Waited 10 minutes for seating then waited over 40 minutes for our food and decided to walk out. Mc Donalds's has faster service. Horrible service, and we were polite too but after waiting for almost an hour we decided to walk out. You can basically get away without paying for your meal by the way the hostess was just on her phone and laughing, not paying attention to the door. Heck, if a murder happened they wouldn't even know due to their slow cognitive minds. Came in here with my 6 year old niece, we thought for sure since it was Black Friday it was going to be busy, much to our surprise it was pretty dead. We were seated and it took about 12 minutes for our waitress to show up and take our drink order by that time we knew what appetizer and entrees we wanted. 15 minutes into taking our food order our waitress comes out and tells my husband they are our of steak for the Philly cheese steak, so he just orders something different. Another 15 minutes and my niece is nearly in tears because she's so hungry and just tired and annoyed. The waitress apologized for the wait and gave my niece a tablet to play some games on, that cheered her up in a instant. We finally get our food it was meh so not worth the price. Super Bowl day they were horribly unprepared! We ordered at 4:30 and pick up was 6:20. Mt teens got there to pick up and it was inexcusably crowded (way past Covid guidelines) and chaotic. Called at 6:50, they said order was coming soon (manager). No order! Called again at 7:15, employee said there was a nation wide outage and all orders were lost but then all came in at once. Said she would check on order and let my boys know how much longer. She never did. 7:35 I called again asked for a manager to check order. He was the manager and said he could not check our status and had no idea when our order would be ready. He didn't even know where it was. Requested refund and told my boys to leave. I don't go here because last time we ate in (about two years ago) and waited for our food for almost two hours. Horrible! No business should be ran this way! The place was pretty empty, and there were employees everywhere, but our service was really slow. There were 8 employees having a group discussion in our visibility for about 5 minutes before anyone came and took our drink order. Came in at 3:30 to an empty restaurant - there were maybe three other tables filled that I could see. I think our server was new, his name was Sam and he was very nice. I cut him some slack, as I am also a server and I understand what it's like to be new. We ordered nearly right away, and the food took around 20-25 minutes to come out. On top of the wait, our order was wrong; mozzarella sticks lacked cheese and tasted like freezer burn, along with the incorrect number of wings (we came out on top with this because our server compensated with three times the amount of wings we lacked). There was a girl wearing a white jersey, I think they're called team captains? When she passed by, the smell of her perfume was suffocating and she walked around like she owned the place, loudly flirting with the male staff. Not exactly the kind of staff I want to be interacting with. When we were leaving I asked the hosts her name, they told me Mikayla. I have been so disappointed the past couple times I've gone to BWW, and finally fed up enough to write a review. I went with a buddy tonight, and it was fairly dead. I ordered a Jack and Coke, and after our waiter drops it off, I noticed a fly in it. I told our waiter and he doesn't take the drink with him after I tell him, he simply leaves it on the table and brings me a new one. Can you take the drink with the fly, please? Our food got delivered to a different table. The table starts picking at the wings and then think, "hmm, this isn't our food." Our waiter reloads the items on the tray and brings those to our table. I'm sorry, but strangers were picking through the items - I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE. Unacceptable. When we got our bills, our waiter brings my friend someone else's credit card and receipt. Get it together. From drinks, food, and payment -- all just a joke. read more

WARNING... do not eat here if it is busy because you will be forgotten and the service is hands down the worst! This is especially in a Sunday during football season. The staff is so inattentive that it is scary. We were put in a corner booth and forgotten for at least 30 minutes then we finally ordered and did not receive quality service what so ever. I talked to the manager after we were done eating and she had no explanation as if we were aliens and didn't exist. However she did say sorry it was busy. I have never in my life had an experience so terrible. Please never visit this location. I am seriously trying to help you out. They gave me this bill once I asked for my waitress making the assumption I was done but I merely wanted more food and a refill. I would give this place 0 stars if I could but I can't. Went in on a Monday early evening. No sports games or big events so the place was very quiet/empty. Only 5 or 6 other tables were occupied. We were a larger party (7 adults, 4 kids). The server, Shay, took our drink orders, appetizers & food orders for the young kids all at the same time. Took almost 20 minutes just to get drinks. Another 25+ for 2 apps & kids food. We checked in with the server twice about food and her responses were less than pleasant. At first when we asked about food, she said "it'll get here once the kitchens done" and when we asked a second time 20 minutes later, she said that she didn't know and had not been back to the kitchen to check! She seemed more interested in making sure we all continued to buy more alcohol than checking with the kitchen. We saw 7-10 tables come in over the course of the hour & 20 minute wait for our food. Many of the other tables got their drinks, apps, meals & paid all in that time. Our food finally came out, some of it wasn't hot, all of us were missing silverware. They were also out of French fries. The kids weren't originally given drink cups but the mini cans of apple juice (disaster waiting to happen with toddlers). We had to ask repeatedly for cups & straws so the young ones could have their drinks. The manager caught wind of our displeasure and apologized for the delay. Our primary concern wasn't as much with the wait time (although it was annoying) but with the server's attitude and the fact that we saw 3-4 staff lingering around the floor but not actually helping or responding when a table tried to get attention. He took 25% off the bill & gave us vouchers for small order of wings (sadly only good at their location). Server then brought to-go boxes for us (as it was nearly 8pm after being there for almost 2 hours) but didn't apologize for anything and pretended like everybody had a great time. My wife and I stopped in on a Friday night for dinner. We ordered our food at 6, just a small order of wings and a basket of fries and two beers. At 6:45 we asked our waiter to cancel the order and comp our beers. He went to get a manager and then returned 5 minutes later. The manager was too busy, as they were short staffed in the kitchen. We were told the food would be up soon and free but they couldn't comp the two beers. Our small order of wings and our side of fries finally arrived after 57 minutes. It's wings and fries. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever been to thanks to Victoria the server. Our food took an hour to come out and we saw it sitting in the back room for about a half hour. There was only a couple other tables in the restaurant so it wasn't busy at the time. By the time I got my food it was room temperature and it was terrible. Went here tonight after taking my 1 year old to her clinic nearby. We were seated right away. First thing I was annoyed at was the noise. I get it with TV playing. It's a sports bar. I get it. But to pump in loud music behind it? Wtf is your reasoning for that. Let's say you wanted music. Well you wouldn't be able to hear the music because you're drowned out by the TVs and the crowd. It's like they want to create a lot of noise for no reason. The server had to ask us questions twice because she can't hear a damn thing. The food took 25 minutes to arrive. I asked for extra plates. Server took off and never came back. Why? Because she probably never heard me. My wife asked for extra salsa. Server took off and came back 10 later. Sorry it took so long. Wtf. How long does it take to go to the kitchen to get a cup of salsa ? By the time she came back, my wife had almost finished her food. Check arrived. I put my credit card in. Now we wait for another 10 minutes for the server to come back. She doesn't. I tell my wife to get cash out. We are putting the cash in the folder and leaving. Why do we come here? It's loud. It crowded. The service is average at best. The food I Is mediocre. We decided that BW3 will not be on our dining out list any longer. We are done. For wings, we will go to Jakes in Eagan. read more

I love wings, but have been very disappointed with BWW the last two times I was there. My hubby and I split a few kinds of sauced wings, both times there was barely any sauce on them. The hostess/greeter was not polite and was unorganized. The pager never went off and she did not come and get us. Went in there on a Saturday night (which was understandably busy), but we had 6 waiters walk buy is, including our waitress who was supposed to check on us. And for a half how everyone looked at us and kept walking, seeing we didn't have any drinks or food. So after 45 minutes we went and got the manager and said what the issue was and we finally got our waitress. Then when we finally got our food, they got my order wrong and I had to wait another 15 minutes. All that was taken off was the drinks. It should have been free. I got here and the waitress told me I couldn't just sit with my friends and she forced me to buy a drink or I would have to leave. And then I bought the drink and I ordered food. My entire table got their food but mine never came. I tried to ask the waitress and she ignored me. When she gave me the bill for the food I never got I told her about it and she only made me not pay for the one glass of lemonade I got. But I left hungry and regretting going there. The service here is spotty. The "hostess" is a mess and in need of sensitivity training. She had no business talking to an eighty year old woman the way she did, pushing her position as one of self importance did not suit her-rather it made her out to be a vapid young blonde reminiscent of the "mean girls" movie. A young man agreed to serve our table and saved the dining experience and was very nice and efficient. Another young woman who initially helped us to the table was as helpful as she could be when the "self important" hostess was away from her podium. Management should work on this young staff and let them know that the sports enthusiasts and drinkers are not the only people who are to be treated well. I might also point out that volume within their space is too loud for comfortable dining, unless yelling across the table and to your server is the desired effect. I live a few minutes from this location. Whenever I've been to sit down and eat, it's been good. However, NEVER order take out and expect them to get it correct. The time before last when I ordered, they gave us bone in wings even though they verified we ordered boneless TWICE. I love their food so after many issues, I ordered again. I ordered 4 things for our group including 2 orders of boneless wings. It was my mistake because I didn't check the take out order when I picked it up. They gave us NO ranch/blue cheese for the wings even though we asked multiple times. I called to talk to the manager and after deciding to use my own ranch for the wings, he said he would reimburse me for 1 of the snack sized wings. I don't care about the free food, I just care about getting the order correct. Also-I have NOT been reimbursed for the wings yet. This location obviously needs new management and either better employees or more training (who gives 2 orders of wings with no sauce?). I will NEVER order take out from here again. I'll drive an extra 20 minutes to go to the next closest location. Very disappointed. read more

Came in to watch the Wild Game 7 play off game. I was looking for a fun atmosphere, and it was. The server (young kid with glasses working in the bar area) started off great. He was attentive and told us about the specials. Once the game started he seemed more interested in watching the game than doing his job. (I understand that it was a very important/exciting game, but come on.....) Slow on getting us beer, taking our order...etc. but what really made me angry about the night was after paying for a tab (in cash) the server kept the .77cents that was a part of my change back. He rounded in his favor. I called him out on it, and his response was " if you really want your .75 cents I'll give it to you." Hmm..... seriously...it is my change right? It's not about the .77 cents, it's the principal. Not giving the exact change back, or at least rounding it to the guest favor is stealing..... Very bitter about the situation! read more
