take longer for food to cook than drinks to pour! The drinks were great with nice measured pours making them enjoyable. Best part about our experience is that the food was delicious! Everything was hot and freshly cooked, it was all seasoned perfectly and nothing was under or over done. We are new to the area and have been going to a lot of restaurants the past month. I hate negative reviews and hardly leave them but we won't be back to this location. The chicken was rubbery and had a bad taste, the side of beans was in a cup that was only half full and then that was mostly liquid. The rice was dry and even crunchy from being too dry. The "chicken" bacon quesadillas hardly had any chicken and looked sad. Now maybe it was just an off night with the kitchen. I've never had a poor experience with a chilis before so we will may just try a new location. read more

My Wife and I eat Chilis often at various locations for years. Generally the food is good. We went to the store at 2600 Coors and walked in. The bar area was packed but the dining room was almost empty. There were customers at 2 or 3 tables. The bar was too crowded and too loud. We wanted to sent in the dinning room. He said he didn't have enough servers and we would have to wait for 20 minutes for the next shift to show up. There were plenty of empty tables and one sever should be able to handle 3 or 4 tables. We were shocked that he would not seat us. He said the area where our table would be was in another servers area and that server won't be here maybe in 20 minutes. It is not the customers problem when their staff shows up. The customers sit were they want and whoever is there serving should wait on them. These are managerial issues that should not concern the customer. I have witness this happening to other customers in the past but this is the first time it happened to us. Stopped in for a quick bite before we hit the interstate west! Always a great place to grab favorites...... until tonight's visit. Seemed as though there was something in the air with the wait staff. Very unfriendly. Had three different ladies serve us first the hostess, then the waitress, then a busboy brings us drinks and may not have communicated with the waitress so the waitress brings us more drinks and slams them on the table, and makes a "face of disgust" look and walks away. Takes our order after that, another lady brings our food. The lady who brought the food must not have read the ticket cause she asked us if we needed anything, we reminded her of our request for condiments and she walks away. Brings condiments, slams them on table as we say thank you and walks away rudely with no reply. We ate the entire meal with none of the people who served us ever stopping by the table. Proceed to pay the bill and the waitress comes back asking if there was anything else we need. Uhhh, thank you but we are done, have a great night. Was not as crowded more crazy to have that type of attitude towards guest. read more

I see why this Chili's has only 3 stars and that's being generous. My father and I arrived a little after 5 for dinner as he's diabetic, we are traveling, and we felt Chili's would be a safe meal. Boy were we wrong. After a short wait at the door we were sat in a virtually empty dining room in the very back by the kitchen with me facing the dining room. It took Eric a longer than normal time to even acknowledge us, but was pleasant when he did and that was the last decent thing he did. Dad ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs and I ordered the 6oz strip Medium Rare. The food arrived. I sliced into and ate a bite of steak, only to realize that it wasn't the temp I ordered but rather Med Well. So I put my silverware down and waited for Eric to return. He didn't. Eventually, he rounded the corner, as he was headed to another table, I stopped him bc he wasn't going to do a two bite check back to see if my steak was ok or if we needed anything. I told him my overcooked steak situation and he said he'd be right back. Since I was facing the rest of the restaurant I watched him go deliver the chips&salsa he had in his hands and instead of heading back to problem solve my issue he stood there took the entire 4-top's order. Then went to the bar. Then back to the table. Then to another table of 8 people. Then did a lap around the dining room before heading back to remedy my improperly cooked steak dinner. When he arrived I showed him the steak, he agreed it was over Med Rare and said he'd have another cooked. By this time my father was half done with his meal as it had been a good duration of time and I told him not to bother to remove it from the bill. He said ok and walked away. Eric never apologized or did any of the proper steps of service I know Chili's requires in training. As well as never getting an apology, a manager never touched the table to ensure that we were ok. This is the saddest excuse for a corporate restaurant I've ever seen. Besides having to ask him to remove the food that was not prepared correctly the mgmt staff obviously doesn't appreciate the business they have. They apparently need to retrain their staff, as well as have a more present manager on duty, as someone with managerial power had to comp my meal, yet did not visit the table. As a restaurant mgr I am appalled by the way this Chili's treats its guests when they mess up. So here I am hungry and disappointed. read more

You can expect the same service and dining experience at any other Chilis . Nothing special or unique as it is a national chain restaurant. This location was clean, and typical of any other Applebees restaurant. Our waitress was great! She was fast and made sure to pay attention to our tables needs. She asked to take plates away and when we needed refills, she brought a full new glass! We got the bill on an electronic tablet on the table, payed with card, and left a 22% tip for great service. Chili's is our go to spot! We live close and are constantly here. Everyone is super friendly and I can say I've tried most of what's on the menu! My favorite is the 2 for 25$. It's honestly a really good deal! The food is always made fresh and always made fast. When sitting at the bar the bartender is always on top of everyone's drink! When we were seated we were greeted by our Waitress Allie, a friend of the friends I was dining with. Allie remembered the order of the guests I was dining with and only had to make sure everyone was getting the same item as they always get. She made frequent stops to our table to make sure everything was good while we were dinning. After we were finished Allie brought us to go cups with the drink we ordered without us even asking. I stopped by here for much needed margaritas and some dinner on Tuesday after having 2 exams earlier that day. Went with two friends, our server was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our food and drinks. The food and drinks came out in good time. I had two margaritas, el presidente and the house margarita. I also ordered SW chicken soup and crispy honey chipotle chicken crispers which came with fries and corn on the cob. Ordered2Go combo fajitas, steak & chicken. Got home and steak was rare. I don't like my fajita steak this way. So chewy we couldn't bite a piece off. Smallest garnish toppings, basically a teaspoon of sour cream, pico, salsa and cheese. Hardly worth the price. Worst part is my husband called to let the manager know she should inform the staff taking the calls to ask preference about how they want the steak cooked. The manager, Lisa didn't care and stated the fajita steak meat is always rare. We weren't looking for compensation basically just letting them know the meal sucked. So imagine our shock to accidentally stumble into them at Chili's! The Shrimp Fajitas were also fantastic! My partner had the flavorful Prime Rib and Chicken Fajitas. While the chicken could have used a bit of char - they were still pretty darn tasty! The condiments served with the fajitas were extremely fresh and delicious as well! Since we're not exactly bar people - because of Chili's - we've just become them! What a fabulous way to spend the evening with your partner on date night! Definitely order the large domestic tap beers and request the complimentary chips and salsa! You won't regret either of them! I didn't get the extra dip but that's ok because the chicken strips were cooked in BURNT oil! Same with the fries!
